The location is unbeatable. It's right next to Lihuangpi Road, and the Bagong House is just beside it. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is a 20-minute walk away. The young lady who checked me in, the security guard at the entrance, and the young man who checked me out (not at the front desk) were all incredibly nice. The downside is that there's no parking lot, no parking spaces at all. Parking was extremely difficult, which made me hesitant to drive out during my two-day stay. I ended up taking taxis every day, which was very inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working well. Someone came to check it, but couldn't find any issues, and it was just too hot. The hot water was also very problematic. When I got back at midnight, if I only turned on the hot water for a shower, the flow was incredibly weak. If I added a little cold water, the flow would improve slightly, but then the water temperature would drop, which was very inconvenient. Showering was particularly uncomfortable these past two days. The hotel is old, and its facilities are outdated. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card and then press a button; most hotels now just take you to your floor directly after swiping.

Special commendation to Sophia at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, polite, and provided meticulous service. Whether it was handling visitors, reception, or inquiries, she always dealt with them patiently and efficiently. She is dedicated, responsible, and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor. She actively cooperated with all sorts of tasks, working quickly and reliably, leaving me with an excellent impression.

This hotel is too far from the city center, located in the outskirts of Wuhan. I booked it for a road trip and had a really bad experience; there's basically no service. The hygiene and facilities are just average, and they're lacking in everything. They don't proactively replenish essential items unless you ask. The front desk for check-in is on the 23rd floor, and the three elevators are shared, with no dedicated ones, which makes it very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage using a trolley. Overall, it's suitable for business travelers looking for a budget hotel. However, for older guests, I'd recommend looking for another hotel.

The hotel bedding was very comfortable, and the overall service, from the front desk to housekeeping, was excellent. They were very responsive to all requests. This time, Hans at the front desk was particularly helpful; he arranged an extra bed for us, provided a complimentary breakfast for the child, and pre-registered our car plate. Everything went smoothly! Two days weren't enough, so we extended our stay for another two nights.

What I loved most about my stay was the unbeatable river view from the room and the breakfast buffet. The floor-to-ceiling windows in my room offered views of both the Yellow Crane Tower and the Parrot Island Bridge simultaneously – the majestic Yangtze River scenery was truly stunning. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that left me feeling very satisfied every morning. Additionally, the hotel staff were all warm, friendly, and proactive in their service. Overall, both the soft services and the hardware live up to the Hilton brand. My only minor complaint is that the central air conditioning might be a bit old; the temperature couldn't be adjusted, and having only one setting isn't ideal for older guests or children. It would be perfect if the central AC could be upgraded.

It was my first time to experience tent accommodation. My daughter liked it very much. The hair dryers were all Dyson and the mattresses were heated. They were very considerate. The air on the mountain was really good! Suggestion: The noodles could be bigger☺️!

We had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. The room was great! I booked an Executive King Room and they upgraded me to an Executive Suite. The service was alright, but the environment was truly wonderful. You can get to the riverside park without crossing any roads, and the hotel lobby is grand. The only reason I didn't give full marks for cleanliness is because it was quite messy under the sofa. My child dropped a toy there and that's how I discovered it, as it was hidden by the sofa. Other than that, no major issues. The breakfast selection was a bit limited for 98 per person, which I felt wasn't worth it.

This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

This hotel was a last-minute pick, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! The room was spacious and comfortable. We're a family of three, and even though the two 1.2-meter beds couldn't be combined, we managed by pushing the sofa in between them, placing a pillow on top, and covering it with a bath towel. This effectively created a barrier to prevent our child from falling off the bed. You can take a free shuttle bus from the airport and then it's just a short walk. We had an early flight and didn't buy breakfast, but they thoughtfully provided a convenience breakfast bag for us to take away, which was excellent service. Honestly, this hotel, which cost only a few hundred RMB, was several times better than the hotel we later stayed at in Singapore, which cost thousands. Highly recommended!
