:) The location is great. Very quiet neighbourhood but only ten minutes' walk to the central railway station and shopping mall. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the ladies in the kitchen were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was packed for us on our last day as we had an early start. :( The shower rose holder was broken. There was no tea or coffee or electric jug in the room. We had to ask for drinking water as there was none in the room and there was no drinking water dispenser anywhere. Overall, we did enjoy ourselves.

The hotel was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The room was just the right size for one person, offering great value for money. It's very close to the 28May MRT station, making transportation convenient, and the airport bus is also easily accessible. Overall, a very good experience, highly recommended!

A good hotel with a reasonable price. Suitable for short trips where you can leave your bags and get some sleep. Great location, within walking distance of the main attractions, with shops and coffee shops nearby.

Without a UK transit visa, I bought a new ticket in Baku and stayed there for a while. The airport shuttle bus is convenient, running every 15 minutes during the day and every 40 minutes at night. A single bus costs £1.70, or £2 with a card. You can get a card at the airport entrance. One card can be used. The airport shuttle bus takes you to the train station entrance. The hotel is a short walk from there, located near the metro station entrance and the airport shuttle bus stop. The airport shuttle bus stops at different locations: the train station and the airport return stop. The train station stop is near the park entrance, while the return stop is near the metro station. Be careful not to get lost at night; the area near the train station is very dangerous. The hotel staff are friendly. You can ask for a sandwich in advance if you miss breakfast. The hotel is somewhat like the kind of shopping malls that tour groups take you to; the first floor is filled with paintings. There are restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store downstairs.

The receptionists are friendly and speak Russian and English. There's an elevator. The breakfasts are hearty, buffet-style: omelets, fried eggs, cheese, butter, toast, cold meats, jams, yogurt, cookies, and gingerbread. The tea is delicious. There's plenty of everything. There was no kettle in the room, but one was provided upon request. It's close to the Aeroexpress stop, a 10-minute walk away. I'm happy with my stay.

The hotel pictures taken by Ctrip are wrong. The most advanced suites cannot replace the general room types, which misleads consumers. Most of the room facilities are old, like the guesthouses in the 80s and 90s. The picture is normal. The breakfast is also average, with very few varieties and not tasty. The picture shows the entire breakfast. It is not recommended to change hotels, which seriously affects the mood of travel!!!

It's very simple. I read previous reviews that it was close to the airport bus station. I chose this place to transfer to a plane, but it's not very close and I need to take a taxi. Maybe it was too bad, I didn’t see any other passengers, and we were the only ones having breakfast. The breakfast was very small, only bread, milk and eggs. The milk was spoiled and I didn't drink it.
