Amazing view, clean room, but the amenities areas were too small and too crowded. The swimming pool area is not clean enough, many people ignored the sign and wore their shoes in, so the floor was dirty.

飯店位置較偏僻，進出都需先導航至玉井市區，否則直接導航到飯店的路會不好走，飯店於入住前會以簡訊提醒，可惜離開後忘記先導航，真的領略到何謂難走的路，入住時，飯店人員解說十分清楚，但也因為如此，辦理入住等候時間較長，房間內無礦泉水，但各樓層皆有飲水機，唯飲水機出水皆為熱水，泳池蠻大的，但落葉稍多，早餐餐點豐盛，戶外擎空塔免費體驗很棒，但頭套不知道是否沒有清洗？味道很臭，飯店整體感覺很棒，但細節部分還可以有改進的空間

Great little hotel slightly out of the center, but very convenient if riding or driving. Rooms very comfortable, but vary in style, view and facilities - some appear to have been renovated and some not. Front desk staff very helpful. Tasty breakfast sets served at-seat in the beautiful and roomy lobby (with live music on weekends) as well as other nice touches set this hotel apart. Overall a refreshing experience compared to typical ********* hotels!

飯店人員服務超親切、飯店很新很乾淨且位置就在安平樹屋和老街附近，房間很大 質感很棒 電視大概是75吋，而且用的備品都很不錯👍🏻 抵達當天chick in是在咖啡廳裡喝著咖啡，櫃檯小姐來辦理入住手續，當天晚上吃完晚餐又可到酒吧享用兩杯免費調酒⋯

I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant. First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge. Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned. Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef. I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

This is a nice hotel with good location and nice service . I will definitely choose this hotel again

Overall a nice stay . Buffet breakfast had Tainan’s famous beef soup so we loaded up,on that and it was most gratifying. Ppool is clean and towel service good . But pool was surrounded by buildings and one had some construction noise which wasn’t pleasant.

Nice and quiant place. But check in at 5pm instead of what's stated is really quite painful. Throw a spanner to my program. Simple, easy and safe place. Just beside a police station! The craft beer selection is a bonus!

Good location, free parking, room space very roomy, disadvantage: the bathroom is transparent and the shower gel and shampoo are combined prefer separate
