I’ve been a diamond member since 2010. That should tell enough to establish the facts for you to understand my review, but just in case, here it goes: I have stayed in more than 150+ Hilton Hotels in the US and internationally. I have never experienced a glitch in the system as it happened here—also, a fact: it was Taylor Swift's opening concert weekend in Arizona. No rooms were available in the next 18 miles radius. We arrived late at night from a very long trip and not sleeping the day before. The lady at the front desk I assumed it was new because she panicked when my reservation disappeared after I had check-in and started calling me at 12:30 am and then at 1:00 am waking me up both times. As you can expect, I was baffled and couldn’t believe they were waking me up for something that could be solved in the morning. After all, I am a diamond member they have all my profile, credit card, etc. as you can imagine, I was livid and ready to leave a very harsh review. Here it comes meeting Antoinette Love. And let me say this: it shows her 37 years of experience. In the hectic and craziness of this weekend, she showed her experiences but, more than that, her humanity and kindness. She made all of this alright; she even went beyond and helped us when we got stranded after the concert and brought us back to the hotel. I hope Hilton knows how good they have it and give her anything she asks. She is worth every penny. The hotel is a typical Homewood Suites with everything you expect from it. The only thing above the minimum standards was breakfast: fresh food, good variety, hot and cold were all good. For the rest, the expected standard: clean room, okay bed, full kitchen with accessories, etc.
Sangat Baik
