The hotel is right inside the ancient city, so ride-hailing cars can't get in. You can contact the front desk in advance to have them arrange an electric shuttle from the ancient city to pick you up. The hotel seems to be quite large, and the location is excellent. The snack street is just a few steps away, making it very convenient to watch glove puppetry and enjoy the night scenery in the evening. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, helping with luggage and answering all our questions. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Zhangzhou Ancient City. Now for a few negatives. Since we arrived early, we were assigned a courtyard with a terrible view; the opposite side was quite dilapidated and really spoiled the scenery. Also, there was no introduction to the room facilities when we checked in, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. It would be great if they could send an explanation via WeChat. Additionally, it gets quite cold at night in winter, and there's no heating. Luckily, the duvet was thick enough. Overall, it was a good experience, with the positives outweighing the negatives, especially the excellent service attitude. P.S. The hotel has a rooftop terrace you can access, which is an amazing spot for photos. They didn't mention it when I stayed, but I found it myself.

Hotel was new, clean and service was good. The room is good-sized, and considered large for single occupancy. Check-in and out were quite seamless. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, so one may need to travel out to dine, or choose one of those around there. Highly Recommended!

Hotel may be a bit dated, but location was superb and excellent! Right in the midst of Zhongshan Road, surrounded by eateries and shopping. Staff was efficient, and the best surprise was that they allowed us a late checkout at 2pm because our flight was at 5.30pm. Truly appreciative of this gesture. Breakast is simple. But there are lots of affordable and nice food in the vicinity, so not an issue.

From check-in to check-out, the experience exceeded my expectations. 🌟 Location: Convenient transportation, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's quiet and not noisy at night. 🏨 Room: The design is simple and modern, the bedding is comfortable (the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard), and the shower has strong water pressure with fast hot water. The details are well thought out – plenty of charging outlets, a mini-fridge, and effective blackout curtains. 🤵 Service: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and professional, proactively reminding us about the weather and tourist attractions. Housekeeping responds quickly; items we needed were delivered within minutes. 🍽️ Breakfast: A rich variety, with authentic local snacks and delicious freshly ground coffee. 💯 Value for Money: Absolutely excellent value for its price range! We even received a small souvenir upon check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit this city. Very satisfied with this stay! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was especially comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The location is convenient, and it's a short taxi ride to all the attractions. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Recommended! I must commend the service at this hotel! Traveling with a child, the front desk specifically arranged a quiet room and provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the hygiene was impeccable. The non-slip mat in the bathroom and the emergency call button provided peace of mind. Attention to detail really shows, deserving a five-star rating.

Facilities: The room was spacious and bright, and it was a non-smoking room with no weird or lingering smells. It even had a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. Cleanliness: It was cleaned thoroughly every day. I stayed for three nights for a concert and some sightseeing. Environment: The hotel is very close to Zhonghua City and Zhongshan Road, with convenient access to both the subway and buses. Service: Excellent! Taking the shuttle to the concert was a great experience.

Experience with Macro Polo (JinJiang) hotel is pleasant. Room is clean and well maintained. Location is a little away from city area about 20mins car journey (depends on traffic).

This hotel experience was fantastic! The location is super convenient, close to the subway and shopping areas, making getting around and shopping a breeze. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and made for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely be back! Book this hotel with your eyes closed, you won't regret it! The cleaning was incredibly thorough, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The facilities were complete and new, WiFi was fast, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Perfect for both business trips and vacations. The location is superb, within walking distance of where I needed to be for work. The room had a large desk and plenty of outlets, and the high-speed internet made working stress-free. The comfortable bedding really helped relieve my fatigue. Staying here with kids was incredibly easy! The room space was ample, and the safety details were well thought out. Some room types even have children's facilities. The staff were very patient with the little ones, and the surrounding amenities made going out with the kids a breeze.

Environment: The hotel's outdoor garden in winter is bathed in sunshine, making it very pleasant for an afternoon tea. Service: The staff were warm and helpful. Special thanks to Bill for upgrading us to a garden view room. The hotel staff's attitude was excellent. This is definitely one of the top hotel choices in Fuzhou. We were lucky enough to catch the hotel's Christmas tree lighting ceremony during our stay, which added greatly to the festive atmosphere.

Good spread of breakfast except the coffee fromthe coffee machine were very cold. The staff were very helpful to warm it for us . All the staff were very helpful, especially Demi, David, Sandy n Fanny.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, a truly excellent location right across from the city center. Since it's in the old town, personal cars can't drive in. Guests need to park at a designated spot, and then the hotel provides a shuttle service, which takes about 3 minutes. It's lovely to wake up early, explore the old town, and enjoy some traditional breakfast. The hotel also gifted us vouchers for several shops and a free coupon for Sun's Mochi. The hotel has an elevator for floors 1-2, but you need to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the third floor, though it's not very high. There's also a small terrace on the 3rd floor that's good for photos, but the roof isn't fully completed yet. The hotel rooms aren't very spacious, but all other facilities are quite good.
