We recently booked a family vacation at this establishment. Unfortunately, we encountered challenges with the conduct of certain staff members and the front office attendant, Lucita. There is no ***ager at this place to talk to and it seems run by every staff. While we understand the importance of enforcing rules, we were disappointed by the ***ner in which our concerns were addressed. Please reconsider this destination for your future visits.

Restaurant is exorbitantly high priced. Poor food. Poor ambience. Lousy washrooms. Not as great as you see in pictures. Disappointing. Location is somewhat good, but not worth it when it comes to food.

So we decided to choose this place for my birthday, and honestly the worst choice in history. Ultimately we checked out after the first night and moved on to another hotel. Reasons why - 1. The breakfast was so poorly kept with such less options. The fruits like watermelon were kept on room temperature like never have I come across such a bad array of food choices. 2. The room was extremely poorly maintained , the floor had to be dusted after we just checked-in, how does your housekeeper inspect a room without checking basics? 3. The room was supposed to give a earthy but damaged fixed assets? What are you showing? 4. We found a rat in our room just after getting it cleaned. 5. Our AC vent was so bad, upon calling the team to check, they mentioned about a compressor or so, how do you think every guest is born an engineer to understand so much while we just had a complain about the noise coming from it? 6. The General ***ager upon our checkout seemed to have a very ‘I don’t care’ vibe as he didn’t really seem like he would want to do a service recovery. Overall, would NOT recommend such a place.

The stafff behaviour is not good with their customer ***** with that hospitality is also so cheap and low classs.... They show good images on their profile and website but when we visit in reality and seen is totally different vwry disappointed not expected

Nice cosy rooms but really bad staff, lousy customer service and excessively noisy. We stayed there for a couple of nights, there were some rowdy teenagers in all 3 adjoining rooms. They were not only drinking underage,smoking in public places, but created a nuisance all night long, for all other hotel guests. We and several other guests complained to the staff member on the reception. But he did nothing! Absolutely nothing, like he had taken some bribe from the rowdy group. There was excessive telling, singing, misbehaving by this group, several guests complained but nobody at Mykonos did anything to make it stop. Was a complete waste of money and mental peace. Absolutely don't stay here if you want a relaxing vacation and quality service standards.

The hotel is unique and rooms are beautifully designed including the bathrooms. Each room has a distinct feel as we have booked 2 rooms and both were unique. Pool is also very clean. Even the restaurant food is awesome and live music in the evening is icing on the cake. We had a very pleasant stay there and would love to stay there again. Highly Recommended

Had booked two rooms of the same category. When we checked in the rooms were different from each other inspite of paying the same amount for the iva rooms. ***agement tried to brush it off saying all our rooms are different. What’s the point of having a room category then? The ***ager tried to calm us down by offering us a room which was newly built but with 2 beds in the same room and a common Wc. Seriously how can you ask couples to share a single room just because it has two beds ? The ***ager clearly dsnt understand the word privacy ! On refusing he promised to move one of us in other room . Never heard from him ever after . Comming to the rooms , they are just not as they show in pictures .Do not fall for the big bathtub . It’s a cement pit like structure. Not clean at all and is rough .Our bath tub tap was leaking upon opening the tap. More water went out of the bath tub than inside it . Bathtub is soiled and has stain all over it . Toilet seats are damaged . Toilet doors do not shut completely. There’s leakage on walls too.looks very unhygienic. Basically it’s just a depilated old building . Stay away. Attaching pictures to support my statements .

I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great location at the same time gives you peace away from the hustle bustle. The hotel is super clean and the staff is great. Restaurant is great again with great staff - special mention to Tony the restaurant ***ager. Special mention to Rositta the front desk ***ager who was very sweet right from the checkin to checkout. Was very accommodating and gave us enough time to check out given the size of of our family. The pool is very clean as well. Again 5 star for our stay - we stayed at the duplex - and we highly recommend this place hands down.
