Hotel berhampiran Qızıl Fırça, Baku

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

During my visit to Azerbaijan I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all I got a warm welcome in my arrival. It made me feel like at home. Staff was always friendly and helpful, they delivered the best possible servise. The restaurant was offering delicious dishes, which we enjoyed a lot. I am looking forward to visit the hotel again. Worst hotel experience ever, from the location a noisy late night restaurant to the drunken fights outside your room!!! strong stench of sewage in the room, mold in the shower cabin, musty smell of towels that are given one per person in a 4-star hotel(!) Met us, showed us one room, and in fact moved us into another The hotel administration could not settle the noisy guests who were behind our wall until two in the morning! The bed for two was completely unprepared, the two mattresses kept moving apart and it was not possible to sleep together The overall clean is questionable, dust on the windowsill, dirty carpeting, hair on the bed I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

I stayed here during my stay in Baku and was really impressed with the hotel. The service at reception is warm, welcoming & helpful. The room was located on the 5th floor and well presented & very comfortable bed (which I needed as I was exhausted after sightseeing and travelling from neighbouring Georgia). The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Nizami Street & 15 minutes to the seafront. I would stay here again!

I am still in this hotel and expects to check out next day. First thing first, I booked 2 nights and the first room they allocated was 323. Noisy from karaoke or band till 11.30Pm even with soundproofing. The bed, kingsize but on the right side sank and if you were to roll to the left side you will feel it feels higher and also the design of the toilet is atrocious seemingly clean at a glance but look closer. The toilet hanger is so high up only tall people can reach the towels. I feedback and was given another room 325. It was better but cleanliness of toilet is still substandard. Next, I checked out after the 2nd night when I queried if I could stow my luggage in the hotel to stay in Sheki for 1 night. They accepted to store my luggage. The day after, I return to check in again for 1 more night and this is my last night in this country. When I enquired with the reception about my luggage, he went out of the reception went to the lobby corner and pull my luggage. I was horrified to see all these while it was not stowed properly in a store room but pushed at one corner of the hotel lobby out in the open where there is a lot of traffic. When enquired with the staff why is this so, he did not response and looked *****ic at me. When I arrived from Tbilisi I had encountered attempted theft from tbilisi airport and now this. This is too much stress for a holiday. The reason for choosing this hotel is because they are near the old city and they have a lift. Find elsewhere they have no regards for people's property.

الصراحة جاية من جدة من أجل هذا الفندق الرائع بشكله المبدع وحصل واجهت مشكلة واول مرة أواجهة مثل هذا المشكلة في التأخير في سداد المبلغ من المسؤلين في باكو رغم شركة المسافر تم تسديد المبلغ من شركة المسافر قبل 7ايام وكنت في انتظار استلام القرفة تفاحاءت بأن المبلغ لم يسلم والصراحة وبكل مصداقية كان تعامل الموظفين رائع والادارة رائعة المدير كان جدا رائع والمديرة رائع والغالي شاهين من أروع التعامل وتم تعويضي بغرفة سويت وعشاء أقدم أجمل عبارات الشكر والتقدير والاحترام والصراحة عملت للفندق دعاية حلوة لمتبعيني في السناب و صديقاتي وأهلي snap. kokandyrrأ ل مع شكري واحترامي لجمع المسؤلين عن الفندق وشكر خاص للمدير والأستاذ شاهين

The service was not the best when we arrived. The receptionists took their time to assist us and when we finally were given keys, they just pointed to the lift and left us. The hotel room was quite outdated with a broken leaky fridge and a bulky TV. However, the balcony was quite nice and the view was amazing. The food was really good and it was plentiful.
