Di Zhengzhou pada musim ini, jika bilik berventilasi sepenuhnya, penyaman udara tidak diperlukan pada waktu malam. Tetapi suhu masih tinggi pada siang hari! Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! Saya tidak sangka hotel yang diuruskan oleh InterContinental diuruskan dengan begitu baik! Keadaan ini hanya berlaku apabila tetamu mendaftar masuk pada waktu malam Jika anda mendaftar masuk pada waktu siang, fungsi penyejukan anda dihidupkan dan suhu bilik boleh dikekalkan pada suhu yang sesuai. Mungkin anda telah membuat pengiraan dan memutuskan dua perkara untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik dan mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan individu, dan anda memilih yang kedua. Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. Ia kelihatan lama dari luar, tetapi anda akan terkejut apabila anda melangkah masuk. Bilik-bilik bersih dan semua kakitangan menyambut anda dengan senyuman. Tiada kerusi di dalam bilik, tetapi terdapat kerusi dan meja di hadapan setiap bilik di lorong, jadi anda boleh berehat. Stesen kereta api bawah tanah juga berdekatan, dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Istana Rakumura. Sangat disyorkan

Our family of 5 people had a great experience to stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms of our stay. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The location is great. Their service was excellent. Everyone who works at the hotel is nice,polite and friendly. They also have free transportation service to the airport and it is very convenient and helpful. I will definitely come back again in the future. Besides, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. It is a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay near the airport. You will have a comfortable stay and pleasant experience.

Very bold and unique room design and colours. It's also quite a new boutique hotel which I think just started operations not too long ago. Not a big room but good enough for short stay. Would have been great if there's more flexibility on the perks that they offer such as afternoon tea.

The room is big and clean. The staffs service both at the front desk and the restairant was the best, the location is good for people who want to travel by high-speed train...walking distance. The breakfast was very good, loved it.

One of the best hotel I slept in this journey was Kafute Collection Hotel, that hotel will always be my favorite whenever I travel to zhengzhou... and it is very near the metro that is connected to the whole city.

best massage i ever had (thank you daisy!). awesome meals, perfect steaks, plentiful delicious breakfast. high water pressure in the bath. everything as you wish it to be in a hotel. the Staff were extraordinary: friendly, supportive, helpful, fast. breakfast staff quickly remembered my favourite tea and all seemed extra motivated. they all deserve bonus pay😁. i really lived to stay. though it is expensive. 100% recommend it

They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

The hotel and room was quite clean. However, the clothes hanger had a but of dusts on it. The free orange that was provided was very dry and tasteless. Perhaps it could be a design flaw, however, the shower room was poorly constructed and a little of water could easily slipped through the glass door. what puzzled me was how the excess water was able to enter the toilet which was next door. Basically the room and the toilet was slightly flooded as a result. I had to call the hotel to request for them to help clean the excess water. Unfortunately, i did not took any photos of the incident.

The hotel is very good, stayed for three days, very satisfied with the service: the front desk girl Sherry service is in place, the room is suitable for the arrangement of the breakfast is also very good, the combination of Chinese and Western, and Hu spicy soup tofu brain fritters are very good, the room is also clean and hygienic recommended to stay, will often come in the future

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

The service provided by Ms Zhang was excellent. She was very helpful in answering our queries and giving suggestions on where to go. The hotel beds are very comfortable and clean. Having a laundry room is an added bonus for leisure travellers on a long trip. Though the hotel is not near any metro, getting around to various sites is easy with Didi. Highly recommended.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

This hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Luoyang Longmen station. Hotel is newly built in 2024 with spacious room. Beds are comfortable, toilets are clean. Breakfast spread is decent as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall , a pleasant stay and suitable for families!

We had a great time!, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The room was also very nice and clean. The location of the homestay is also convenient (with a great feel), it’s very close to the ancient city and has a small park directly nearby which offers a nice scenic route. The breakfast selection is good and will be delivered to the room. We had a great and very relaxing stay. Thanks! :)

The room was perfect, reception was friendly and helpful, the boy in the lobby was my life saver, he did help me with the deliveries while the APP was full of Chinese which is a totally disaster for me. Great hotel anyways, definitely will come back in the future!

Very good family stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded and allowed to leave our room a little later at no charge. Gargantuan and varied breakfast. Quality service: large swimming pool and well-equipped gym.

Booked one night as our flight arrived too late for our onward journey. Hotel arranged to pick us up from the 4th floor of the airport and it was quite straight forward, despite the snow storm. Hotel was very close to the airport. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Arrived late and left early so not much else to say except it’s a very convenient hotel for an overnight stopover if you have a late or early flight.

Great location. Very close to the air port. Hotel provides free shuttle service to/from the air port.Room is size good and spacious. He's is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Was just here for a one night layover before my flight, so it was fine for one night. Cant comment on the breakfast as it started at 7, and I had to leave by 6 to catch my flight. Bed was comfy, slept well. Seemed to be one of the few in the area that accepted foreigners!

The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.

This hotel is clean, organized, and has good customer service. The hotel really does not have facilities like an office room, gym, or pool. It is just a hotel that is located near the airport for those who want to catch an early flight.
