Good nice and clean place to stay, The location is slightly out of the main town but good value for money I recommend this one to everyone visiting Lampang.

The hotel was clean and efficiently run. The receptionists were friendly and spoke some English. The only drawback was the location - it really is in the middle of nowhere. Walkable from bus station, but that's about it.

Nice new hotel, spacious rooms. Bed was nice and firm, not hard. Shower was great. Steam iron and lighted mirror added a nice touch. Can access ur own netflix on the TV. Only con would be the thin walls so we could hear from neighboring room if we were silent.

A simple no frill hotel with a good location as it's near to the central plaza and not too far to walk to the night market. Staff are friendly.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, not far from the city center. There are power outlets near the headboard, making it easy to charge your phone. However, the air conditioner is quite noisy, which might disturb light sleepers. The water heater isn’t very user-friendly; the water temperature feels hotter than normal and is difficult to adjust. On the bright side, the minibar is complimentary, which is a nice touch.

This is a new and very nice hotel on the main street in Lampang city centre, very easily found and accessible. It is a tall building with an atrium in the middle and a lot of parking space in front of the building. There is also a restaurant and a cafe at the back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-designed in white theme. Breakfast is the only thing which needs improvement. It is cold and not tasty. However, the staff are quite impressive and the most outstanding person to admire is the security guard. There is only 1 security guard there who also acts as the porter. He is extremely service-minded, friendly, attentive and helpful. I think he is the greatest asset of the hotel and deserves to be rated 5 stars!

Located in the central business district, the hotel is east to get access to and good to stay, enjoying the relative quietness. It is equipped with modern elements of switching on/off lights, not often seen at even high-end hotels. Whilst the elevator runs a little too slow.

Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué je n’avais pas de TV dans la chambre (je m’en moque car je ne la regarde pas), pas de wifi en chambre et surtout douches à l’eau froide pendant 2 jours. Ça fait du bien mais quand même on apprécie l’eau chaude. Murs sales et de nombreuses petites fourmis ont investi les lieux. La nuit elles nous grimpent dessus. Sinon literie plutôt bonne. Ventilateur un peu bruyant ms rien de bien surprenant. Dans l’ensemble tout est vieillot et il est nécessaire de faire un rafraîchissement. Pas de frigo dans la chambre.

The hotel room was good. Spacious clean and fit for purpose. One odd feature was that to plug the kettle in required unplugging the room fridge. Also the room door would not close properly unless a great effort was used. Breakfast was OK, the first day there were no other guests so the breakfast was prepared and brought to the table On the second day a buffet breakfast was available. No lunch available and an evening meal was phoned to a nearby restaurant for delivery. Most of the items on the menu were not available including soft drinks and some beers. The staff were not overly friendly. Overall for the price charged it was ok but not a place for more than a 2/3 day stopover

Newly built and just operate only for few months so there are MANY LACKING. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER BEFORE BOOK THIS HOTEL 1. Unprofessional and not well-trained staffs. Staffs at front desk have poor attitude and lack of service mind. They were so rude and never known their own mistake and not even say any apology word to guests. 2. Poor management. Eventhough hotel policy stated that check in time start at 2.00 pm., when guest arrived at 4.30 pm., front desk just said that rooms weren't ready and then they ignore guests. Just let us stand there with our luggages. That was very confusing. 3. Lack of problem solving skill. When our superior rooms were not ready (at 4.30 pm.) and we asked the hotel how they gonna handle this problem. They told us that we can check-in at delux type instead. It's shocking. How they want to downgrade our room when it 's hotel's fault. Then i ask why they didn't inform guests beforehand, front ladies just said that because guests booked through agent (agoda) so they have no customers' contact. And ask guests to speak to agoda instead because hotel prefer to talk with agent not guests ???? 4. No Elevalator and No bellboy. You have to carry your luggages by yourself to second floor and third floor 5. The entrance from main street 's quite small and a bit weired. The hotel area just hide behind other building so you cannot easily see from the main street. cons: 1.The owner 's friendly but not their staffs 😓 2. Room is new and spacious In conclusion : If you don't mind about service and can ignore poor attitude and rude staffs, it's fine to stay here. But if you expect standard hotel service, please look for other place. Frankly Speaking, with the same room rate, you can book much better hotel ( higher star and services)
