酒店是22年新開的，一進大堂就有酒店周邊的旅遊線路圖，和温泉水的水質檢測報告，很貼心，很用心的在經營，方便遊客更好的規劃行程，温泉水沒有硫磺味道，是純正的原脈自湧泉，富含的礦物質和微量元素很多，正值賞楓葉之際選擇入住泊心酒店，沒想到中式庭院裡邊的一顆紅楓真的為酒店增添一抹色彩，遊客紛紛打卡，遠山也是五顏六色層林盡染。酒店的早餐很豐富，營養健康，中餐廳的單點菜味道一級棒，説説服務吧，酒店整體工作人員微笑待客，親切熱情，全部都是女孩子為客人提供行李服務，包括找車位，（1.車位緊張，不過酒店人員提前預留出來了車位。入住期間有求必應服務真的很加分。聽工作人員説每年冬季酒店推出了”温泉療養套餐，要來體驗，

早就聽説這城堡式的酒店很有特色，趕在開學前帶着一家老小來體驗下，前台的美女小孔看見非常體貼滴幫我們升級了房間，還特別有耐心地為我們講解各種注意事項，長者們住得很舒適，早餐也豐富，房間裏提供充足的免費飲料，温泉區也有多種水果飲料和爆米花免費提供，衹有烤腸是收費的。温泉泡需要穿游泳衣，水質很好。無論是從環境設施還是服務，都可以看出咱東北人的敞亮熱情和真誠，等春暖花開了，會再來。 温泉票及户外恆温泳池:東北i人，不喜歡各種搓澡項目，這裏超適合我，每天早晚都會換水，趕上人少的時候一個池子就我一人，很愜意。

很真摯地寫下幾句話，正如網評説的這家店!!!真的很值得，他很多細節都是我住過的酒店所沒有的:前台辦理入住時候給每個人端上好喝的茶飲。房間裏的設施也是很齊全、衞生乾淨整體舒適，床品也是品牌的，枕頭很好睡。洗衣房健身房都有配備，洗衣液味道很好聞留香時間很長！不管前台還是客房大姐們，人都很好熱情服務。早餐也是值得一提的，很好吃，雖然早，但廚師們真的沒有糊弄，很認真的在做！周邊吃飯遊玩都挺近也方便打車，因為我們是家庭出動，體驗感都不錯必須點贊👍

酒店衞生非常好。整體性價比很高。老闆也特別熱情。房間有麻將機。温泉水入户，小朋友玩兒的特別開心。來本溪住的最滿意的一次。樓下有食堂，早餐一個人15元。還是特別實惠的。距離觀山湖和關門山都很近，大約半個小時車程。下次來本溪還會入住。

在本溪小市找到一家特別棒得住宿，必須分享給大家，我住的房間乾淨得沒話説，佈置也很温馨。床又軟又舒服，被子和枕頭都是那種親膚的材質，睡在上面別提多香了，我睡眠質量都特別好。房間的窗户很大，採光特別棒，白天陽光照進來，整個屋子都亮堂堂的。配套設施也很齊全，麻將機，桌球，唱k配套齊全，最最最重要的是車子能開進房間，簡直一個高大上，還有配套好的充電樁，簡直不要太香，價格也十分便宜，我們一家幾口住的簡直不要太舒服。每個房間都有獨立的衞生間，私隱性特別好。位置也十分便利，附近就有商場和車站，不管是購物還是出行都方便極了。這次住宿真的給我留下了特別深刻的印象，以後要是還有機會過來，我肯定還選這家酒店，也推薦給各位正在找住宿的朋友！小夥伴們，趕緊沖吧！

湯溝温泉來過很多次了，這次在網上偶然看到這家，這家的裝修風格和實施是這裏民宿同等價位最好的了，非常有格調。屋內非常乾淨，床睡覺很舒服，休閑的小沙發也很不錯，温泉水就不用説了泡完很輕鬆。白天可以下樓遛遛圈，是個休閑度假的好地方。接待我的姐姐人也很好熱情又細心，本來打算住一晚的結果來了就不想走了，真的強烈推薦這家，絕對不踩雷！
