房子很新，聽老闆説是拆了重建的房子。 老闆夫妻倆人挺好的，房間面積大，設施齊全，而且很新。唯一的問題，靠近皖贛縣鐵路，不過整個績溪不管在哪兒，多少都會受鐵路影響一點，也算不上大問題。總體來説，還是非常不錯的入住體驗。
