Lovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.

it was a pleasant surprise to realise upon reaching the hotel that I had stayed here 18 years ago. The service was great. One of the staff led usto out room in another block and showed us where the hotspring and breakfast areas were. He also helped us with info about Emeishan weather.

時隔兩年再次入住御泉灣酒店，因為孩子對這裏念念不忘。冬天帶娃親子游圖個輕鬆便利。攜程下單後管家Anna就提前致電，加了微信。聽説我帶倆孩子，特地給我升級了房型。升級到了主樓，泡温泉和吃飯都很便捷。入住的時候房間通電卡插着，空調沒斷電，室內温度舒適。非常貼心的是準備了二寶用的拖鞋、牙刷和浴袍。入住後已經是晚八點，酒店也送來了晚安小食，醪糟湯圓味道不錯。孩子不能錯過的就是造浪池，我們泡了室外湯以後，趕九點玩兒了最後一波造浪。這裏每個池都有工作人員巡邏，特別是遊戲小童池，一直有工作人員守着。夜裡孩子們睡得很香，清靜。酒店早餐也依舊合孩子胃口，選擇豐富，孩子可以吃飽。因為高鐵改簽，臨時説需要酒店車輛送到高鐵站，酒店馬上安排，提前到達。孩子們説體驗感非常好，下次還要來玩。

La habitación es una maravilla, la verdad. No se le puede poner ni la más mínima pega. Todo es perfecto: cama super cómoda y grande, varias almohadas, buenas vistas, temperatura perfecta, limpieza, mosquiteras en las ventanas... Todo de 10.
El personal de recepción fue muy amable con nosotros. No hubo problema por llegar tarde aunque llegamos casi a las 12 de la noche.
El desayuno es tipo oriental y es correcto. No me gustó que el café fuese de pago, y menos el precio que tenía. Obviamente no lo tomamos.
La zona de jardín es bonita y agradable, y tiene un pequeño supermercado ahí mismo.
La ubicación está bien. A pocos minutos del templo Banguo, donde se toman los autobuses para ir al monte. No hay mucho restaurante cerca, pero se puede ir al centro en taxi en menos de 10 minutos. No obstante, al salir a la izquierda, en la esquina, hay un par de puestos de barbacoa que están realmente estupendos.
Volvería sin lugar a duda.

整體環境如圖，性價比挺高，當然可能是自駕遊的關係，出行都會開車，小吃街開車5分鐘，景區開車時間比較長，如果非自駕還是可以考慮景區內的酒店

去過很多次峨眉山，這家民宿在上山的路上，位置還是很好，無論是到景區還是去吃美食都需要開車出行，適合自駕的朋友，名宿小區環境非常好，也很新，小區有一條路可以爬山，很舒服！我們定的三窩泡池洋房，設施齊全，機麻，投影，電磁爐冰箱微波爐廚具都有，三五朋友在一起很舒服，後面有一個很大的花園，還有超大泡池，泡池出水非常快，水温也夠，晚上吃完火鍋，泡個熱水很舒服，小朋友也玩得很高興！

優點和缺點都很明顯的酒店。
先説優點：
1.衞生搞得蠻好，設施還算比較新，整個房間比較清爽乾淨。
2.房間空間大，是用套二住房改的，住進來感覺很鬆弛，不拘束。酒店在一個別墅小區裏，環境清幽、安靜。
3.性價比高，一個房間不到200，在這附近算是比較合適的價格了，價格更低的酒店條件、設施差很多。
4.空調巨冷，熱水巨熱。房間有電飯煲和冰箱，帶小孩出門，存放、加熱小孩的輔食方便。
缺點：
1.酒店本身不提供餐食，要吃東西需要去外邊美食街附近，走路就比較遠，如果自己有車也還方便。
2.離報國寺有一段距離，如果自己不開車需要打車，不是很方便。
最後進小區要給停車費，可以找老闆報銷哈。
總體來説還是很滿意的，第二天準備回成都，太晚了就又來定了這家。

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

PPengguna TetamuI wish to do a fair review of my B&B stay at Emeishan.
Service was spectacular.
1) The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from Emeishan Station (not to be confused with Emei Station), about 7-8 mins drive from the hotel. I communicated via WeChat which trains I would be on and let them know that my 1st train arrival was actually so that I could drop off my large suitcase at their place, before going backwards to Leshan for half a day, and then returning to Emeishan in the evening. Not only did they agree to send someone to the train station to pick-up, they agreed to pick up only my luggage without me needing to accompany. So I could add an additional hour to my Leshan trip. Then they came to the train station a 2nd time in the evening to pick me back to the hotel.
2) The hotel replies very very quickly on WeChat, as if monitoring it all the time.
3) The hotel could arrange ticket purchase of a show, Only Emeishan, at a price lower than what you find on the official website.
4) The hotel even left the suitcase in my room before my arrival.
5) When I told the hotel to skip preparing my breakfast as I was starting off at 7am the next day to go Emeishan (breakfast is 7.30am at the hotel), they offered to put some items into a plastic box for me to take along.
5-star service in terms of making arrangements!
They gave me a really large room, and I never used the bathtub with the bath herbs, but am thankful for the upgrade. Loved it that they gave 1 gigantic bottle of water and 2 smaller ones, showing their care for pple intending to climb Emeishan.
Please don't expect too much from what they call ”Afternoon Tea” included in your package. It is merely a small tray of dried/fresh fruit, so it wouldn't form a meal.
But I would not be fair to readers of reviews if I didn't give a balanced review.
a) The hardware is a bit tired. The wooden planks in the shower room are blackish, and there are water marks on the stone in the bathroom.
b) The power sockets are not at good locations. They are at the lower parts of a wall at a random spot and nothing near the bedside.
c) The lights in the room are not well-positioned.
d) There was an empty bottle below the wardrobe area when I first entered the room, which was missed even on the 2nd day.
e) As I'm not familiar with Emeishan, I also didn't know that 黄湾 area is not exactly the main activity area in Emeishan. That said, the hotel is a 5-7 min walk from the 黄湾 entrance/exit to Emeishan. I believe the Baoguo Temple entrance/exit would be more popular. There are several restaurants around the restaurant but the vast majority appear closed or are not occupied, so it doesn't feel very lively, whether day or night.
All in all, I would still recommend this hotel as they are family owned and run. The whole family depends on your support. Support local small business and give them a chance.

AAExcellent place to stay for going up Emeishan!
Getting here: Accommodation can be located by looking up ”Jingzhu” on DiDi, it'll drop you off almost at the front of the hotel - go down the alley towards the cherry blossom tree and turn right, the hotel lobby will be in front.
Accommodation: Very clean and the room was modern. Bathroom was very clean. We booked the guestroom which had a private bath outside which was also very nice - you have to fill it with water. It's usable to around 11pm. Alternatively there is also a public bath just past the lobby.
Service: Fantastic! The ladies brought our luggage to the room, fresh towels, water and fruit delivered to the room every day, and the receptionist was very informative (she spoke mandarin however). Also gave us tickets to go into Baoguo temple. Breakfast was Chinese style buffet but the food was very delicious. The ladies there will make you noodles on request.
Getting around: To get to the golden summit, take a DiDi to the Emeishan Tourism Passenger Transport Center, buy a ticket (for the bus from there to Leidongping car park, cable car up and down the golden summit to the car park + foreigners will need to pay a 160 yuan park entry fee, total approx 350 yuan). There are stalls with food and stuff from the car park to the cable car. Bus will take you to the tourist centre. It's also possible to walk to town but i recommend just catching a Didi or taxi.
Overall: Very impressed with the hotel and service, would recommend for anyone looking to travel to see the Golden summit!

PPinkShoshannaIf you are looking for an escape from the overwhelming cities (too much traffic, neon lights, noises, pollution…) you will find here a corner of paradise. The cozy atmosphere will make you breathe out all the stress immediately. The main presence of natural elements for the interior and exterior design, such as wooden and rocks, let this place integrate very well in the surroundings. Nature is the main presence here: you are surrounded by the woods, waking up only listening to birds singing. If you decide to walk the emei mountain and have sore muscles, you can enjoy the hot spring bath directly in your room. Your muscles will thank you the day after. The breakfast is done in a room where there is a huge long table, you might share it with others. This makes the atmosphere very familiar and friendly. Despite not speaking Chinese, we were welcome and felt home. I would definitely come back here if I am in the area.

SSuperProfaOur stay here for a night was more than we expected. Hotel upgraded our room, very spacious, lots of utilities. Reception girls are super nice. Only thing that we didn't got is coffee/tea bags and there was an ashtray when we clearly mentioned non-smoking room.
Nearby is a market, restaurants... parking is free.

They prepared special food for us, helped carry bags to and from the room and was always available when we needed anything. I really enjoyed my stay and would return and recommend to friends

PPengguna Tanpa NamaNice hotel, good breakfast, lovely kids’ playgrounds, clean room and hot springs, beautiful territory of the hotel. What made me very disappointed about the stay: we were given a room without balcony right above the main entrance. All the night the cars were coming and going, all the morning the buses were on and the smell went to the room. It was very annoying and noisy. Sure it was too late at night to go to the front desk and ask to change a room. I suppose the front desk should be more attentive when choosing a room for families especially when the hotel is not fully booked like now.
So if you are lucky to get a quiet room with hot springs view, it still can be a good hotel in Emeishan.

There is no lift on the premise, however the staff assisted with luggage up the stairs. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel!
