Upgraded us on arrival not a lot for children to do moan about the towels and want a deposit of 10 euros per towel which seems silly

This is a very special hotel for us. It was our 5th time at Nestor and we are definitely going back next year. This is a beautiful hotel, with very nice decorated rooms, great pool area and close to everything (beach, restaurants, Ayia Napa center), but the big difference is made by the staff. Everyone is so nice, always smiling and willing to help. Special thanks to Maria who helped us with everything, and we really appreciate it. Maria, you are a truly gem for this hotel and that's why we are comming back every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We really love it here and hope to see everyone again next year. Thank you!

Stayed at the Nestor many times over the years and always enjoy our stay, the food you can't complain about, and the staff are always so friendly and happy to see you. Rooms are always clean, and they have the best pool area in Aiya Napa. See you in 2025.

Hotel is in a good location, ayia napa Square is about 10 minutes walk, bars and restaurants near by, nissi beach was 10 mins in taxi and has to be visited as its fantastic. The hotel is spotless, food choice at all meal times was superb, we were all inclusive and definitely got our moneys worth. There was 3 of us (my 16 year old son who is nearly 6 foot tall) in what is really a double room, fold out bed took all space, not ideal but we managed. No fault of Hotel as we booked with jet2 and they said 'fold out bed in room' .Billy needs a medal as he runs the day time and night time entertainment on his own ! Gets you involved but not over the top, shouldn't be on his own but speaks to everyone and always happy.

Really enjoyed my stay at Nestor Hotel, the hotel is clean, has a lovely pool, and the food is good! What made it extra special was the staff, all so friendly and accommodating, especially as one of the people I was with is a wheelchair user. The hotel itself isn't the most wheelchair friendly, however their staff did everything they could to make sure my friend could get around and felt comfortable. Also want to mention, the entertainment from Billy was great, always trying to make sure everyone was having fun. Honestly this hotel has a lot of heart, which made out stay very worth while. Only reason why I haven't given the full 5 stars is because it isn't fully accessible for wheelchair users, so room for improvement, that they have said they will definitely be implementing.

The Hotel is immaculate pool area is great we ate there and the food was lovely. Our room unfortunately was very small for 3 people extra bed took all space by balcony windows no where to put cases or clothes for 3 people constantly tripping over ourselves not very superior as advertised. We had breakfast included in holiday but only used it twice first and last day although a good selection it was always cold . Couldn't get a late check out even though hotel wasn't full and it is advertised on front desk that you can pay for late check out plus you Couldn't find out until the morning of your last day if you could get a late chec out. Never had any trouble at easter anywhere in Ayia Napa before Nice hotel but if there's 3 of you book a bigger room than the superior if you want space.

The pool area of the hotel is beautiful! A lot of money has clearly been spent here, unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the rest of the hotel. My partner and I payed for all inclusive and were really disappointed by the food and drinks. The room was basic but did provide what you needed in terms of hair dryer, mini shower gels, safe, fridge etc. Entertainment was very bulk standard but the entertainments manager was a good laugh and was well aware of what needed to be improved. Basically, if you need somewhere to just rest your head then it would be fine. If you’re hoping for a 4 star to spend a lot of your time in, it’s not for you!

I don't not reccomend this hotel if you need air conditioning. I booked this hotel as it said air con in rooms. When i arrived at my room and turned it on it kept blowing out warm air so i went to reception and quired it and they had said stayed they had turned the cold air con of and had warm air blowing out becausetgey said its been cold all day and windyas of late will i wasn'tcold. I asked for this to be changed in my room as i couldn't sleep in it due to it being so warm but I was told because its been cold and windy outside they have to keep the hot air con on and only maintenancecan change the setting. They made no effort to change it in my room. They did eventually change it on my last night. Once they did change it the air con hardly made any difference as it was hardly blowing out at all. Youd get more air con coming out of an electrical air con bought in the shop and staff not very helpful.
