臨街有點吵鬧，酒店沒有早餐這點望改進

First of all, the staff has a job that can speak English and Korean. I had no problem communicating with the staff as they spoke the language well. The location is in downtown Bac Ninh, and the following butcher shops, cafes, convenience store restaurants, etc. I was satisfied with the infrastructure aspect, the room condition was also clean, and there were no problems during my stay. Well done. I was a bit unhappy about the security guard's parking problem, but from the security guard's side I thought I would understand because it was to protect my vehicle well. We plan to use it again in the future. thank you

酒店的環境還算是可以的地方安靜，離吃飯的地區要走去一段時間，交通方面離車站也要走一段路，超市要走兩三分鐘。

這是第2次住，發現增加了好多好吃的，而且整個製作過程看得見，貌似特別衞生，味道很適合中國人，早6點到晚10點隨到隨吃很方便，才5萬越盾，必須贊～

The reason for the 4smiles for their services is basically due to the staffs un-bilingual. It would earn extra if they are able to communicate in other language rather than just Vietnamese. But overall, the service is good, in one way they observed serving other type of breakfasts rather than the usual Vietnam breakfast as they also consider English/Korean breakfast, partly due to lots of Korean people staying/working around the area.

房間很大,很乾淨,還提供洗衣,挽幣,叫車服務 前台服務人員會簡單中文,溝通 無障礙,地理位置優越,很容易找到,衛生乾淨整潔, 早餐很好吃,下次來越南還選擇

房間非常好，很大很寬敞，晚上睡覺很舒服，沒有什麼噪音。老闆是中國人熱情周到 十分值得推薦。地理位置也很好，異國他鄉住在這很不錯

房間很大，超乎想象的大 差評點： 1.早餐難吃 2.很吵，靠近馬路基本整晚都是出租車的didudidu 3.衞生不行，洗浴用品邊有較多頭髮未清理 好評： 1.房間大 2.周邊餐廳還行

預訂房間的時候訂單顯示出來的是2張床，但是提交訂單付款以後卻又顯示出來是1張床，這個讓我們感覺很疑惑。後來入住酒店辦理住宿的時候前台工作人員服務態度還是挺好的，説給房間裏面加了一張床，但是床確實有點小。

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, giá cả phù hợp chất lượng, nhân viên thân thiện. Nhà hàng tầng 1 đồ ăn rất ngon !
