Hotel Dengan Pools di Hubei, China

Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

五星好評｜寶藏酒店+暖心經理小陳，這趟旅途值了！ 這次出行最幸運的事，莫過於選對了這家酒店！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，所有疲憊都被貼心的服務一掃而空，必須給五星滿分，尤其要好好誇一誇大堂經理小陳！ 初到酒店時，我拖着沉重的行李箱，還帶着趕車的匆忙與煩躁。小陳一眼就注意到了我的窘迫，主動上前幫忙提行李，全程微笑着引導我辦理入住手續。他不僅耐心講解了房間內的各項設施使用方法，還貼心地詢問了我的出行計劃，主動推薦了附近口碑好的餐廳和小眾打卡點，連路線都幫我規劃得明明白白，細緻程度遠超我的預期。 入住期間，我偶然提到房間的窗簾遮光效果略差，影響休息。本以為衹是隨口一提，沒想到小陳立刻記在心上，當天就協調工作人員為我更換了加厚遮光窗簾，還特意親自上門確認效果，反覆詢問是否還有其他需要調整的地方。這份把客人需求放在心上的用心，真的太讓人感動了。 離店那天恰逢雨天，小陳不僅提前幫我叫好了車，還撐着傘一路送我到車邊，細心地幫我把行李放好，反覆叮囑司機注意行車安全。車子駛離時，他還站在雨裏揮手告別，這份温暖讓我久久不能忘懷。 好的酒店不僅有舒適的環境，更有讓人暖心的服務。感謝小陳的全程陪伴與貼心照顧，也感謝酒店培養出這麼優秀的員工。下次再來這座城市，這裏一定是我的不二之選！強烈推薦給每一位追求品質與温暖的旅人！

這次來荊州出差，正趕上當地剛下過雪。一出站，就感受到了荊楚大地的隆冬問候，於是趕緊在網上選了荊州富力萬達嘉華酒店入住，整體體驗非常滿意——無論是軟件服務還是硬件設施，都值得稱讚。 從前台接待説起，工作人員熱情周到，態度親切，特別要表揚一下前台的齊君，聽説我第二天要去一個較遠的地方，他主動幫忙協調預約車輛，細緻記錄行程需求，很快就解決了出行問題，讓我後續工作安排順利無憂。 房間設施配備齊全，温馨舒適，空調温度調節得恰到好處，温暖而不乾燥，房間使用起來十分方便，衞生方面也做得非常到位，整體整潔，被子蓬鬆乾淨，沒有任何異味。 總之，這次住宿體驗相當不錯，為這段本可能平淡的出差旅程添上了意料之外的温暖與舒心。

Location is at T2 and If you landed in T3 have to walk 10mins to T2 then cross over the road. Their service was very good, room is very clean and breakfast was great too... Will stay here again if coming to Wuhan again

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

The best hotel in Huangshi. Very clean and modern interior design, super friendly staff. The crossstreet shopping center is definitely a huge plus where I can take my daughter to the kid playground and shop at many major brands.lots of chain store restaurants. Night time plaza dancing in so many different groups of people, young and old, female and male, amazing and everyone is welcome to join for free. I also hosted two large groups of family party at the hotel's restaurant. Decent food and service.

My destination was Optics Valley, which required about an hour’s drive in the rain. The Hubei Provincial Museum is located nearby, making this hotel a convenient choice for visitors planning to tour the museum. The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were kind and attentive. However, as with many hotels in Wuhan, travelers who do not speak Chinese may encounter some communication difficulties due to the language barrier—a common challenge across most parts of China outside of Shanghai.
