Hotel dengan Balkoni di Nanjing

This hotel is pure magic from the moment you climb the stairs to the fish ponds and lush garden. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room we chose was large with big windows and views of the valley and green vegetation. The Chinese breakfast was really good and I would definitely recommend having dinner at their restaurant which offers fantastic value with their set menus. The hotel staff offer drop off and pick up to the village below. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommendj this hotel to our friends and family. Hope to be back soon.

環境：原生態的土樓民宿，體驗感非常好。房間很大，乾淨，整潔。床品也很舒服，不弱於五星級酒店了。還很貼心的有配電熱毯，這個天氣睡很暖和。酒店裡外都很適合拍照實在出片，酒店還免費給提供了民族服飾，贊贊贊。 服務：工作人員服務態度很好，有任何的需求都儘量的滿足，給配的茶也很好喝。 早餐：九宮格特色早餐，有客家原始風味，好吃。 周邊：酒店在景區內，周邊有個商業街，吃喝玩樂都有，消費巨便宜。 總結：非常滿意，超過預期所想的。

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

第一次住到這麼美的民宿，老闆熱情善良體貼，房間乾淨衞生，看得出來老闆考慮得非常細緻了，還提供了洗衣液，這是我第一次體驗到。老闆從我們的到來就非常熱情的迎接我們，給我們拿行李，到我們走了又給我們送礦泉水，做飲料，查閲我們下一站東山島的潮汐表，真的有被感動到，不過可惜忘記拍房間的照片了，非常值得推薦，停車也非常方便，各位朋友一定要來試試，酒店位置也很好，周邊都是吃的，離土樓也就15分鐘路程，沿途的景色非常好，很多大樹，非常涼快，圖片就是沿途的風景

房間裝修都很新 一樓的房間有地暖在冬天出行很温暖 床品非常舒適羽絨被軟軟的很暖和 房間配有堅果投影儀可以投屏看個電影 酒店位置離懷遠樓和古鎮都在步行距離內 可以自駕前往 周邊餐廳很多 離主路有一兩百米晚上非常安靜 老闆娘和家人都非常熱情 還請我們喝茶 感謝這兩天的招待

定了不同房型的四間房，都非常滿意，有問題老闆都及時處理好。房間整潔舒適，寬大通風好。可以停車，距離三個景點都很近，走路幾分鐘就到了。餐廳的飯菜非常好吃，無論是中餐還是早餐都很可口！而且價格實惠，食材新鮮！寶藏民宿！

房間很乾凈衞生 房間都是用很好的洗漱用品 用的是徠芬的吹風機 馬桶蓋還配了一次性馬桶罩和浴缸的一次性罩 體現出細心. 房間很乾凈 超大的幕布投影和浴缸 給休假帶來更多幾分的愜意 每天睡醒空氣很好 然後到飯點吃飯 真的很舒服  已經來了好幾次 來越多越感覺是休假的好地方  很開心的休假之旅 下次還會再來  能定到這麼好的房間 給旅途新增了好幾分的開心 🥳 房間還有天貓精靈 睡醒可以直接喊天貓精靈放歌，窗簾也是自動開關 雖然是民宿 但是配套設施個人感覺完全可以媲美五星酒店！可以給評個五星標準民宿了. 乾淨並且設施新.  店家人也超好 泡的茶葉也好吃 3樓白天還可以靜靜的看書，一樓有各種小孩子玩的玩具，家庭來也是活動滿滿！ 有個孩子玩的泡沫房，侄子在裏面玩一天都不願出來，給娃帶來了更多的體驗感 還有公共麻將桌，跟朋友晚上搓搓麻將 聊聊天 這種日子真的太開心咯

老闆人超好，會幫我們叫好車，告訴我們一些注意的事項，景點有哪些特色，附近哪些美食不錯，可以嘗試，避免我們入坑，酒店的衞生啥的都ok的，價格也合適，晚上還可以在小庭院看看星星喝茶啥的，愜意的很！ 有個壞壞的小心思，就是老想烤了老闆家的魚[破涕為笑][破涕為笑][破涕為笑]

As it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.
