Am Anfang wurde unsere Hotelbestätigung nicht gefunden. Nach wenigen Minuten bekamen wir doch unsere Zimmer. Der Potie war sehr nett .

The rooms furniture was bad and old Lots of insects in the room The pool was good with speaker and nice view They had a nice singing event we enjoyed it The breakfast was really below average and dinner as well But the weather in night was perfect due to the hotels location

Receptionist is very bad. She doesn't know how to deal with customers. please give more training to attract customers with the communication. It should be more helpful for your future. We were planning to come to your place and contact your receptionist. but she had not communicated well with us. so, we canceled our booking in your place.

The property is located far away from Ella though the name suggests otherwise. This is an ideal getaway resort to relax amongst great surroundings and certainly not one for the tourist visiting Ella. Room looked economical; bathroom couldn't be any smaller. Great views, amazing sunrises & very good food. Enjoyed the most delicious Sri Lankan rice and curry here. The entire team at the resort were very courteous and ensured our needs were taken care of.

Totally avoid the hotels by this chain. Very poor service and highly overpriced for the kind of room and service they provide. Ella has much better properties available at much lower the rates than this

This is a hotel outside of Ella (25 minutes) a bit misleading as we discovered. The room is a 2 story so you have plenty of room but more than you really need unless you have a big family with you. The room is decorating simple and not updated. The view is great as you’re surrounded by so much foliage but if you plan to hike in Ella and enjoy their many restaurants and take the train from there, do yourself a favor and stay in the actual town, would’ve been much better.

The property is out of ella. it is better to say it's far and remote erea. The staff were polite and helpful . But rooms are old but clean . The amenities are limited . The view is awesome with a nice pool . The restaurant has nothing much to offer . You will get what you paid for .

A totally run down old hotel. Needs desperate upgrading. We were told by our travel agent that it is a 4 star hotel but to me it was more like a 2/3 star hotel. The rooms were shabby and old. Though they were clean.

Great property, great view, bit isolated from Ella main action location. Rather than a hotel it can be an family holiday bungalow. staff not welcoming or even didn't have time to welcome us, room was not ready on time, property was manage badly. Room was set up at last without soap, toilet paper, towels and foot mat.....not enough amenities for family of four. Leaking air conditioner call front office few time no body attended. since off season terrible weather all night sleep with leaking air conditioner. Food terrible, with big amount small portion. not much choice on menu to order. breakfast was not ready even at 8 am....have to wait for some time.
