I loved the 24-hour airport shuttle service. The drivers were helpful and provided sound advice regarding airport departures. Hotel check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Pet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼

When we were arriving, we didn’t have navigation so it was wonderful to see the big sign from the road. Check in is also 24hrs which really helped us as we were arriving late. The room had everything we needed and included 3 power points under the table lamps. It would’ve been nice to have brighter lights as it was a bit dim but the lamps helped to focus the lighting. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly but I wished the front desk had more knowledge for overseas travellers. It’s also conveniently located near a shopping area. We got our traveller eSIM cards from the nearby AT&T store. I didn’t get to use the amenities.

The hotel was located in a prime spot. The room was really clean. I would only recommend getting smart TV. Outside of that, I liked that they offered EV charging as well.

Stayed last night at Hampton Inn-Inner Harbor while waiting to cruise out next day… this hotel is centrally located in the heart of town near shops and restaurants, has a nice poo and a decent breakfast. Rooms are nice but the people are what make this place shine- looking for a ride? Something to do? Best blue crab? Whatever u are looking for they will go over and beyond to make your stay pleasant! Special thanks to Tia at front desk for making our stay extra special!

This Motel 6 is a dive. Stairways are filthy obstacle courses filled with clutter and dirt. elevator didn’t work, locks on the door to my room didn’t lock, so I had to move rooms. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. People setting off firecrackers in the parking lot at 11 pm, though July 4 is long gone, and who wakes up tired travelers at 11 pm? Older AA lady with the gray hair whom I called at the front desk ordered me to call back in 15 minutes and then hung up on me when I asked where they were moving me to. She Interrupts you every time you open your mouth to ask a question. Electrical outlets are loose, so many were useless. No chair in the room—I had to get it myself. The sole microwave in the common area was kinda gross to the touch. The lobby had stained carpets, electrical boxes open, and the lobby bathroom was disgusting. Obviously this place is rock bottom awful—-stay away!

On the outside it is not inspiring. There is construction going on and it's tucked in between like a car dealership and other non-hotel businesses. I was worried as I drove up. But inside, it's its own little world. It is EXTREMELY clean. The breakfast was actually satisfying and the staff were friendly. The room was great. The only thing I would like to see is, as they replace their mini-fridges, that they use ones that have a separate freezer compartment. We had some frozen things we wanted to stay frozen, and the back wall of the mini-fridge was not up to the task. We slept great and it was conveniently located for where we needed to be. Very fair pricing as well.

The Sheraton Rockville Hotel has been really great to work with for group blocks! The Sales Director, Shalomi Sanders, was really attentive to our group requests and communicated well every step of the way. We will definitely use the Sheraton Rockville again!

Our first time at this property and we chose it because of the location to the metro on the red line. It is right out the back door across the street. Extremely convenient! We were visiting DC for the weekend. The property was nice, the room was room was comfortable, the service was excellent, the underground parking, while there is an additional fee, is secure and convenient and the checkin/checkout process was flawless. If you want a completely digital experience this is it. The staff checked in via text a few times but were not intrusive. We requested extra towels and received them promptly. While we didn’t visit them, there is an on-site restaurant/bar and a coffee shop available. We have stayed at other properties in the area. I am glad we chose to disregard any disgruntled negative reviews. This will be our property of choice when we visit the city.

I originally selected this hotel because of its location. Very convenient to restaurants, shops, and metro. Rooms are very nice-- clean, spacious, and well maintained. However, parking is a disaster. The 3-level underground garage is tiny, horrible to navigate, poorly signed, and doesn't have many spaces. Level one is intended for truck and SUVs. When I arrived, all of these spaces were filled. Level two is intended to smaller SUVs and sedans. My Nissan Rogue barely fit into a space. Some other guests got stuck since there wasn't enough room to navigate around pillars. I'm not sure if they got out without damaging their car. Level three is for sedans only. Upon departure, I had no idea how to exit. There are no signs, and you can only see the ramp if you approach it from the right angle. If you have a Mini, you'll be able to navigate the garage okay. If you have something larger, you'll have to be a skilled driver and say your prayers. The hotel is quite large, and the 2 elevators aren't sufficient for the volume of people that go through the building. On my way out, I had a wait a solid 10 mins. before an elevator arrive at the lobby level. There was one poor young man working at the front desk. He was trying to check people in, check people out, deal with problems, and answer the phone all at once. I give him credit-- he was pleasant and professional. However, it isn't fair to ask one person to handle all that. I will never return. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are so many hotel options in Bethesda, there is no need to stay here.

We stayed at the Spark in Germantown for a family event. It was a disappointing experience. ROOMS - there's an infestation of ants in several rooms, one family member had to check out, the ants had taken over the counters. Hotel said they were sold out, so she went to the Sheraton. Another family member changed rooms after she found bugs under the bed sheet. a third family member had a smelly wall air conditioner unit-they changed the filter, but it didn't help. No ice, no microwave, no cups in bathroom, no alarm clock-bare minimums. The rooms have a stale odor. BREAKFAST - I would suggest going to the area restaurants, the bagel breakfast offered didn't taste fresh. FITNESS CENTER - water was dripping from the ceiling, as such tile had fallen to the floor. Called the front desk to let them know..., they sent someone who did a very poor job in attempting to clean it up, dripping water wasn't addressed. ROOM RATE - was very attractive for the first night, but the rate was increased for the second and third nights. I have never experience a hotel changing the room rate after the rate has been confirmed. Felt like bait and switch, the room rate shouldn't change after the reservation is confirmed. At check out the manager wasn't around, I called back and got a supervisor who told me that's the way they price rooms, rate is subject to change based upon occupancy. Even after they have confirmed the reservation. STAFF - all seemed pleasant, but young and inexperienced. At checkout the young man was yelling from behind the wall that he was coming..., took him almost 5 minutes to come check us out. RECOMMENDATION - I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many hotel choices in the area, it was a poor hotel experience.

凱悦旗下酒店，肯定都不會差。 位置相當好，酒店旁邊就是kid museum，bus centra和地鐵站，去哪裡都方便。 房間寬敞，停車也還算方便，但收費一天26刀。 早餐樓下星巴克用卷，種類多，還可以。 製冰機和飲水機。 開車去白宮，華盛頓紀念碑都很方便。

Oh pengangkutan ulang-alik penuh saya diberitahu supaya mereka perlu menghantar satu lagi, BENAR-BENAR jadi lagi 15 minit pergi tanpa ulang-alik, setengah jam kemudian, saya melihat ulang-alik, ini dia datang....dan terbang tepat di sebelah saya sambil saya menjerit STOP!! sekitar dia pergi, 10 minit kemudian dia akhirnya tiba di sini pada 1:15 pagi dan kemudian mengatakan dia telah ke sana. mereka memberitahunya PINTU 15 saya berkata saya berada di LOKASI 15. Mad sebelum sampai hotel, sekali sana..sejuk penuh soda untuk dibeli dan bukan satu DIET soda..aku nak tidur. Tiada selimut? hanya cadar Saya kesejukan jadi saya pergi ke meja depan untuk meminta selimut, Maaf mereka terkunci, ini beberapa cadar lagi. Dalam semua keadilan mereka kelihatan sangat pendek kakitangan. dan bilik itu bersih tetapi tidak berbaloi dengan harga

I brought my son down for football camp at Naval Academy. This hotel was perfect for us. Check in was friendly and quick. Parking is $29 a night and conveniently located. There is a little store with snacks and drinks adjacent to the check in desk. There is also a small restaurant in the lobby for HH drinks and food and breakfast. The breakfast starts before 7 AM which was convenient for us. The room was comfortable and very clean. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and safe. There was a fitness center right n our floor. There was an outdoor pool as well which we didn't use this time. We were able to walk to all the stores and restaurant on the water where we had dinner. We also walked to the Naval Academy (about a 20 minute walk, with all beautiful houses and nice stores to look at on the way). We will definitely stay here again.

We brought a busload from Las Vegas of savvy and well-traveled seniors to stay at this hotel for our 5-day tour of Washington, DC, Baltimore and Annapolis. Amazingly, we did not receive any complaints on the accommodations during our stay. We had a mixture of 2 bedrooms suite, singles, doubles and one studio. The people were delighted with the cleanliness and the comfort of their rooms. The breakfast had a large selection and was plentiful. More fruit and sandwiches were brought out on request. The staff was super helpful in assisting us with any needs that we requested (additional towels, toiletries, directions and use of the public areas for social activities). I was more than pleased that I booked this property for our trip to that region.

Love staying here always nice and clean. Great for getting us to the airport and back! We always stay here when we fly out to WA state to see our kids and grandchildren at least 2x a year. We were just there in February and did not have to pay for parking. We were quite surprised that this time parking is now a fee, disappointing.

I chose this hotel based on location mostly. We stayed for five nights. Overall I was unimpressed, but there were some highlights. The front staff were always polite, but never in any meaningful way. More of it was their duty to say hello, sometimes they would say nothing. It was a hit or miss. The breakfast staff was always friendly. The room was decent, but you are unable to open the window and with no fan in the bathroom, after a shower the room was so humid, sticky. Paint was peeling, but everything else seemed to be fine. Breakfast was fine. The usual cold cereal, hot oatmeal, bread for toasting, bagels, English muffins, waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, orange juice, eggs one day, French toast sticks the next. There was a coffee station that was open 24/7. The pool looked a lot nicer and bigger in the pictures. It is small and the water was murky. I did not go in, but my kids said it tasted funny. So why the one star? First, there were cigarette butts all over the ground in the outdoor seating area. It was nasty. (picture attached) Second, the garbage bin was turned over outside my bedroom window with garbage strewn on the grass. So gross. (picture attached) Third, someone threw their dental floss pick on the floor of the elevator. You people are disgusting. Why is that not started and finished in the bathroom?! (picture attached) Fourth, why are you lazy ass guests leaving the luggage carriers in front of the elevator instead of bringing back to the front counter so other guests can use them?! (picture attached)Fifth, who gets to park their car in front of the entrance all night? The parking lot was not full. Plenty of spaces. (picture attached) There are enough hotels nearby that I will not stay here again when visiting.

It’s a short shuttle ride from the airport, so that’s good. If you want to get around, you need a car or taxi. Restaurants and some retail about 25-30 minutes walk away. Staff is helpful, but overworked. Limited breakfast available starting at 6 AM.

My family of 5 stayed in 2 adjoining rooms for 5 nights back in November 2023. It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were perfect, clean, and there were several great parking spots to get us right to our room. The staff is by far amazing!! I actually loved their beds so much I wanted to order one and called and spoke with Caresse. She was an absolute delight to work with and helped me get the name of the mattress so I could get it ordered. We come to Annapolis, MD every year for a conference and this is where we will be staying from now on! Also the maintenance man helped me out to my car one day while staying there and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thanks for making our stay the best we have had while there yet!!!

We brought a busload from Las Vegas of savvy and well-traveled seniors to stay at this hotel for our 5-day tour of Washington, DC, Baltimore and Annapolis. Amazingly, we did not receive any complaints on the accommodations during our stay. We had a mixture of 2 bedrooms suite, singles, doubles and one studio. The people were delighted with the cleanliness and the comfort of their rooms. The breakfast had a large selection and was plentiful. More fruit and sandwiches were brought out on request. The staff was super helpful in assisting us with any needs that we requested (additional towels, toiletries, directions and use of the public areas for social activities). I was more than pleased that I booked this property for our trip to that region.

Love staying here always nice and clean. Great for getting us to the airport and back! We always stay here when we fly out to WA state to see our kids and grandchildren at least 2x a year. We were just there in February and did not have to pay for parking. We were quite surprised that this time parking is now a fee, disappointing.

It’s a short shuttle ride from the airport, so that’s good. If you want to get around, you need a car or taxi. Restaurants and some retail about 25-30 minutes walk away. Staff is helpful, but overworked. Limited breakfast available starting at 6 AM.

I looked at all the BWI airport hotels carefully before booking, and decided that the Westin was probably the best. Now having stayed there I'm pretty sure I was right. The place is clean and modern, with a spacious lobby and updated design in the rooms. The blackout curtains are some of the best I've ever seen: I woke up at 8:30am convinced it was still the middle of the night. The bathroom has a great shower, was clean and fully stocked with towels. Really everything I could have asked for.
