First time visiting Jinjang and staying here . A very good well located hotel with many facilities.

Location is fabulous, the street is just next to our hotel and price is affordable.

Very good hotel, close to biggest industry which is just a short walk opposite. Area is now much better than before ...food just downstairs ..kfc and Chinese restaurant in shoplots on ground floor.

A wonderful first time visit to Xiamen and Swiss Grand Hotel. This is a large and popular hotel offering stunning views of Gulangyu from your room window. It is easy to get to via Metro from either railway station. Take Line 1 to terminus station Zhenhai road - Exit 1 and walk about 5-10 minutes. Rooms are solid and everything inside works. Breakfast is fresh, tasty and bountiful. I do also recommend to try the dinner buffet at least once. It's also very large with an amazing selection of food, drinks and desserts. One other thing really stood out to me about Swiss Grand was the service. It's very clear that the management here is good and they have put together great teams in all areas: Front Desk, Housekeeping and Food Service. All impressed with friendly, attentive, caring and professional service. Not easy for a large hotel like this. April in housekeeping made us feel at home. One thing I want to mention, this can be a busy hotel so at peak times the elevator can get crowded. One weekend morning we were waiting for an elevator and twice when it came it was already full. A member of housekeeping recognized the situation and called to her supervisor to get the OK to take us down using the service elevator. I didn't get her name but I want to thank all the staff here for making our stay so pleasant. They have a really good team here. Xiamen is a wonderful city to visit. Gulangyu of course, Zhongshan Road walking street, and we also loved the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Hope to return one day.

Enjoyed my stay in this charming Fuzhou ME Hotel and will definitely choose it again when in Fuzhou. Hotel was opened in early 2025 & the room layout was like a home. Room - There was a walkin closet and a very large bathroom👍🏻. Our 2 single beds can accommodate 4 persons(it can be a slight squeeze). It can accommodate two luggages comfortably. Amenities - innovative with cute descriptions. Their toothbrush is one of the better quality hotel toothbrushes. Bar - enjoyed the ambiance and good music, although drinks menu didn’t have wine by the glass but by the bottle. Location - a pretty central next to Shibu underground train stn exit D and bus stops close by. Good mom & pop 小吃 outside the hotel for breakfast. Luckin coffee & a bakery is within the block or two. There’s also a Walmart nearby for overseas visitors to do your bulk grocery shopping. Staff - very courteous and helpful, although some spoke very little English. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and a thumbs up. 👍🏻

Very good location, breakfast is good,they serve different varieties everyday. Cleanliness is good, decent size room, make sure u ask for pedestrian room facing as back street sometimes can be noisy.

Centrally located within Gu Cheng with lots of eateries around! Food is not an issue when you’re around this area and all are good food! I can’t express further how much i love the location. However, it is not really accessible by car so you have to drop outside and walk approximately 300m in to reach the hotel. And I feel they should have more washer and dryer facilities in the premises. All is good and i’ve got nothing to complain about. i love the place, the serenity it provides amidst the buzzing streets and cleanliness they upkeep!

臨時決定出遊，因為是親子+長者，又要住在三坊七巷附近、還必須要兩間房，衹有這家店符合這個條件，那麼衹能肉疼的下單。 車子停在公共停車場50元/天，找到【文儒坊】這個口，然後過了這個入口右轉，看到石獅子就是這家店了。 環境： 這家店的前台部分保留的是原來的老建築，加固了房樑，但依稀能看到古老的木頭，四水歸堂的園林設計，耐人尋味，需細細品。 住宿部分是在另外新搭建的一層，我們在2樓，房間很多，但房間很小，衞生可以，洗澡的水忽冷忽熱，我給孩子洗澡，冷的要命，2K一晚的價格，讓我想罵人。 衞生： 我們家裡人很注重衞生，這也是選擇這家店的原因，新開的，沒啥味道，地點也可以；進房間後看了一下桌上的灰塵，床單，都很乾凈，就沒用一次性床單，這裏表揚一下搞衞生的阿姨，人高馬大，很主動很熱情很利索！ 服務： 這家店開業還沒有滿半年，設施很新，還沒上大眾點評；下午的時候有人聯繫詢問幾點到，告知大概零點以後，後來找不到該店又致電詢問前台，加了微信發了定位才找到的；可能是我之前在別的城市大年初一抵達的時候會有湯圓迎接，讓顧客有一種暖暖的感受；但是這家店我們抵達的時候前台木木的，孩子的洗漱用品沒給我們，要的被子也沒準備好（這條被子是我強行要求了5次以後才安排了一條，後來一直説沒有衹有一條，最後又變出了一條）零點剛過抵達這家店，也沒人幫忙搬行李，前台就在那裡站着。 當我詢問可不可以申請延遲退房，對方要求我好評以交換延遲退房，有點搞笑哦～ 我花了7K住了2晚，不需要條件交換延遲退房。 早餐： 早餐在進住宿樓的右邊（感覺是外包的），早市是供應早餐；白天是咖啡店，有個戴口罩的男孩子即負責早餐店的收拾工作也負責白天搬運行李工作；大年初一的早飯去吃的時候沒啥了；大年初二的早飯去的早就吃到了第一天沒吃到的撈化湯，魚丸肉燕湯；整體種類可以，可以優雅的吃個早飯。 我們是17號18號入住的，價格貴的嚇**，誰叫自己是臨時決定的呢，但這家店離愛情樹很近，沿着巷子出去右轉就是。

I recently stayed at Lujiang Harbourview Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel has a quaint charm — the room was decorated with a lovely olden-day, vintage feel, yet it was very comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, with both buffet options and à la carte dishes. We especially enjoyed sampling some of Xiamen’s local specialties. Another pleasant surprise was the daily complimentary hi-tea served at the 1958 Lobby Bar — a wonderful touch that made our afternoons extra enjoyable. The location is simply unbeatable. The start of Zhongshan Pedestrian Street is right next to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. I spent two full days wandering around the area. 八市街 is also just around the corner, offering plenty of delicious local food options. A special shout-out to staff member 张春燕, who went above and beyond in helping us. When we were unable to book ferry tickets through WeChat as foreigners, she kindly used her personal phone to help us secure them. Truly exceptional service — 5 stars for her! Overall, Lujiang Harbourview Hotel gave us a warm and memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Xiamen.
