I had a very pleasant stay here for a night. Very clean and neat hotel. Right from the reception to the hallways to the room, every place was clean. Extremely good service. Polite and helpful team at the hotel. Very good breakfast with a very decent spread of Western food. The bath tub with the complementary bath salt was the best for me after a long day of walking around the city.

房間明亮，床舒服，智能程度挺高的，特別要感謝前台和打掃的阿姨，服務熱情主動，不僅積極提供服務還協助聯絡！真的非常感謝！早餐也很豐盛，非常值得再入住的。

Perfect hotel for a short trip to Yongkang. The rooms are clean and warm, with fresh renewal. The breakfast was far from western, but if you don’t mind Chinese cuisine - you will enjoy it.

前台小美女們工作很認真，笑容滿面，耐心解答客户的需求，房間是很乾凈。酒店的設施比較人性化，有健身房，早餐的大姐們服務也很好。菜品比較全。房嫂也特別親切。周邊吃，完也比較方便，可以回住的酒店

Recently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same. 最近我们去了永康，找到了完美的地方。热情好客，完美的位置和完美的员工。尤其是张小姐。还有她的团队。 （老板娘也是。）我们在新的地方，新的国家，有很多语言障碍，但他们仍然愿意提供帮助，即使他们不懂英语，但他们从不生气，但总是使用翻译进行交流。尤其是前台小姑娘张小姐。她做得很好。这里唯一的问题是食物，因为他们只提供早餐。还不错，就是没有其他餐了。我们是纯素食主义者，因此不得不忍受痛苦，因为附近的所有酒店都只提供非素食。但这与酒店服务无关，我希望我以后能回到这里并享受同样的体验。

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，房間很寬，裝飾得很精緻，服務很用心，房型也很舒服，床鋪柔軟舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，贊哦，下次還會再來很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，乾淨很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，早餐也很不錯

非常有幸成為酒店上線後的第一位客人。我就先起個頭多寫幾句。酒店身處深山之中，神龍湖之畔，自然環境優秀，再加之後期的園林雕琢更展現出如盆景般精緻的如畫的驚喜。隨意一隅，隨手一拍便是出片的滿足。房間內設施嶄新，配備全智能馬桶。室內設計精巧還放着綠意盎然的佛手花，把春意搬進了房間。陽枱面積很大，可以盡收花園的芬芳。下午茶在一樓lounge，小啜一口本地綠茶留香脣齒之間。晚餐更是滿嘴春意，一道火腿春筍令人難忘，些許火腿的細膩與鮮味超過了傳統的西班牙和金華火腿。另一道炒本地豆乾也是口味獨到，過齒難忘。第二天再去看看湖邊山中的綻放的野櫻，把美麗推向極致，把這個春天永遠鐫刻於心。
