No service at all, at the evening no staff in the property, Cannot classify as Hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and total no room make up or replace the towels. Only good thing is the rate is low.

Tres jolis conviviale. Proche des magasin et des transports en commun. Je recommande.

Très bon choix pour cet appart hôtel, dès l’entrée vous serez séduit… nous sommes arrivés tard et avions notre carte à disposition dans une boîte à clé . Nous sommes arrivés à la chambre et la… le top climatisation mise en route et canapé lit déplié pour notre fils. Très propre et décoration de goût. Bref allez y les yeux fermés .

We stayed here for the Rugby World Cup and it's is brilliantly located - 30 minute walk to the stadium, retail park across the road, small shopping centre nearby. The room itself very clean, good walk in shower and kitchenette facilities to cook basic meals. My only concern is the reception is not 24/7 so if your flight / transport is delayed, I am not sure how you are able to check in or indeed where you would stay for the night if you cannot get in? Rooms are serviced daily, but as a matter of procedure, they'll turn your main power off so you might find on a hot day you'll need time for the air con to kick in and cool the room down again. The tram is right behind the hotel (walk around the shopping centre to the left as you exit the main entrance) and is called Bereges du Lac. It will cost 1 Euro 80 cents for a single journey (using as many trams as you need from A to B). Overall a good stay.

Nice new appartments in an interesting new and lively part of town, with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Nice beach only a 5 minutes walk away at Bordeaux Lac. Tram line C brings you downtown in 15 minutes. Will book again next time we go to Bordeaux.

The residence is in a very busy commercial area in the outskirts of Bordeaux. The room was very clean and well equipped. The people at the reception were really friendly and helpful. However once the shops closed we didn't feel safe outside and unfortunately there is no reception service at night. At nine pm we were closed in our room. It might be OK if you're travelling for working reasons but not for tourism.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et facile à trouver. Un accueil agréable, la chambre studio que nous occupions était jolie, propre, confortable et bien équipée toutefois très bruyante par la circulation incessante car notre fenêtre donnait sur l’entrée de la zone commerciale… dommage !!!

Hôtel bien situé au pied de bus et tramway avec accès centre ville ou atlantique arena. La rue a traversé pour avoir accès à un centre commercial et restaurants. Insonorisation des fenêtres pas top mais nous avons bien dormi , la literie est très bien

Pas de chance cette fois-ci un voisin de chambre très bruyant (télévision) en plein milieu de la nuit , sinon l'hotel est toujours aussi bien.

un bon sejour, juste que l'accueil qui est au 1er etage est mal identifié au RDC

Parking public payant pas noté de manière explicite à la réservation (18 euros). Horaires de réception jours fériés pas précisées à la réservation (personne en arrivant à 17h30). Petit déjeuné avec supplément si vous voulez du salé, est ce quelqu'un vérifie vraiment si quelqu'un prend une saucisse alors qu'il n'a pas le droit ? Jamais vu ça ! Des petits bêtes rentrent très facilement dans l'hôtel (présence dans la chambre, dans la salle du petit déjeuner) ex: cloportes, punaise. Peut être mettre du répulsif aux portes et fenêtres ? Beaucoup de désagréments qui viennent nuire l'expérience globale. Manque de précision à la réservation proche de la tromperie. Nous ne reviendrons clairement pas.
