The experience was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was unclean, there was no hot water, and although there was a tv, it had no connection until we requested a setup box. No internet connection was available, and the food was terrible. Despite these issues, the hotel management showed no concern or apology. This property is not worth the money.

1) property is good, rooms are neat and clean with all basic facilities. 2) food is not upto the mark, need to improve the standards. 3) prices are high for stay, ilkal not even taluka, its just hobli, need to overlook on prices.

Room was in good condition. Bathroom faucets need maintenance, shower head was terrible. Breakfast items were distasteful. Food quality was pathetic.

Clean, convenient and comfortable stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Food is decent and breakfast spread is good. Overall a convenient stopover option right on the highway for people travel-ling with elderly and children

We booked studio room. Room was not ready in arrival. We were shown 3 rooms all had some or the other issue. Untidy and unprofessional staff. Property location and infrastructure is good but very poorly maintained.

Housekeeping was good, location is okay. Cost of stay was high for this location. Overall cost should not cross 3000, its max.
