Title: A Memorable Stay with Supportive Staff Our stay at this hotel was overall very good. The staff were exceptional, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you to the lady who (I sadly didn’t get her name) even gave my partner a cupcake and birthday candle on his birthday!! So lovely. The hotel's location, is near the *****, but we were more inclined to spend our time at the beautiful Nissi beach, which is a 30-minute walk away. It was 27-30c everyday in early/mid October which was great. The hotel was very quiet at this time which was great as an anxiety of mine before visiting was that it would be loud being near the ***** etc but quite the obvious. I can’t speak for the summer months though. In terms of cleanliness and functionality, there were small areas of the room that needed some attention. We appreciated the hotel's gesture of providing a bottle of wine and a complimentary breakfast in response to our concerns. They also made efforts to address some of our issues. We do believe that by replacing things like curtains and blankets, the overall impression of cleanliness could be improved. We requested a room with a nice view and the hotel kindly gave us room 37, which had a lovely view from the balcony. The gym was perfect for what we needed and surprisingly modern and clean Despite some room for refinement, we want to emphasise that our stay was enjoyable, and the lovely staff truly made it special.

Another amazing holiday! This was our 3rd time staying in this hotel this time we took friends with us & had an amazing holiday. This hotel is the perfect location for any age group. We was not interested in the clubbing scene. But that is easy avoided. Loved our room in this hotel top floor room 12 with a beautiful sunset in the evening. Yes there our little bits that could do with updating such as the bathrooms and the air conditioning machine wasn’t the best & a little noisy due to the age. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels staff where always happy to help. Pool area is lovely & chilled during the day. Had an amazing holiday

The hotel staff think they can take advantage of groups of young lads by claiming damage to the apartment and demanding money or they will not give back their passports this is absolutely disgusting as we didn’t have a leg to stand on and we didn’t even use the kitchen area it’s blackmail so watch out everyone this hotel and staff are sneaky as f**k

Absolutely lovely hotel, good sized pool that isn’t salt water, friendly staff and large room. The air con was brilliant, the cleaners were brilliant and the bed was so comfy with fluffy pillows. Definitely a good location for going on a night out as it’s probably about a 2 minute walk to the ***** if that.. it’s about 10/15 minutes to the nearest beach and surrounded by brilliant restaurants. if you wanted to be closer to the water front and dock, it is quite a walk probably 20/25 minutes but this wasn’t a problem as we’d rather walk further in the day sober than after a night out! the hotel is on a main road which can get noisy but to be honest this wasn’t an issue for us and never woke us up. would recommend to anyone!

Me and my friend booked this hotel for a pretty low price so we didn’t expect anything spectacular. But we received disappointment after disappointment the first moment we got there. We had to wait quite a while before getting our room because the receptionist told us someone was still sleeping in there, which made us uncomfortable. When we later got our room we found out you have to pay 7€/day for the AC (which we did but it was broken), and you need to have a special adapter for electronics. We looked around in the room and saw dirt on the walls, the ground and even the towels (see the pictures down below). The “cleaning” was also really bad, the only thing they did was change the the towels and make your bed. No cleaning the floors or throwing away trash. We also had a kitchen with we used, but the problem is that there wasn’t any tools to clean the dishes with and the cleaners just ignored them, so we were stuck in a room with filthy dishes because we didn’t feel like paying for materials when we expected cleaning. Also the breakfast which is continental. You get a plate and that’s what you’re stuck with. Me and my friend asked if they had something else or if we could get some more of a special thing, because there wasn’t much we liked. They answered “This is why you get”, so we ended up only eating for one of the days. But as I said before, if you want something really cheap, for example if you’re a student only looking for partying, I could recommend this, but don’t pay for the breakfast, it’s not worth it!

We arrived early hours of the morning in September 22 When we arrived we were greeted on reception and were given directions to our room. We unpacked and tried get some sleep, that was short lived due to a disturbance on the main road the apartments are on! Once it was light we were up for a walk around the complex and resort. The complex is very small, pool is tiny and there’s no escaping the noise We only spent 2/3 days around the pool due to finding the beaches more relaxing and enjoyable. We had a couple of meals in the complex which were nice and the bar staff are friendly but in all honesty these apartments were not for us There were quite a few young lads staying there playing loud music, drinking and strolling in in the early hours which is fine but they were very noisy you could guarantee you’d be woken up at 4/5am as they came back in and if this didn’t wake you up fighting or disturbances on the main road would! Like I say if you’re after basic, clean accommodation and can function on very little sleep then you’ll be fine staying here but in all honesty it’s not for us and wouldn’t return as whilst out there we found there are far better places to stay By no means am I knocking the staff they were all friendly and helpful but the location for us was a disappointment

We stayed at the petrosana apartments for 11 nights in August. The staff are all great . The rooms are large and clean. The location is excellent. Close to the night life and only a short walk to the main road where you can get the bus to nissi beach etc. We would definitely stay again
