Staff is not good ,dirty room ,manager are busy their own work.room is not clean bathroom is dirty broken geyser.highly not recommend

Worst experience i had. I stayed for 3 days but the lift was not working. Service is very poor. They take lots of time to serve. One day i had to miss my complementary breakfast for this issue. For everything you need to ask them like shop, towel, ac remote, tv remote. They don't even have a landline in their room. In 3 days they have changed my room 3 times due to different issues like, ac is not working, door lock is broken.

- "disappointing stay! room was small and dirty, bed was uncomfortable, and staff was unfriendly" - "not worth the money! hotel needs renovation, breakfast was cold, and wi-fi didn't work" - "terrible experience! noise from the street kept me awake all night, and the bathroom was tiny" - "overrated hotel! room service was slow, pool was closed, and parking was a nightmare" - "would not recommend! hotel was outdated, staff was unhelpful, and location was unsafe"
