I should be expecting low quality for the price, but it’s worse than the money paid. Great location, but the room is just too bad. The kind of place you know it hasn’t been cleaned properly, floor, sheets, pillows etc. 2nd time ever in 20 years I felt better sleeping with my clothes on when staying at an hotel. There was an ac, not working, which staff promptly said it wasn’t advertised so it didn’t need to work.

Rust in the sink tab, in the showers, detached or broken shower sliding doors all the water splashed out to the floor. 1 door window missing. Outside in the corridor step frame is rotten and detached creating a trip hazard. Old ripped towels

This place IS horrible , dirty, old, smellly, and they dont change or clean the room during your stay. The breakfast option IS a scam , there IS no reception, no common áreas, nothing. The place smells like there IS a ********* grow inside too.

The place wasn’t as mentioned on the website, Baby coat wasn’t provided, AirConditioner wasn’t working and room was not big enough for family too congested.

The worst hotel I have ever been in my life! The photos are not real, room is very small, sheets were dirty, towels were “brown” and they were supposed to be white. Bathroom was the worst part, I almost got an accident because the door literally fell down on my back. Terrible.. I was afraid of taking a shower there. I was thinking about writing someone, but I couldn’t find NOBODY in the hotel, literally. Since I was just staying for 2 days, I overcame this problem, but this was the worst place I have ever been in my life.

Not really as per the pictures... very small room for two persons with luggages can be very complicated. But we'll lacated and calm. We apreciet it! Also is very close to the boat courses, to aveiro canal and restaurants. And most important, 25 min to the beach by bus. Salut 🫶🇦🇴🥰🇨🇵

The most appalling experience ever in my life, the place is tatty, smelly, all rusted and broken, needs a total refurbishment, the towels aren't white but grey because not washed properly apart from the stairs, it should mention it's got stairs because for disabled people can become a problem as it was for me. Very bad experience.

Entrance of the building with strong ******** odor. Room with cigarette smell. Breakfast a bit poor: no milk, no eggs, yogurt not cold. Shower with some repairs needed. HVAC machine with no remote control.

I wouldn’t stay here again, it was fine as I was only here 3 nights. But the room wasn’t very clean, the towels smelt horrible luckily I had my beach towel with me so I used that. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable, I folded the duvet over twice to make it a bit more comfy. The shower was very dirty, there’s no fridge in the room to keep anything cold, no glasses or cups. The balcony is all rusted and covered in spiderwebs so I couldn’t hang anything up to dry. Really the only plus is the location right in front are lots of cafes and restaurants.

There's no safety support for elderly person in the bathroom. No stove or fridge in the room

The accommodation is not the same as shown in the photos. The photos only show the 2 best rooms they have. The other rooms are small, run down, and have a nauseating musty smell throughout the accommodation. The towels, instead of being white, are grey because they are so clean. Never again.
