Hôtel correct, bon rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner correct. Musique à la piscine beaucoup trop forte ces n’est pas une boîte de nuit! Et les environs sont trop bruyant également la nuit on entend la musique des boites et où cabarets dans la chambre, les nuits ont été compliqués

This could be a fantastic hotel but has some very annoying training issues they need to sort out. The really good bits: Our room (with balcony) was refurbished and kept spotlessly clean. The public areas, restaurants, pool & lobby areas were beautiful both by day and night. The food was super high quality at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some of the staff were amazing, concierge, the servers around the pool, Youness & Mohamed at the beach restaurant & manager Mohsin were all exemplary. The not so good bits: Buffet restaurant. Nothing was labelled, you had to guess what the foods were. The service was well below par. Coffee at breakfast never arrived but they kept trying to deliver other peoples drinks to the table. Dinner was chaotic, tables not cleared, being left to find your own cutlery, ice bucket being brought to the table for red wine. It was not a five star experience. Lobby bar. Service was painfully slow. It took so long to get anyone’s attention to order a drink that we saw several people give up and leave. I was confused what the purpose of the blue suited managers was. They were always in the public areas & looked like they should be doing something customer facing but they just stood around chatting with each other and ignoring the guests. Would I return…? Yes but only when the hotel management have invested in some much needed staff training.

After arriving at our booked Hotel close by we were told that we didn't have a room and finally sent by taxi to this Hotel. The staff in this Hotel are excellent, considering how we were rudely treated by the near by Hotel it was such a different experience! The room we had was a little bit tired and smelt a little bit damp but considering they weren't even expecting us they soon got it cleaned and fully ready after a day. The pool is lovely, plenty of sunbeds available and very friendly and helpful pool guys. The restaurant staff are brilliant, making my Daughters birthday very special and bringing out a cake and singing Happy Birthday. The Pool/Lunch bar was also was superb! I would like to specially thank the Lady that works at the information desk (I'm so sorry I didn't ask your name) She is the type of person that absolutely makes your holiday, so helpful, above and beyond. The food is plenty, and we found something to eat every night. This hotel is by far made by their lovely staff, the location is great, I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms have some parts renovated on the cheap or as needed but generally work. Expect every room to have something small broken in some way but still workable.
No easy access to the beach; 14 minutes walk from the beach as there are no direct path and many hotel properties block direct access.
Some receptionists at the front desk are nice but firm. Some other receptionnists are aggressive and/or snobs and will go on the defensive immediately. At the end if you talk to the right person they'll let you change room until you are satisfied.
The cheap deal you can find online (333 MAD) is either small room twin beds with view on the pool (but behind the noisy elevators - 401) or a large room with king bed with view on the main street (329). Someone might have been murdered in 401 given the blood stained mattress.
The final room I got (204) was nice; pool view and far away from the elevators that we don't hear the mechanical noises.

Hotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, look no further than the Sofitel Thalassa Sea & Spa. The facilities are top-notch, from the pool to the restaurants to the spa. But what really made my stay special was the staff, who were incredibly attentive and made me feel like royalty.

This is a lovely hotel. Not far from the beach, bus station within a short walk. Nice staff and good food. My room was very nice. I would recommend it.

I visited Morocco and stayed at El Pueblo Tamlelt. The room was very good with a balcony providing a very lovely view. We have a seven month old baby and the staff were brilliant. The reception staff, cleaners, catering staff showed love and care to my baby. The catering staff gave my baby a gift on last day as we were leaving which was a very nice touch. The hotel provides excellent entertainment. There is variety of food. The cleaners cleaned the room daily. The beach is 5 minutes walk from hotel. The hotel has a few swimming pools and a few restaurants within the resort and food and drinks are exceptionally high standard. I would like to visit again soon. Me and my family miss the staff of this hotel. I want to say special thanks to catering staff, reception staff, security and the travel advisors in the hotel. Great hotel!

We have stayed here for the second year in a row , playing golf and enjoying the hotel , as a group of 40 . The hotel is beautiful and the hotel staff and management are amazing , everyone is so warm , welcoming and cannot do enough for you . The rooms are cleaned daily but you wouldn’t even notice when they came in. The food is always amazing and caters for everyone.

PPengguna TetamuОтель супер. Так как я не привередливый, меня все устроило. Номер был с видом на океан и это того стоило и перекрывало какие то даже мелкие недочеты. Уборка ежедневная, воду меняли так же каждый день. Завтраки шведский стол, голодным не останешься. Сразу прямой выход из отеля на пляж, есть шезлонги и выдавали пляжные полотенца. Есть обмен валюты на ресепшене, курс был даже выгоднее чем на улице. В общем в соотношении Цена-качество - рекомендую данный отель однозначно!

Je crois que nous n'avons jamais eu un accueil aussi froid. Quand on a demandé deux serviettes de bain supplémentaires, car nous avons utilisé celles de notre salle de bains pour nous sécher de notre baignade, on nous a dits que ce n'était pas possible que ce n'était que deux par chambre... Quel hôtel refuse une requête si classique sérieusement ? Pour accéder à notre chambre vous aurez la chance de déambuler dans un couloir sombre à la déco style motel sinistre américain. La chambre n'était pas belle. Elle disposait d'une télévision vieillotte avec des télécommandes dont les piles étaient vidées. Si la literie était correcte, le gros point négatif restait la salle de bain. Exigus, laide, une petite douche revêtant un simple rideau pour protéger la pièce des éclaboussures. En guise de savon ? Un tout petit palet vert aux allures de vieux chewing-gum sera mis à votre disposition. Deux points positifs : - La propreté de la chambre : rien à redire. - Le fait qu'on n'y restait qu'une nuit

RRazak ParaisoVery welcome staff . The hotel is easy to locate and room was spacious and comfortable bed . But the ocean view was promising as the hotel is a bit from the beach .
The breakfast was a buffet mmm with plenty of options.

PPiorThe hotel is very well situated, 5 min to the beach. The apartments on the higher floor facing Atlantic give spectacular views. Good restaurant and friendly as well as helpful staff complete the picture.

Positives: Hotel and room very clean, room cleaned, fresh towels daily and beds made. Rooms have balcony and good amenities fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good (after reading bad reviews) no fried breakfast but plenty of selection from cereal, bread/toast, omelettes, pastries, x3 kinds of pancakes, porridge, etc. Negatives: Lunch/Evening menu food was very poor, do not upgrade it tasted so cheap and nasty. No Bar! However, there is an off license across the road (Victoria's) so we bought beers and drank them in room/ by the pool but very few alcohol licenced places in general in Agadir. Beds in rooms are so hard. Neutral: location was about 15/20 min walk to beach downhill (there). There's a square for restaurants and a kids park / inflatable area about 5 minute walk. Local area is nice we found things spaced apart so hired a car for 2 days at £25 per day (300Mhr/day). No hotel shop but hotel next door has one and a much nicer cafe/restaurant. Just to note if coming with kids like we did, Agadir is not very child friendly, no childrens menus in most places (although plenty of McDs) lots of high pavements (not pushchair friendly) but we've managed and had a good holiday.

HhokaThe hotel is old fashion, no fridge, no A/C, old tv , no channel, no dryer. Everything is missing in this hotel. You got what you got for the price , don’t trust the pictures all for the price. Next time I’ll pay more for better

PPengguna TetamuI would have given this 4/5 from our actual experience at the hotel. However due to the works going on directly outside the hotel I thought this was fair. The hotel is bang in the city centre of Agadir. Although the hotel is not undergoing any refit the areas outside are. Having spoken with the locals they are preparing for the African nations cup in 2025 and the World Cup in 2030. It didn’t affect our experience tbh but it may for some. We found the people at the hotel fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful, printed off our boarding passes and gave us some tips on things to do. We found the room comfortable and it was cleaned everyday. The sky bar on the top floor is used by locals with local music entertainment. We really enjoyed mixing with the locals and all were very friendly. If you are looking for a pool holiday this is probably not for you as we found this our least favourite part of the hotel. It’s about a 15 min walk down to the beach area and probably 25 mins to the marine. This was not an issue for us as we liked the mix of tourist/local experience. There’s a little bar just over the road from the hotel which we enjoyed. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly, we shared drinks and dancing with people of all different nationalities in there. We would like to return to this hotel once the works have been completed to give it the full experience. We did get a bargain holiday and it was def worth the price we paid, although I feel the hotel may get some iffy reviews because of its current surroundings. Guess if you are aware of this before you book then expectations are met.

PPengguna TetamuWorst hotel I've ever stayed at .. apartment was lacking everything so no need to mention everything..staff were useless..the worst was the disgusting DJ playing vulgar so called music around the pool area .which had kids around... swearing in the lyrics.. absolutely Disgusting... Breakfast was rubbish..please stay away
