A Fantastic Hotel in downtown Bakersfield and close to everything. Rooms are very well appointed and spotlessly clean! Service is outstanding in every way! From the Airport Transportation, Front Desk Staff, to Housekeeping the staff is very well trained and professional! When you call the front desk everyone answers with a pleasant, ”Front Desk, this is XXXX, how may I help you!” A special shout out to Eleonor Gonzales who showed amazing Kindness, Care, Hospitality and Professionalism to my colleagues and I during our flight delay! I am a Bonvoy Member and stay at HUNDREDS of Marriott Affiliated Hotels every year. I was VERY impressed with the amazing Service, Care and Hospitality of the entire staff! The hotel is so close to so many great areas to shop and eat! I was extremely appreciative of the front desk staff and my room was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was also very big! Since I was staying by myself I had so much room for myself! I loved how everything worked very well in the room and appreciated the convenience!
