Hotel Dengan Pools di Maryland, United States

Location might seem bit far from downtown of washington dc but its worth it. Near by there is so much to do. Parks, big malls etc. Hotel was nicer than i thought. I liked the breakfast buffet. Clean and better.

The hotel staff didn't smile very much, but the hotel itself was clean and the room was big and nice!

Our second stay in College Park and at The Hotel at UMD - great service and friendly and helpful staff, a great place to stay when exploring DC and within easy reach of the Metro

The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

I always love staying at Best Western Plus, well one down fall is every time someone closes their room door you hear it in your room so you'll be up early , well it's annoying so that means you are up by 7am unless you're a hard sleeper. Good thing I get up early. The decor is updated ✅ The front staff is great ✅ House keeping is great ✅ mm The breakfast is pretty good the only thing with that is they barely make enough where they may have to go back and make a few items and the gentleman and the woman that works that area act like they paid for the food they will sometimes stand there and watch what you're doing... Like geez let me breathe

It was nice hotel, Spacious and clean room and have lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good had multiple options for Non- Vegetarians but less options for Vegetarians. Will stay here again if needed.

酒店在馬里蘭州，距華盛頓DC大約有三十公里，算是華盛頓DC的郊區。我們是自駕，出酒店就有主幹道，出行方便。標準的雙床大床房，房間雖不是非常寬敞，但設施齊全，空調、冰箱、保險箱等，健身房、游泳池等我們沒有時間享受。大堂等公共空間有無線網絡，房間沒有免費的無線網絡。房間沒有放置免費的礦泉水，入住時前台給了2小瓶礦泉水，第二天我們主動向前台要了礦泉水，第三天我們再向前台要礦泉水，竟然説發完了。有停車場，但要收費，攜程上寫明18美元一天，但前台要我們交25美元一天，我們住了三晚。早餐沒有預訂，大概是25美元一人。

Great room on the fourth floor; I did not want a room on the first. The room was very clean and smelled great. Would recommend. The price was good.

The hotel is clean and nice. we really enjoyed our stay. the receptionist Amina made our stay very comfortable. she pays attention to detail and gives us cookies and water. . Thank you Amina fir everything.

Overall a very nice hotel for its location, services and room size/setup. Everything is new of this hotel. Free breakfast including non-dairy beverages are very nice. I had an unusual surprise to find used towels hidden in the under the sink cabinet by previous guests (not the hotel’s fault, who would know your guests hid towels under the sink). I also had an unusual surprise to find one side of my clean looking pillowcase smelled like old oil (probably essential oil that couldn’t be completely washed off). I would stay again.
