Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Bahagian Kuching

Saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di hotel ini. Hotel ini bersih, dan kakitangannya ramah. Kami tiba di hotel lebih awal, dan mereka membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk. Tandas dan bilik bersih. Katilnya selesa. Semuanya hebat.

semuanya luar biasa, hiasan hotel itu sendiri adalah estetik dan cantik yang lebih tinggi daripada jangkaan saya (untuk hotel 3 bintang), kecuali.. ada bahagian yang tidak begitu bersih di bilik mandi seperti noda kuning atau sumn. selain itu semuanya hebat. hope to see improvement (sental samban pls) next time i go there. terima kasih

Apa-apa hanya biasa-biasa saja, sarapan tidak berbaloi dengan harga, pilihan yang sangat mudah. Saya membeli melalui kaunter daftar masuk tetapi malangnya mereka terlepas pesanan sarapan saya, biarkan kami berdiri di hadapan restoran 10 minit untuk menyemak dengan kakitangan kaunter hadapan. Bilik tenang, bersih puas hati, Bilik mandi mempunyai pancuran mandian hujan yang berasingan dan tab mandi spa. Tetapi kepala pancuran kadang-kadang tidak mempunyai air yang keluar, saya fikir adalah kerana selain bilik juga menggunakan bilik mandi on the spot.

Of all the Marriott properties I have been to, this one has the best customer service by far. Ms Sabrina greeted my friends and I at check-in and personally showed us to our room, every staff member was polite and fast to help with anything. We got upgraded from original booking superior to a deuxe room due to high occupancy they said but nevertheless appreciate the gesture! Breakfast has a lot of options, the restaurant is good and there are lots of seafood restaurants next door(UTC) Loved the newly opened Tabby Bar sunset view. If you have status, points or upgrade nights this is the place to use them. I'd like to thank Ms Sabrina, Mr Faizul, Mr Abang from the staff for making our time here 5 Stars. They all gave us the VIP experience, we will definitely be back with family.

Lokasi sangat baik, di pusat bandar dan pengangkutan yang mudah Lantai tidak tinggi, dekat dengan tepi jalan, akan ada bunyi sedikit Bilik tidak besar, tetapi cukup. Katilnya besar. Pilihan sarapan adalah okay, dan terdapat juga kolam renang.

First stay for a few years as haven't been back in Kuching since 2020. Very happy to see the hotel is even better than I remembered. The rooms have been touched up and feel almost new ! Pool is as good as I remembered, the special shape is interesting. Breakfast definitely good ... in fact ate there for lunch (buffet) and dinner over our 4 days in Kuching which we seldom do as we miss the local food. Prices are very reasonable (maybe even too cheap??haha) and great quality / taste. Also very thoughtful of the hotel to provide a shuttle service to Kuching Festival for all guests, saved us on grab fare and so convenient !! Even our relatives parked their car here and ”lumpang” . Thank you to the friendly staffs !!!

Hotel ini terletak di Chinatown Kedua, yang mempunyai rasa jalan lama. Terdapat banyak tempat untuk makan di jalanan. Bilik hotel tidak besar, pembersihannya agak bersih, sarapan paginya banyak, dan mudah untuk menghubungi teksi apabila keluar.

I opted for Riverside Majestic Astana Wing as my quarantine stay. From the moment I was picked up to the stay itself, the service has been great. I am currently still staying in my Deluxe King room on the 15th floor (the bed is super comfortable!). By all account, select the river view room. Each even the sky turns into a magical hue of oranges, the most beautiful sunset. A stay would not be great if not for the service. I would like to call out Amos Chong who checked me in upon arrival. His customer service is personable and with lots of attention to detail. He has the ability to make you feel like as if you're a returning VIP even if its just your first stay. Kudos also goes out to Ivy from the restaurant. Each morning she greets with such delight and would address me by name. She's definitely a ray of sunshine. I cant wait to meet her once I get out of quarantine. I definitely would be back and would recommend friends to stay here. For the two excellent staff, Amos and Ivy, I hope you get recognize for the 5 star hospitality you show.

We took the Executive Deluxe river view room, on the 16th floor at the Astana Wing. View was fantastic. Room was large, clean and comfy. No bath, just a shower stall which suited us just fine. Buffet breakfast was adequate, tasty, some menu items changed daily. However, what I liked most was the Roti Jala with its curries. You can dine al fresco with a nice view of the river. I will definetly stay here again

Segala-galanya hebat tentang hotel ini. Kecuali mangkuk tandas tersumbat dan tiada siapa yang dapat membantu pada tengah malam dan pihak hotel meminta kami menunggu sehingga pagi. Koridor agak gelap. Selain itu lokasinya bagus dan hotelnya bersih. Hotel bersedia membenarkan daftar keluar lewat kerana penerbangan lewat.
