Hotel dengan balcony di Arxan

Hotel boss and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant which the food are great and large serving and many customers. The boss also upgraded my room without charge. Hotel location is convenient to 不冻河 and 天池服务区 bus station. All within walking distance. Hotel facilities are great too. It should be one of the best hotel and restaurant at 天池服务区. Recommended to stay there.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

代家人們訂的房間，都是長者主要是要方便，有吃喝。這個地方確實冷一些，家人們説條件還可以，設施設備齊全，沒被冷到。吃飯都能找到，還行吧！

這個酒店位置很好，步行一分鐘有條河，晚上圍着河邊走走看看小城美麗的夜景。去火車站開車就四分鐘，去聖泉廣場開車2分鐘，吃飯也都不遠，周邊雖然很多酒店，他家車輛最多，房間乾淨衞生，老闆人不錯很實在服務也很好，免費給升級了房型，來的時候主動幫忙提行李，走的時候也會幫忙拿，這麼好的服務，確實難得。

露台視野開闊，清晨看風景、傍晚吹晚風特別愜意。屋內備品齊全，細節佈置特別用心，衞生做得無可挑剔，周邊環境安靜，睡眠質量很好。房東還貼心分享本地小眾遊玩路線，避開人羣，整個行程幸福感拉滿。

民宿位置超級無敵好！緊靠着山，風景很棒！ 必須誇獎一下房間佈局和燈光，老闆美商超級在線，燈光每一處都很細節和高級，尤其是房間衞生間和淋浴室分開的情況下還有兩扇窗户，淋浴室很大，洗澡很舒服！ 床品也十分親膚，預訂後會有人加微信詳細告知一切訊息和推薦餐廳，超級貼心，工作人員也很親切和藹，交流十分順利，大廳的水果也讓我們隨便吃。 內蒙行住過很多星級和民宿，這家榮升最喜歡的民宿之一，太太太太太太棒了！！！！

民宿位置絕佳，坐落在不凍河畔，陽台視野開闊，推開門就能看見蜿蜒的不凍河，晨起賞霧，日暮看景，體驗感拉滿。 環境安靜温馨，帶着孩子住着很舒適。老闆一家人很和善，服務貼心，飯菜可口！ 出門就能走到河邊，省去奔波趕路的麻煩，沉浸式感受阿爾山的自然風光，是來阿爾山森林公園很值得住的一家民宿！

房間特別乾淨，在網上選的最乾淨的一家。叔叔阿姨特別親切，晚上去看星星銀河，還幫我們留停車位置。樓下就是早餐，早起出門吃飯特別方便。吃的飽飽的，不冷。暖氣供暖也特別好。地板都是熱乎乎的。下次來阿爾山還訂這家。 忘記拍酒店的圖片了，跟店家發的一樣😁保真。

總體評價，值得一住，老闆熱情，停車方便，離換乘站近，有餐食供應，推薦，雖然衞生條件一般，不如連鎖酒店或者城市內的某些旅店，但其位於山中，考慮地理位置等，有如此條件已經是很好了 ps：我十一期間去，室外雖涼，但老闆燒地熱，屋裡我短袖睡覺不冷
