I booked a king bed room with city view, but when I arrived, I was given another room type. I paid in advance and the hotel has no right to change it.

The room facilities are old and the hotel environment is chaotic. There is a connection between the two hotels. The room card was lost and was held at our door for a long time. We were charged 100,000 VND at the beginning. After we left, we brought someone over to tell us that the room and room card did not belong to their hotel. This person was brought here and they wanted to charge 300,000 dong and nearly 100 yuan. It took a long time to go back and forth.

The room is huge, beyond imagination
Bad points:
1.Breakfast is unpalatable
2. It’s very noisy. Taxis are almost everywhere near the road all night long.
3. Poor hygiene, there are a lot of hairs around the toiletries that have not been cleaned.

They do laundry for free and are kind.
There are many Korean restaurants and local restaurants around.
Unfortunately, since it is on the road, the noise from cars and motorcycles is quite loud.
