Hotel berhampiran Vathia Gonia, Ayia Napa

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt erstaunt über einige der negativen Bewertungen für das Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort, denn mein Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv. Der Service im Hotel ist herausragend. Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bereit, den Gästen bei ihren Anliegen zu helfen. Die positive Einstellung und das Engagement des Personals haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gestaltet. Das kulinarische Angebot im Hotel verdient ebenfalls Lob. Die Vielfalt an Speisen ist beeindruckend, und die Qualität der Gerichte ist hervorragend. Egal ob beim Frühstücksbuffet oder den à-la-carte-Menüs, es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Auswahl an Speisen hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals haben einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Jeder Mitarbeiter scheint bestrebt zu sein, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Obwohl das Hotelteam sehr bemüht ist, die Einrichtungen sauber zu halten, scheint es, dass einige Touristen leider nicht den gleichen Respekt für die Gemeinschaftsbereiche aufbringen. Man kann das Hotel Management nicht dafür verantwortlich machen, wie sich manche Gäste benehmen, darum verdient das Hotelpersonal Anerkennung für ihre Bemühungen die Anlage in einem einwandfreien Zustand zu halten. Der Spa- und Poolbereich sind definitiv Highlights des Resorts. Die Einrichtungen sind gut gepflegt, und es gibt eine breite Palette an Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Raum bietet eine angenehme Rückzugsmöglichkeit nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Insgesamt kann ich das Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die positiven Erfahrungen mit dem herausragenden Service, der exzellenten Küche und den komfortablen Unterkünften überwiegen bei Weitem mögliche Unannehmlichkeiten durch das Verhalten einiger weniger Gäste. Die Kommunikation im Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort ist besonders reibungslos für diejenigen, die der englischen Sprache mächtig sind. Das Personal im Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort ist äußerst zuvorkommend und professionell. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Maria Loizou für ihre liebevolle Hilfsbereitschaft und das Aufgeben unserer Postkarten. Auch an die Dame, an der Cafébar, welche durch ihre Freundlichkeit und Effizienz zu einem rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland

A huge shoutout for the night shift worker kostas on ensuring me and my friends were safe and no trouble was occurring. Our flight had been cancelled and he went out of his way to get us a hotel for the night and knocked some money off for us. I asked him “why do you do it go out your way for other people?” His response was to make sure you lot have the best experience possible. And also very friendly bar staff and drinks were cheap too.

I was here for 10 days for the 1st time. I am going back to Serbia with very good and beautiful memories. Appartment was beautiful in the hotel, the food excellent, the service extremely polite, kind, helpfull and warm. My husband and I plan to come here again next summer and I will cooperate with this hotel in my business.

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

Just returned from Grecian sands hotel. We went from 28th Aug/4th Sept. If you are thinking of booking this hotel just do it, it’s fantastic. We opted for a sea view room and I’m glad we paid the extra the view of the pool and sea were amazing. The rooms were spotless and quite modern. Beds were very comfortable and mattresses very thick. There was tea/coffee facilities and a mini bar in a small fridge. Maids in every day and did an amazing job. Room always smelled fresh when you went in. Sheets changed every 3 days but if you wanted them done every day you just popped the card on the bed and they would change them daily. We stayed B&B. There was plenty of choice. Lots of fresh fruit. Cakes full English breakfast hash browns, beans, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, scrambled eggs Lady doing fried eggs and omelettes. Only thing that could be improved with the hot breakfast is it was Luke warm and the time u sat down to eat it. It was cold. The English sausage could do with being browned so they look more appealing as looking at them they look undercooked. May not bother some people but it does me so never had them. smoked fish all diff breads and rolls. Even had Turkish delight. You had pool cards which you handed to the girl of a morning and she would give you beach towels for the day. And later on in the day we exchanged ours for fresh ones for following day. It opens 8am to 7pm. There is also a spar indoor pool gym and hairdressers. Never tried any so can’t comment. The pool area was spotless. And it was attended to every morning. They had a hoover in there that went along the bottom hoovering anything up on the bottom like sand etc. they also emptied the filters daily too. Absolutely loads of loungers never a problem getting one. The ones on the sandy area at the front overlooking the beach did go quickly though. Managed to get these quite a few times or just behind. The breeze coming up from the sea made laying in the sun very comfortable. I did notice one person putting towels on the beds by the pool at 12 am the night before which I don’t agree with and this should be stopped by management. There is direct access via some steps down to the beach or a slope. When there is no wind the waters are crystal clear and calm. If windy then the waters look murky and the waves are quite bad and powerful. Seen a young girl of about 18 coming out crying with her boyfriend helping her. I also had a bit of a bad experience and only went in when there was no wind then. The waters were very warm in sea as was the pool. The hotel is situated up a hill. A few bars/ shops/restaurants in the vacinity. It is around a 20 min walk into ayia napa or you could jump the 102 which is just down the hill from hotel. It costs €1.50 before 9pm or €2.50 after 9pm.and will take 5 mins if that. It’s about 15 mins into protaras on the bus 101 which is located on opposite side to hotel. a walk down the hill or up the hill. Protaras is well worth the visit and buses run till ea

This was our second year returning to At Herbal in August and it did not disappoint. We only ever stay in Cyprus in a B&B basis as we like to enjoy all the restaurants that are in the area. The breakfast was lovely, couldn’t fault it. Food was replenished quickly, the dirty plates was collected from your tables promptly and the staff were all very friendly. We stayed in a sea view suite, perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The view from our balcony was stunning. Thank you for another wonderful stay, we will see you next year.

This was our third visit to Infinity Blu and we’ve already booked our fourth for next Summer. It is the most relaxing, friendly place with amazing staff! Everything is spotless, food is outstanding and drinks are free flowing! The boardwalk allows for evening walks up to the harbour or down to Protaras and the beach is beautiful, with such clear waters, definitely take a snorkel! There’s never an issue with sun beds, so you can sleep in and not worry! Shout out to Andrulla for generally being lush every morning and always sporting a smile! See you all in 349 days and counting!

Just seen the manger responding to reviews. We have been here a week and this is our last night, we are totally devestated to be going home. This hotel could not be any better, we have come as a family with a 7 year old and a 72 year old grandma, they are both so happy and have had the best holiday, we will be back again next year for 2 weeks..
