Limanaki Beach Hotel & Suites

Cyprus in general needs a government program on beach upgrades and improvements. Otherwise it will stay a low budget resort country. There are great hotels on the island. Not many. But even these hotels need good beaches.

Struttura in ottima posizione rispetto al centro della città, vicina a locali e attrazioni. Delusione sotto il profilo della stanza, materasso sfondato, lenzuola piccole per un king size, ogni sera ci siamo ritrovati a dormire direttamente sul materasso, dato che le lenzuola non erano abbastanza grandi da poter girare sotto il materasso. Decisamente antigienico. In teoria camera superior con vista piscina, ma la nostra dava sul tetto delle altre stanze e non si vedeva niente della piscina. Decisamente migliorabile per un 4 stelle. Lettini della piscina da cambiare, materassini molto macchiati.

The first holiday we didn’t want to come home!! Absolutely amazing time, hotel in ideal location, receptionists friendly and welcoming, accommodation clean and exactly what you need, toiletries, coffee, tea, milk complimentary, maids clean rooms every day! Breakfast was very plentiful and wide choice for all nationalities, however would of liked the food to be abit hotter - the restaurant and bar made our holiday , amazing food and service from nic, Victoria and all the staff, more entertainment would be perfect!! We will definitely return asap as this hotel is amazing, to us paradise lots of love clive & Wanda Room 009 ( perfect room)

15:24 • Safari 5G く Limanaki Beach Hotel Utterly shocking Jun 2024 • Couples Arrived 30th June & literally can't wait to get out of here!! We did our research & been to Cyprus many times but this is the worst hotel l have ever stayed in! Pontins is luxury compared to here! No idea where these great reviews come from. The reception is dark dingy & lifeless & dirty looking, mirrors in lift have cracks in... corridors are horrible looks like a council block .... So Deluxe Seaview room... is far from deluxe! It's small, dirty & has an awful smell. The bed is awful mattress just awful, bedding feels damp. Barely any storage Bathroom is awful dark & damp towels damp thin and thread bare had to ask for more towels which took hours to arrive! Fan doesn't work so everywhere is damp. Mirrors in room dirty with hand prints on. So first night we slept in a damp bed a room that smelt terrible & damp towels. Reception staff not bothered & offered us an upgrade for €260 per night!!! Which we declined. We contacted Tui straight away to try & move hotels. The hotel the following day upgraded us to a junior suite which was better but still has its issues! We've travelled all over this is definitely the worst hotel. Junior suite is bigger & brighter bed mattress stained & bedding just fits pillows really uncomfortable, linen is not great we’ve had rips & tears in bedding. Tui contacted hotel & mattress cover put over matress, Towels are tiny & thread bare & you only get one each don’t always smell fresh. Cleaning is poor nothing is moved floors not cleaned basic cleaning in rooms. Cleanliness throughout the hotel hasn’t changed throughout the week. Lifts are dirty with marks all over mirrors, corridor floors clearly not cleaned all week, windows filfthy & doors throughout hotel are dirty with the glass covered in smears & handprints. Food …. we was breakfast only & only tried it one day poor selection again cleanliness not great crockery chipped & marked chose to eat elsewhere. Pool area is small but ok. The Liminaki restaurant is however superb great service amazing staff & food & great cocktails, coffee etc. If your looking to book DONT plenty of other nice hotels in Ayai Napa would not recommend this hotel & im looking forward to going home. This was our 2nd stay here and not disappointed! The reception team are so friendly and helpful! Andre was really accommodating with any requests and definitely goes the extra mile. The place is so clean and the location is absolutely perfect! There is no where else we’d consider staying! Dave the night manager is fab and always has a funny story to tell. The pool area is so nice and well spaced out. The view from rooms is just magical and we were even treated to a firework display whilst there as part of the water festival. Breakfast has a good variation. The bar and restaurant is really nice and when they put the music on the atmosphere is great in there, reasonably priced and lovely food with very generous portions! the team could be a little more attentive in the bar in the bar but on the whole we loved our holiday again. Thank you for great memories! We will be back next year x

Once again another fabulous two weeks of enjoyment. I would like to thank the owners, reception staff and bar staff for their friendliness and overwhelming enthusiasm they showed towards us. A bonus was we met a lovely couple at the pool called Mike and Lynn which made our day. Can't wait to return in September. Ronnie and Anne

Dear Team We would like to thank the staff at Limanaki Beach Hotel. We stayed in room 008, not the same size as other rooms of the upgraded superior terrace, but the very hard working staff made up for this. Housekeeping was excellent, food was one of the best I have tasted (particularly loved the Noodlemama menu), and all the staff who served us during our stay were amazing! We would like to thank these who went out their way to make our holiday special; Monica, Vayna, Victoria, Nick and Elena and a very nice lady on your front desk who helped me to print our return boarding passes. Location wise, I doubt you could beat it - near to the picturesque harbour and only minutes away from the busier streets of Ayia Napa. Should we return to the wonderful resort again, we will never forget the experience of seeing Nissi Beach with powdery white sand, and definitely would return back to Limanaki Beach Hotel. Excellent hotel spotlessly clean reception staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good with a varied choice, outside areas immaculate and lovely position on the beach and harbour
