GW中の宿泊利用で、15:00前に到着。受付にお客はひと組だけで、すぐにチェックイン手続き出来ました。宿泊費は前払いでした。 部屋は7階で、窓から海が見えましたが、全面に広がっている、という風ではなく手前の林の方がよく目につきました。少し古い感じはするかもしれませんが、清潔感はあり居心地は良かったです。 プールは、植栽や並んだビーチチェアなどで、南国のリゾートホテルの雰囲気が良く出ていて、広さもあり、満足でした。 夕食はチェックイン時に予約し、19:00よりディナーブッフェを利用しました。 高級なメニューはありませんでしたが、色々な沖縄料理など豊富なメニューはどれも美味しく頂きました。 家庭料理的なメニューが多めでしたので、5,000円の金額に見合うか？とい部分は個々で様々な感想がありそうですが、私は大満足で食べ過ぎてしまいました。食後に現地で精算しました。 朝食はスタートの6:30の少し前に並びました。開店時は余裕があり、全員入店してもまだ空席はありましたが、7:00頃には満席で待ちが出ていたようです。 朝食はディナーブッフェとはまるで違うメニューでしたが、メニュー数は豊富にあり、沖縄料理のメニューもありました。こちらも美味しく頂き食べ過ぎました。 スタッフさんは気さくで感じの良い方ばかりしかお目に掛かりませんでした。高級ホテルのようなお大臣さまでも相手にしてるかのような接客ではありませんでしたが、私としては肩肘張らずにすみましたので、こんな感じの接客の方がくつろげます。高級ホテルのような接客を求める方だと、私とは違う感想を持たれるかもしれません。荷物も自分で部屋まで運びますし。金額は高級ホテルのそれよりは幾分お安いと思いますので、私にとっては大満足でした。

I stayed here for 4 days as it's situated in the middle of most of the attractions i was going. Location : good. It has some good restaurants down the road (approximately 5-10mims drive) besides, it's easy to access to the rest of the places. This hotel is approximately 1.4km away from the place to take glass boat bottom. Food : breakfast was fantastic! I would say it's a great selection of food, but not wide. They rotate the breakfast daily. So you wont get bored of eating the same everyday. Room : spacious with nice sea view. We requested foe higher floor and also sea view. So our room was 814. It's spacious enough to put two huge luggage ard. Carpeted flooring. And they also offer 2 types of bedroom slippers. Facilities : there is a laundromat at the basement. No money exchange machine. So would need to change with the receptionist before washing. Souvenir store at level 1 sell great stuff. From food, to clothings, to mask. There is also an activity center which you can book to snorkel etc. would recommend to go early and book ahead as it seems to quite popular. Unfortunately, they didn't have a slot for us, so we didnt manage to try. Service : Average. The receptionist are not very friendly. They tried their best to offer the help, but i think their service can improved better. Maybe a bit more warmth smile and gesture may have make this a pleasant stay. But, breakfast service staff are very nice. There is this particular lady, that would greet us happily and she is also fast in keeping the place clean. Despite that she is busy, she will still give her best to service everyone. I like her! Carpark : hotel carpark is limited. So if you happen to return late and the carpark is full, you may need to park opposite. There are 4 carparks available. The only directly opposite the hotel is carpark 2 , there are also carpark 3 & 4, which is not very faraway. Especially weekend, the hotel gets really full as there would be Japanese flying over for short break. This hotel seems to have revamped. So the room looks new and comfortable. So, i would recommend this hotel for 1st timer as it's relatively affordable and also convenient.

Despite some language barriers, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. While not offering an extensive variety, the dishes were delicious and provided the necessary energy for a day of activities. However, it's worth mentioning that the surrounding area lacks shopping options, with only the hotel and a convenience store nearby. On the bright side, there's a fantastic steakhouse and a traditional Okinawan dining spot just across the road. The only downside was a minor hiccup with the room arrangement. Despite booking for two single beds and an extra bed for my daughter, we were only provided with two single beds. This inconvenience led me to deduct one star from my rating. Overall, the Okinawa Best Western offers a pleasant beachside retreat with friendly staff and tasty breakfast options. Just double-check your room arrangements to avoid any surprises.

サービスは良かったです。ただ、マリンジェットがうるさかった。 静かな海辺でのんびりとしたかったのに、何時間も、何時間も、マリンジェットがうるさく、本当にイライラした。それも、近くの海岸まで来るので、本当にうるさい！あのホテルに、マリンジェットや、バナナボートなどの遊びは必要ですか？悪い影響のほうが、非常に大きいと思う。 折角の大人のホテルなのだから、若い子向けのサービスは止めて、大人が静かにリゾートを楽しめるサービスして、大人がお金を落とすサービスをした方が良いと思う。 子供や20代のホテルになったら、お金を落とす大人は絶対来なくなると思う。 それと、プールの４人掛けの椅子は不要。ベッドタイプにすべき。 折角のプールなのに、不要な４人掛けの椅子があるせいで、全く寝れない。 だから、誰もプールに居なかった。これが、答えだと思う。 他は良かった。でも、悪い部分もあったので、-１にさせていただきました。

Tempat letak kereta percuma!

Pros: Very clean room with 2 queen-sized beds at the highest level. Room just nice for both of us with amazing seaview. Beds are very comfortable and toilet spacious with a bathtub. Self collect toiletries at the reception. The hallway is very quiet so we have good sleep throughout the night. Is a small hotel with about 20-25 rooms. 2 small couches to sit. The are 2 chairs on the balcony. Cons: The beds have no headboard and are light and move easily thus we cant lean on the headboard to read. Not enough place to store our things nor to hang clothes. The breakfast was so so with a bento set consisting 2-3 pieces of meat, some vegetables and coffee. TV channels are limited, all in Japanese. No housekeeping. They put a set of new towels outside the room daily. Nothing much in Nago city except a trip to Churaumi Aquarium which is about 25 km away.

3月15日から1泊、友人の誕生日で宿泊させていただきました！ 事前にケーキの打ち合わせ時から、対応良くしていただきとても楽しみにしておりました！ 当日は、夕食時の音楽ライブと共に、事前にご準備してくださったサプライズケーキの登場に、 友人含め私自身も感動し涙を流してしまいました…💦 感動と、癒しでいっぱいの1日を過ごすことができました！！！！ 素敵なお部屋と、おもてなしの心に感謝いたします。 本当にありがとうございます！！！

口コミには色々低評価もありましたが、 サミット開催ホテルに間違い無し！で こちらに。 当然、クラブルームアクセス権のある 部屋に。 近くにクラブルームNo.1のホテルがありますが、クラブルームに入るのに、3部交代制だそうで、クラブルームの意味を成してないので、パスしました。 クラブルームって言うぐらいだから、 混み合わず、ゆっくりくつろげないと 意味はない、 巨大なホテルでありながら、待たずに クラブルームでチェックイン 何も言わなかったので、オリジナルフルーツジュースが出て来ましたが、 慣れてる方は好きなものを頼んでました。 大体、クラブルームでチェックインって言うと、ウェルカムシャンパンですよね。 解放的な造りのホテルで風が気持ち良い。 ティータイムだったので、小さなケーキとコーヒーも頂きました。 部屋はドアを開けたら外が見える様な下品さは無く、長い廊下があって感じが良い。 室内は広くてバルコニーが気持ちいい。 綺麗な海が、広がる。 お風呂は大きくて、シャワーブースもある。 二食付きプランにしたので、 コンシェルジュさんは、中華レストランを 押してましたが、折角沖縄に来たのだから、、人気は日本料理レストランみたいです でも、洋食やろ？ってラ・ティーダにしました。 クラブルームでアペリティフを頂いて、ビールやシャンパンを飲んで優雅な気分になっておススメ通り中華レストランへ行けば優雅な気分で食事が出来たはず。 ラ・ティーダはテラス席を希望しましたが、最前列は事前予約の方のみって2列目にされました。 でも、最前列は帰るまで空いてました。 庶民的なビュッフェレストランでありきたりなものを見た目ほど美味しくもなく。喧騒の中で食べました。 翌日、7時にテラスから見たら、 ラ・ティーダはガラガラでした。 混雑するって聞いてたのに、、、 クラブルームで朝食を食べて散歩に行って、ブランチにラ・ティーダを利用する計画。 クラブルームは、パンとサラダ、フルーツなどと飲み物、開放感ある席で海を見ながら優雅に食べました。 そして、ラ・ティーダに行ったら入れずに待ってる人でごった返してました。 散歩に行って、9時ごろに戻っても沢山の人が待ってました。部屋でコーヒー飲んで、 9時40分に行ったら、2組待ちでした。 テラス席で！ってお願いして、最前列でした。海が綺麗です。 やっぱり、朝もありきたりなモノばかりで、 味は普通と言うか見た目より美味しく無い。 ルームサービスを頼んでテラスで食べるべきでした。 クラブルームに泊まったら、 庶民の行くビッフェレストランなど行かず、　 沖縄だから、、などと言わず、 日本料理や中華料理を食べる。 空いているクラブルームで朝となく、昼と なく寛ぎ。コーヒー片手に本を読み、想いを巡らせ。 （無料サービス）朝食はルームサービスで！ って頼める人が、行くホテルです。 大人のリゾートホテルって感じがしました。

The Terrace Club at Busena stands out as one of my favorite hotels I have ever visited. My family and I want to personally thank everyone who worked at the resort - from the lovely wait staff at breakfast and happy hour...to the kind, accommodating front desk staff...to the sweet and capable spa personnel - all worked tirelessly to make our time there special. The resort design and interiors are restrained, tasteful and elegant and complement the natural scenery beautifully. I appreciated the smaller scale of the hotel, it is not an ostentatious out-of-place concrete high rise that is so typical of beach vacation destinations. The rooms exceeded our expectations with lots of ”oohs and ahhs” from our family when we first arrived. The look and feel of this place is quiet luxury. And we got so many amenities for a fair room rate, access to the amazing thalasso outdoor heated pool, complimentary happy hours, huge buffet breakfast, large size individual room terraces, access to their bigger sister resort with all its amenities just down the road, the list goes on. Finally our family found the right kind of hotel that suits our sensibilities - a beautiful, tasteful place with impeccable service, that still manages to maintain a down-to-earth, warm and friendly vibe. Everyone there was just so incredibly nice and lovely! Thank you all for an A+ stay!

口コミが良かったので、北部観光の拠点に3連泊。 思ったより街中から遠くて、夜は隣のローソン、飲食店があるだけで、暗いので、外出はタクシーをおすすめ。 名護市街地はリゾートホテルがないので、家族旅行を受入できる広めの部屋のあるホテルはここだけなのかも。 あがり館エグゼクティブツインに宿泊、もう少し広めの部屋が1タイプ。 キーは鍵タイプ。部屋のつくりはビジネスホテルタイプ。電気が暗い。ベッドサイドコンセントは1つ。お風呂トイレ別。浴槽は男性でも足が伸ばせる程の大きさ。バルコニーは申し訳程(そういうのを求めるホテルでは無い)で清掃してない。ドライヤー、ポット、空冷蔵庫、無料ペットボトル水有り。連泊清掃は1日置きで、清掃ない日はタオル類、水がドアノブにかけてある。 朝食は連泊には辛い程度に良くない。ホットミールの温度が低い。サラダは連泊中全く変化無し。コーヒーマシーンは1台のみ。朝食券制ではなく、キーを見せるので、スタッフもバタバタ。いっそ、隣のローソンにあるようなおにぎりとかを並べてしまった方が喜ばれそう。宿泊客が多い日は宴会場のテーブルを入れてお客さんをさばいている。テラス席有り。 フロントは個人差有り。素晴らしい対応のスタッフいます。夜間警備員常駐は地味に凄い。 コスパ的には、JALダイナミックパッケージ使用でホテル料金換算しておらず分からないが、安めだとは思うので特段不満は無い。 北部に行くときにはリピ可能性有り。
