Ulasan Motel 6 Bakersfield, CA - East

So after what felt like the longest day ever we came to check into this hotel, our third attempt at a hotel that day, and we got the lost awesome desk attendant ! Felicia girl, you were a much needed breath of fresh air to our horrible day, and we appreciate you!!! Sometimes people who you don't even know can change the whole attitude of your day and for that girl, I thank you!!

I booked this room and when I arrived to check in I was told that they had no rooms available and they had can Elle's my booking! How is that possible when I reserved it many hours prior! I thought the point of reserving a room was to be able to check into it ?

The room was clean but the area around the motel was troubled (bad), check-in time was 15:00 and we had to wait. I would not recommend this motel, sorry to say but I wouldn't feel right. I will recommend that the toilets be changed out to the ADA height as they are too low.

Check in at 11pm already paid. Frot desk tells me they have no rooms but if im willing to wait 30 min she'll go clean one. 10 min later comes to my car to tell us that they're was someone else with a reservation that hasn't checked in yet so they'll give me their room and clean the other for them. Then woke up to find the refrigerator had defrosted overnight. It's a counter top unit. My clothes, phone and smart watch that were on the counter were wet when i woke up. There was a puddle on the floor and water had puddled off the counter onto the floor and my bag. Everything i had with me was wet and i had an 8 hour drive still to go. When i told the don't desk the only repky was "did you unplug it?". No sympathy no, anything we can do to help.... nothing. Never staying hey again. Which is a shame because most Motel6's are better than this

The place kept having the power go out so much of my stay I was hungry and had no way of charging my phone to get a ride let alone something to eat

It was fine. The staff was nice and everything was clean. The wifi was terrible but it could have been the storm too. It is what it is. A place to sleep.

Rooms are always clean even walking in the office everyone is friendly greet you right away and very understanding I made a few mistakes booking online and I don’t live in Bakersfield so when I do show up which is 1/2 in the morning they didn’t give me no problems about fixing my booking everyone is beyond nice will always go back

MAN, UMMM YEAH YOU KNOW UMMM, TO BE REAL I JUST BLEW SOME FIRE AND IM AM HIGHER THAN THE UFO YOU SEEN THE OTHER NIGHT AND THAT REPTILE THAT WAS WITH THEM...

Door key would not work. Tried several room with same issue. Tried at least 6 times to get a card key to open a room. Then got locked out and had to start again. Room service couldn’t get in so they skipped my room them wouldn’t give me towels. I’ve seen cleaner garages. Will never return.

Went in thinking that this property was going to be just like every other Motel 6. I was wrong. I woke up at 2 AM and went to grab something off a nightstand and there were two roaches on it then I went near the fridge raider area and there were five or six roaches, crawling all over there as well.

I got bit by bedbugs I thiought it was a mosquito then my girlfriend got bit and we found them it was a bunch

The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty, full of cobwebs. There was a leak in the bathroom and the phone didn't work when i tried to call the front desk.

Overall it was clean, and check in staff was very friendly. We got NO sleep due to 2nd floor guest above us who kept stomping on the floor, seemed to be running around and dragging chairs! This went on for the majority of the night so we didn’t get any rest. When reported to the staff all she could say was “sorry about that”.
