Hotel ini bersih dan baik, mempunyai suasana yang baik dan dekat dengan bandar, berjalan kaki ke jalan sesi, Katedral Baguio, Sm, dan lain-lain .. Kakitangan juga baik dan baik ... Terima kasih banyak 🌼

Staffs are friendly and good breakfast meal buffet. However, the wifi is unstable and the telephone is not working at all. If you want a quiet stay, I must say that there's a loud background noise if you open the window here since there was under construction on going beside the hotel. Overall, staying is hassle free and fun.

Service was good overall, although there are things left to be improved. Room was comfy but for some reason, the fan is slow, which matters since there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is good, too. Location is walkable from SM and Session, which is good. A bit of noise from the construction site nearby and Baguio cathedral bells but nothing disturbing about it. It's a good budget hotel. One thing though, when we got to the hotel, the staff said they are not affiliated with Trip.com so our booking was rerouted to Agoda/Expedia, which was weird. We had to call Trip.com customer support to check.

The hotel is in a great central location for seeing Baguio. The hotel is looking a little worn but it is clean. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is Filipino style.

Service was great as the staff were accommodating especially the security guards. Toilet needs some upgrading as the pressure isn’t great.
