Hotel berhampiran Praça da República, Perbandaran Aveiro

The hotel has an excellent location for shopping, eating, and the train station. We had our luggage forwarded to this location as we walked the Camino, and it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Easy, courteous checkin. There is a one-person/luggage elevator available. My room on the first floor had high-ceilings, lots of sunlight, and a wonderful view. The bathroom was spacious, mixing old with new. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet. Breakfast is an efficient and adequate buffet served in a room downstairs. Coffee machines, toasters, meat and cheeses, fruits, yogurts, cereals, etc. All buffet - nothing cooked to order, ie no eggs, etc. It worked for us. I must add that we had a couple of injuries in our 8-person group, due to walking the coastal Portuguese Camino. The staff were very helpful answering questions about medical attention, calling cabs, referring pharmacies.

Aveiro is a quaint city - access to main attractions was easy from hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff helpful with luggage storage. Breakfast was excellent. Recommend it.

The owner was rude and not helpful at all. The place is dirty, especially the patio with spider webs, dead bugs and bird crap in every table and chair. They don’t update their pages at all. The pictures are outdated, the reservations are’t updated often enough, there’s actual digits missing from their contact information on the door, the tv is has the grainiest image i’ve ever seen, there’s only 2 available power outlets in the whole room( and only 1 close to thr bed), no trash bin, and many other basic problems. We reserved a room with a bathtub, upon arrival we saw there was no tub at all so we asked to change rooms. They did, into a room with a broken ac unit which they didn’t intend to fix. Both rooms had 0 isolation both from light and noise. Woke up multiple times during the night hearing loud noises from the street and the storage up above. If you turn your tv on or have any conversation in your room, the whole hallway hears it. If the tv wasn’t on, I could hear every conversation being had by the guests in the adjacent rooms and the room across the hall. From 7am onwards, there was no way to sleep due to brightness (as seen in the attached photo). The place actually has 3 amazing rooms, but that’s it. 3/17. Every other room looks simillar to the ones we’ve had issues with or even worse. Really don’t advise anyone to stay here unless you want to know exactly which rooms to look for. If you get one of those three, you’ll enjoy your stay. If you don’t get one of those, then good luck.

Local Maravilhoso a todos os níveis. Adoramos e certamente voltaremos 👌 Único reparo é mesmo a água das piscinas deveriam estar mais quentes. Aconselho vivamente a visitarem e desfrutarem de tudo que este Lindo Hotel tem para oferecer.

Great place to stay, right in the city centre, nearby the beach. Clean, light, new rooms fully equiped. Very friendly, supporting staff. Reasonable prince, good breakfest. Good place to stay for vacation or weekend, the only thing that there is noise from other rooms hearable.

Boa localização e perto dos encantadores eventos do festival, a vista é agradável, um funcionário nos cumprimentou calorosamente no dia da chegada e forneceu informações e recomendações úteis, bom estacionamento, mas o quarto precisa ser melhorado, havia um cheiro terrível de mofo, provavelmente por que as janelas da sala estavam abertas quando chegamos. Colchão ruim, acordamos com dor nas costas, café da manhã básico, pouca manutenção, precisa trocar cortinas e lidar com o fluxo de água no banheiro. Um preço muito alto, muito mais do que gastamos em bons lugares, talvez por causa do festival ou de um fim de semana, mas no geral não gostamos da estadia porque o quarto não atendeu às expectativas básicas
