Hotel ini terletak di Jalan Pejalan Kaki Zhongshan Road, yang sangat mudah. ​​Terdapat tempat membeli-belah, restoran dan makanan ringan berdekatan, dan ia sangat dekat dengan tarikan lain. Sikap perkhidmatan kakitangannya baik. Bilik menghadap ke jalan, tetapi tidak bising dan penebat bunyi sangat baik. Bilik agak luas, tetapi katil double agak kecil. The room is spacious and wonderful. They have two toilets here but unfortunately only one bathroom. Kitchen set with all things needed if you need to reheat or Cook a simple meal. Gym was very nice so does the swimming pool (the one meant for swimming). They have all the noodle pools, swim board etc that needed for kids. Do not forget to bring the swim caps, it is a compulsory. We got free 3 hours kids club each day/stay but we did not manage to play. It was not so big but enough for kids 5 years and below. 5 minutes walk to Zhong Shan lu pedestrian street and a mall. Short drive to the Ferry terminal as well. The breakfast selection are wide, fitting for Asian or intercontinental type of breakfast. We bought the package with breakfast already, but if you have not, on the day of check-in they cahrge 100rmb/person if you needed, and it becomes 180rmb/person if you are buying the breakfast on the day. Definetely one of the best choice for family to travel with ease.

The hotel is quite new. The location is good near to underground train station. The surrounding have many shops. I like the room with AI features. They also allow us to put luggage after check out until evening time. Overall is good, I will booked again if I go to Xiamen.

Everything about my stay at the hotel was great. I had a late arrival, so its proximity to airport was the main reason i choose it. I walked to the hotel +- 500meter and arrived there at midnight. Reception was still available, although they had a selfcheckin service (my backup plan in case my flight got delayed). I got my key within minutes (thank you) and was greeted by a big spacious clean comfortable Mondriaan themed room. Shower was great, bed was super. Although close to airport, not a sound. I had to leave early so i couldb try breakfast. Checkout was done by Carl. Very polite professional young man who not only did the checkout, but also was helpfull in explaining the best way to get to the trainstation. He even arranged a taxi, and stayed with me until it arrived to tell the driver were to bring me. During the few minutes wait i was offered drink (iced tea) and a parting gift (box of almond pastries. My stay was short but very pleasant. The hotel is full of art pieces, a cute usher robot us driving around, staff is professional... i know where to stay. Thanks again Carl (pic just before checkout)

Sangat menarik untuk kami bertiga keluar dengan rakan-rakan, jadi kami menempahnya. Kami mendapat turun dari jeti dan menaiki bas No. 6. Turun di terminal 1 yuan dan anda akan menemui hotel bertentangan. Terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah berdekatan. Stesen kereta api dan stesen BRT kereta bawah tanah terletak betul-betul di sebelahnya. Pengangkutan adalah mudah . Kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel juga sangat peramah dan mesra. Sarapan pagi tidak banyak tetapi rasanya sedap. Bilik dan Ctrip Gambar sama, saya berharap untuk tinggal di sana lain kali di Xiamen...

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

During the honey snow trip, I chose the Hilton Xiamen City Plaza as my foothold. Here, I deeply feel the thoughtful service and thoughtful arrangement of the receptionist, which makes me full of gratitude and praise for this hotel. The amenity is basic. There’s no phone in the room, to assess front desk one needs to call via app that you were asked to scan the QR code when you check in. However, the room is clean but the location is a distance away to most of the attractions but near airport.

Although this hotel is a small one but the facilities, cleanliness and easy access to Zhong Shan road where all the happenings are be it shopping and food. The cleaner who upkeeps my room during my stay is very caring. She left a note in Chinese but I can’t read. I got my friend to read and it says weather is hot and she have boiled water for us and asked us to drink more water to stay hydrated. I would like to say thank you and is very much appreciated.

Decent capsul hotel. Only negative is the bathroom is about a 5min walk outside the hotel (in the airport). Otherwise the hotel is what you expect!

Great hotel with lovely views of the city. Room was spacious and clean, located within walking distance to the Guangao bridge and the old town.

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils. So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

This hotel was recommended by my friend and their service was really great so I decided to extend my stay. I asked them if i can have the same room so i wont move and they accommodated me. They cannot speak english but still does their best to help me out. Will stay there again

First time in China and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Safe, comfortable and location was in between everything. Staff were friendly and happy to help in planning trips and advice. Thanks to Vicky and Chris for showing us Fujian hospitality! Gym was spacious with a comfortable changing room, didn't use the pool but it looked good from the outside. Breakfast quality was decent but the Chinese food from the streets opposite was much better. Overall, highly recommended to stay here.

What is good/great about this hotel: Location is near small but charming Chating Park (5 minutes walk), and it's convenient to take bus and metro (Chating metro is about 10 minutes walk with rolling suitcase). Many quick-eat places, Luckin Coffee, and mini-market shops near the hotel entrance. Hotel breakfast is fine, with various pastries, good coffee, juice, and congee, plus other Chinese breakfast staples. (NOTE: Some non-Chinese guests may not like the breakfast, as it is not ”Western style”.) Can easily take bus/metro south, across the river to the former foreign concession area, which is interesting and enjoyable. Or, take the bus/metro or walk northwest to see the White Pagoda, 3 Lanes 7 Allys, etc. Hotel has a great bathtub, great shower, excellent hot water and water pressure! Blackout curtains make the room super-dark for late-sleepers. The bedroom is in a separate small room, and has its' own aircon, separate from the rest of the hotel room, so it cooled down very quickly--great on hot, humid summer day in Fuzhou. My room was very, very clean, but it smelled a little of cigarette smoke when I first arrived--I had to open the window for fresh air. Although the front desk staff (I dealt with 3 different people) don't speak English, but they are super-helpful and patient, and will use translation app to communicate well. What is not so good about this hotel: I booked a ”city view” room, but I got a 3rd floor room with a view of the street and a construction site across the street. No city view. :-( Met some other guests (Chinese) who said they had a very good view on the 8th floor. :-( Also, the entrance is confusing, as the hotel signs don't say Yunrui Hotel Fuzhou Three Lanes, Seven Alleys. However, the address is correct and is clearly marked by the door.

I’m a foreigner, from Canada. No affiliation to this hotel. Location is perfect. Maybe 5km from the airport. I took Didi from the airport just after midnight, and it cost 20rmb. Not sure how long it took… maybe a little over 10 minutes. I guess 15 minutes would be the maximum time needed at any time of day. It could be faster. Front desk service was very friendly, polite, and quick. The girl didn’t use English, but she used translation software. Very easy check-in. I only waited about 4 or 5 minutes for the guest in front of me, and the girl was going fast and apologized a couple times. Very nice service. The room is great. It’s super clean, and everything looks new. It’s not a large room, but it’s totally fine for my layover to get several hours sleep before I go back to the airport in the morning. I’m in the basic room and paying about 250rmb. I’m very happy with this price for what I’m getting. The bed is firm, but not too firm. I like it. I’ll sleep well I think. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised at how nice this is for the price. I doubt this location is great if people want to stay a few days and do sightseeing, but I’m not sure. I think for an airport layover this is fantastic. That’s why I wanted to write this review before I moved on and forgot about this. I didn’t order the breakfast, so I can’t comment. They also offer a free shuttle at 5am, 6am, 7am and 8am. I will probably use Didi because those times are a bit off for my 9:30am flight, but I think that service is great. Great hotel, and so far, it’s very quiet at night. No noise. I will definitely choose this place again if I need a hotel close to Fuzhou airport for a layover.

Location was unbeatable! Right next to dongbai metro station. Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved. Mirror had some stains and room showed some signs of aging. Breakfast was average and mainly catered to the Chinese market

Nice hotel nearby airport for transit passengers. Free shuttle service to airport. Breakfast was good and cheap at CNY20/pax. Definitely will come back if transiting here again.

The hotel quite average in total assesment even though room just renovated n clean . The shower tape very hard to turn n I already made feedback to them. This was ok in general stay but one main thing I don't like is hotel don't have proper drop off space to alight at door when ride hailing pick up or drop off. The passage have alot e scooters can be dangerous alright there . So this is safety concern in my view. I don't recommend for elderly people to stay .

We were welcomed by the Osmanthus/GuiHua smell while we first stepping into the lobby. The smell was so good that ease our mind. Of course the lobby, the room interior is great! I love it! The TV also provide the nearby tourist spot and its introduction. Customer service is excellent especially Xiao Liu, who provided us many suggestions and guides for our day trip. It was really great help. She is also very caring, each time we pass by the lobby, we were greeted and reminded by her the temperature has dropped, make sure we has enough covered.

The price of this hotel is very reasonable compared the location it's set, lots of visitors favorite spots are closed by. The selling points of this hotel are the super friendly and helpful front desk personal, whenever you need help they will do their best,Mr Mo stand out from the group. The breakfast are very tasty with multiple choices from Chinese to Western style. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to visit Quanzhou again.

Oleh kerana kami berpindah dari hotel lain lebih kurang pukul 10 pagi, kami bercadang untuk mendaftar masuk sebelum keluar bermain, jadi meja depan memberi kami kad bilik terlebih dahulu. Saya harus mengatakan bahawa perkhidmatan bilik malam hotel mengejutkan saya. Apabila saya meleret kad saya dan membuka pintu pada pukul 9 malam, saya mendapati bahawa kad bilik telah dimasukkan dan penghawa dingin telah dihidupkan, saya fikir hotel telah memberi saya bilik yang salah. Saya menghubungi meja depan dan memberitahu keadaan saya dan anak saya menunggu di pintu bilik, tidak berani masuk. Semasa menunggu, saya menangkap seorang pelayan bertanya dan mengetahui bahawa bilik telah ditempah untuk kami lebih awal dan penghawa dingin dihidupkan pada suhu yang selesa Walaupun prosesnya agak menakutkan, perkhidmatan hotel itu benar-benar tidak dapat dikatakan. Dua mangkuk air gula turut diberikan yang rasanya cukup enak dan tidak terlalu manis. Tetapi saya sendiri merasakan katil itu agak empuk dan saya berasa sedikit sakit pinggang apabila bangun pagi. Hotel ini juga menghantar 2 pek biskut ketika mendaftar keluar Walaupun rasanya biasa-biasa saja, tidak dapat dinafikan bahawa hotel ini telah melakukan semuanya dengan baik dan sangat mesra pengguna.

The location of the hotel is very convenient due to its central locality to the tourist attractions. The staff were friendly especially the room service staff, their service were excellent.

My 3rd stay at this hotel and as usual good service provided. I was upgraded to a continental room upon check in. The only minor issue I faced is tv noise coming from the room next to mine at night time; overall pretty good and would love to visit again.

入住泉州廈航酒店算是我本次旅遊比較明智的決定，首先酒店是廈門航空旗下酒店，管理制度比較完善且服務響應速度較快，問題能得到較好解決。 首先説優點：①服務態度真的很好，在登記入住就非常熱情地介紹旅遊路線，後期在飲食問題、房間問題上也得到了較好的解決方案；②房間設施有幾點我是比較喜歡的，洗手間和洗浴間是分開的，我這種強迫症患者最怕的就是洗澡出來濕漉漉還帶着水亂逛真心受不了，這種乾濕分離就能有效避免了，還有就是房間裏面是配備了茶具，哪怕我不愛喝茶也覺得空閑時候可以喝一下，居然還配備了鉛筆剪刀橡皮擦這類文具，完全就是手賬達人的福音啊！③電梯裏面要刷卡才能到達客房樓層，安全性有一定的保障，每層樓電梯外都有一張桌子放置了幾種水果零食和飲用水供客人自取，水果是每天不同的，雖然不是什麼值錢的東西，但是這種舉措讓人感受到了温暖。 下面就是個人覺得需要改善的地方，①枕頭是我住酒店以來詬病最多的地方，廈航的枕頭無論高矮衹要躺下去中間都是凹進去兩邊翹起來，這個回彈力就奇葩，我這幾天睡覺都懷疑自己有沒有睡在了枕頭上面；②房間鎖門那兒沒有雙層鎖（這個不知道怎樣描述就是覺得沒有鏈條不夠安全吧）。 由於酒店毗鄰美食街，所以沒有在酒店訂早餐，無法評價酒店早餐，但是美食街的東西還是不錯的，而且附近有幾個商場，距離西街幾公里距離，哪怕不想去外面就餐外賣也有很多選擇。所以此次入住泉州廈航酒店算得上是九分滿意，未來若是有機會再來泉州必然會優先選擇廈航。

Really an amazing hotel. Very very surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel and also the amazing location. The room is gorgeous and looks better than the pictures. Staff was super friendly and provided everything I needed for my stay!

我們定的是商務大床房，整體房間乾淨整潔，很大很寬敞。酒店配有游泳池，孩子很喜歡玩？工作人員會在泳池一旁一直陪着。還有健身房，健身器材很齊全。4樓的中餐廳，環境很好，我們預約的是包間，服務員小姐姐人很nice,特別親切，菜品味道很不錯。退房時，前台小姐姐還會贈送水和濕巾，如果下次還來石獅，繼續定這家酒店。

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms. Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it. Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.
