沒有什麼服務，前台看到提行李箱都不會幫忙，礦泉水不願意多給，退房強調12點，超時要另外收費，附帶的早餐沒什麼吃的，早上九點就差不多沒吃的了，就番薯玉米饅頭白粥牛奶，也沒抽紙提供，可能是景區內的國營民宿，不差遊客吧，帽子峯也沒什麼配套可玩的，附近吃的農莊很少，開車出去起碼20分鐘，進帽子峯三道關卡，怕收不到別人停車費的樣子，民宿給了停車票，出去的時候看門的人惡狠狠的説要收停車費，管你是住哪裡的。後來我們出示了停車票才不吭聲。對這個景點印象很差，不會再來，也不會推薦朋友來，看到小紅書上推薦來我都會給差評。銀杏葉還不怎麼黃就枯萎掉了，樹也不大棵。
