Amicable service for a boutique styled hotel. Was given a free upgrade and hotel staff brought up a complimentary fruit plate to my room. The room layout was very good as bathroom was well segregated with the bedroom. Good location as it’s walking distance to the famed Jianghan pedestrian street. Nothing to complain about as the price is really reasonably priced too. Overall was a wonderful stay. Thumbs up.

Hotel is great and location is good. A lot of foo around and near to shopping area. Room is very clean and we are surprised with the projector in the room to watch TV shows, very big and sharp image. Bed is very comfortable. Overall everything is good and must eat dinner at their restaurant at level 8. Food is tasty and a waitress there, sorry i forgot your name, is very helpful and recommend nice food. Very patient and nice to help me to order food when i could only speak very basic mandarin

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

Very nice hotel to stay for a short stay, huge room and good services. Controling the proyector without Chinese ID and western apps was imposible but it was still nice to have access to vip content. The location is great! Just 5 min walking from Wuhan university. And very good views from the elevator window

It is very stuffy and hot inside the room because the hotel doesn't provide the air-condition.The location is very convenient and the breakfast tastes yummy.

看中的陽台定的家庭房，首先地理位置真的絕了！和江漢路完全零距離，交通也方便走5分鐘就到地鐵站了，打車也方便的走到旁邊小巷子裏有可以了。就是樓下步行街會有點吵，但是門的隔音效果也還可以，唯一缺點就是衞生間下水道有反味白天還好特別是晚上起來上個廁所差點沒薰暈過去換氣扇要一直開着，建議可以在衞生間放點空氣清新劑啊！雖然別的樓層有娛樂設施，但是酒店專用就一台電梯要刷房卡才能到這點很棒！然後建議增加個枱燈啊，家庭房有帶學生做作業的話房間燈不夠亮…服務還是可以的，主動提供旅遊地圖，有需要也及時響應。

The hotel staffs are soooo friendly especially Nora! The facilities are super great, view is good, i got a free upgrade as wel, also the location is easy to find , just a few steps away from the metro or you could just take didi to any attractions at reasonable price!

This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

The hotel quite exceeded my expectations. The location is great! Near the subway station and some famous restaurants and cafes such as starbucks and burger king. The staffs were also nice and very accommodating. There was a problem with my room but they solved it quickly and paid attention to it in a polite manner. The room is comfortable and the bed is too soft!! Cleanliness is perfect and the facilities are brand new! Will definitely go back again and recommend to my friends.

I love staying in this hostel because it is near the Yellow Crane Tower and Simenkou. Pengliuyang subway station is only a nine-minute walk and just below the hostel are shops selling affordable items. My favorite are the clothing shops. There is a Watsons nearby and some stands selling refreshments. I stayed in an eight-bed dorm room and it was clean and organized. When you get to your space, bed sheet, pillow case, and comforter are ready. You have to make your bed. My other roommate thought it was convenient but I actually liked the fact that I know that the sheets I am sleeping in are clean/freshly washed. The shared toilets are kept clean. I think there are four to five cubicles. Japanese-style toilets are available! The washroom, however, could use a little upgrade. Maybe place an area where guests can comfortably hang clothes or bring other important things without worrying that our things might get wet. There are slippers by the second floor front desk area that you can use for free. I didn't have a towel so I asked if I can rent one. The lad at the front desk gave me a disposal towel free of charge. At the common area, they play movies with ample space for hanging out. You can bring your laptops because tables are provided. Only one staff spoke a little English when I was there so it's always a good idea to brush up on your Mandarin Chinese. If you don't speak Chinese, be sure to download translation apps. You'll need them. Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! Very affordable rate in a location that is so convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

Nice stay. Worth paying a bit more to stay here. Very convenient to move around to anywhere in Yichang. Next to the hotel, is a bug shopping mall where you can find yourself a lot of foods, shop for clothes and look for entertainment The staff is very friendly, greeting and offer helps. The environment is ambient and clean offer you a very comfortable stay.

Very good Hotel with really everything. Many things in the spaceous room like earplugs, water, shoes, tea and more. There is even a room with a washing maschine and a dryer which can be used for free. Good, fine breakfast. Great shower! Would defenetly come again. Really good for the price! If you want to book a room with view to the nice bridge think also about the big street im front which is not so quiet. But the view is great.

位置:很好，就在河邊，窗户玻璃大采光好，因為臨馬路，車會比較多，早上有點吵 大堂:比較寬敞，有鋼琴、小魚池 室內:面積夠大，硬件齊全，有點老舊其它沒毛病，如果重新裝修下，感覺可以評上四星 早餐:中規中矩，種類不多，但食材還是比較好的，可以看出老派酒店的堅持 整體來説性價比是不錯的

fabulous large room with a great view, very comfortable bed and pillows and exquisite bedding.  location. Excellent with local shops and restaurants and tube station three minutes walk away. wi-Fi was fast and consistent in the room, which I have found a problem at other Chinese hotels I am a solo traveller and the staff went out of their way to take care of me . They organised a superb driver for me to do some private tourist activities ( the waterfalls were out of this world and not so crowded, which I really appreciated). The bathroom is particularly nice with a really big shower and a bath tub plus lovely fluffy towels.  breakfasts were really good with a wide selection of healthy and also more typical offerings and unusual for China. We were here in yichang for a night stopover after our cruise docked. Location of Hotel is abt 2.5km away from Wanda Plaza / Three Gorges cruise center. Taxi is easily available for just RMB 8, 10 mins drive away. The room is smart voice enabled XiaoDu similar to Google. So spacious, comfortable, modern, very clean & functional. Has amazing views of the river. Really loved this hotel. Breakfast spread is good mostly Asian cuisine.

Beautiful view to the Yangzhi river and hills in the river's opposite side. Walking distance to the tourist center and shopping/restaurant center. Right by the multimile-long river walk path.

The room is bigger than my expectation. It is very clean and does not smell of cigarette. I especially like the hot shower. Strong and hot. Everything from bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper cups are all wrapped up with plastic bag. I arrived late and was glad there was a restaurant on the ground floor that is still operating. The food is delicious. Especially the soup. Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

使用體驗:我對慶山酒店的整體環境非常滿意，感覺非常舒適。價格方面也很實惠，性價比很高。門口有公交線路直達東站，非常方便，節省了我很多時間。 優點:慶山酒店的環境優雅，服務態度也很好。價格合理，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，為我提供了一個很好的休息環境。 總體評價:總的來説，我對慶山酒店的體驗非常滿意。如果有朋友需要在東站附近找酒店，我會推薦這家酒店。不過，如果能提供更多的餐飲選擇，那就更完美了。

第一：離萬達廣場走路20分鐘，打車9分鐘，結果寫的萬達店 第二：房間沒有涼拖鞋，衹有一次性拖鞋，特別是冬天來了真不知道踩在冰涼的瓷磚地板上洗澡會是什麼感覺。空調也齜牙咧嘴，且電視機有點老舊不能夠聯網投屏。 第三：我們國慶提前訂的300塊，結果當天的價格才248 第四：我們到房間下午就沒有熱水，説喊人來維修8點都沒來，又給前台打電話才來，説有熱水，根本不是熱水，衹是不冰的水，根本不能夠洗澡，直到晚上10：20都沒來水，沒辦法洗的冷水睡的，第二天早上熱水才來了！

Even though Yichang is not very famous city in China, it has a lot to offer. Very long walking area next to Yangtze River, flavors food, cultural diversity are only some of the things you might be able to experience when coming here. However, that is not all. When we arrived to the hotel we were warmly greeted by Xue Liya who was kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a better room and free breakfast for two days. Check-in was fast and they didn’t even let us to carry our own luggage. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We got a river view and a balcony to enjoy it. Any questions that we had or any help we needed, Alice would step in and be at our service. Breakfast was really good; combination of Chinese and western food at its best. Everyone would be able to find something he/she likes. The only regret I have is, not staying a bit longer. Everything else was extremely satisfying.

酒店地段，衞生，設施各方面都非常好，鬧中取靜，房間有枕頭菜單可供選擇，對於我們這種頸椎不好的人來説可太貼心了。有送餐服務，可以足不出户享受美食。一開始進房間有一點點味道，前台柯晶小姐姐迅速幫我解決，升級了房間，非常感謝🙏

酒店規模不大，就在索道一旁，帶着行李上來就好。午餐和晚餐都是在酒店解決，味道不錯的。房間窗外就是懸崖，只是遇着大霧天氣沒能看到遠景。 酒店自帶小院，雪很乾凈，孩子玩的很開心。

酒店就在景區售票處旁邊，非常方便，酒店裝修，偏道教文化，房間裝修的特別好，房間大，被乳乾淨衞生，床睡的也舒服，衞生間也超大，洗澡熱水也大，一樓有餐廳，廚師炒菜也好吃，門口就是停車場，停車方便安全，第二天，老闆還免費接送到景區，服務一流，幾個老闆都比較和善，見面都笑嘻嘻的，服務員也好， 設施齊全，各方面硬件都比較好 服務棒， 環境優雅， 環境，乾淨衞生

這間隱喜飯店就位於武當山旅遊中心旁邊， 一進門就有個親切的門衛幫忙開門， 我們是台灣人一進來櫃檯說話很親切， 不會讓我們有聽不懂的感覺。 不管是從大廳到走廊還是到房間打掃的都很乾淨， 我覺得很特別的是除了床跟基本備品之外， 還有個茶具跟小茶几， 聽說裡面的茶是老闆茶廠出廠的很可惜沒有販售， 有別於一般茶的茶香，喝起來口可甘甜還回甘。 我們住兩天這裡的清潔人員， 說話雖然不輪轉但是緊張的表情真讓人覺得可愛， 不過聽他慢慢說讓他慢慢講，還是會聽得懂。 總之整體，非常舒適放鬆讓我想繼續待在這邊， 不想回台灣了。

”international hotel” Would be great to have a basic English speaking receptionist to help clients. Otherwise I was given a room at 28th floor. They made building work at 29th floor, so I couldn't sleep in early morning. I was happy to leave this place that has nothing to see with international standing. However the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location right at the Nanyan parking lot . Very convenient for exploring Wudang mountain.

這家酒店給了我一次極為愉悦的住宿體驗。不僅設施一應俱全，房間更是寬敞明亮且一塵不染，服務人員的熱情周到讓人如沐春風，從辦理入住到退房，每一個環節都無可挑剔。哦，對了，還有接送機服務! 毫無疑問，下次到訪此地，它仍將是我的不二之選。

來武當山必選的酒店，環境優美，前台服務小姐姐很熱情，房間整潔乾淨衞生，設施完善，客房大姐服務暖心，頭天晚上洗的濕衣服，第二天外出景區遊玩，把濕衣服晾曬乾送回房間並留言，讓我有賓至如歸的温馨感受，早餐豐富，熱乾麪很好吃。下次還會選擇住武當山賓館。
