PPengguna TetamuFacilities were beautiful, peaceful and serene. Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise with amazing beach views and rooftop terrace. Food was great at Alebrije and good seagull but very few vegetarian options. Location next to beach was amazing but not swimmable beach and a bit far from marina and art walk- drivable. Butlers were nice but variable in the capability and function and I don’t think they added much value as they forwarded me menus rather than providing more nuanced recs- they were helpful with tips on parking in city. Amenities were much fewer than I expected to this high a price! Also at this price point I expect all inclusive. We enjoyed our stay and love Cabo but I honestly don’t feel the resort is worth the high price point.
Improve amenities, food choices ( veg) and rethink the butler service and/ or price- to me it didn’t add the value for the price.

PPengguna TetamuWe’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

KKarenThey were quite a few problems with this hotel it doesn't match the price point of what was charged. One thing is one day we order tacos and literally needless to say Three of us order tacos in each different taco order we're all horrible. I ordered pork belly tacos. The person that cooked him should be forced to eat them. Pork belly has to be cooked to the point where the fat is crispy this person failed and just left blobs of fats with low quality chewy meat. My friend had some kind of tempura battered vegetable tacos they were needless to say god-awful. My cousin had fish tacos and they were small for the price point. Do not eat here do not drink your drinks or frightfully frightfully frightfully expensive. Another problem with this hotel is that they don't have refrigerators in the regular rooms. Give me a break. Also the swimming pool was hot as Hades. There was nothing to cover the pool and we were there in the month of August and the swimming pool was basically a hot tub Potter even than the actual jacuzzi. It was miserable and people didn't use it. They should a put air conditioning coils in the pool or b invent some kind of covering that prevents it from hitting the sun in direct sunlight. For all intensive purposes that swimming pool was unswimmable. The staff was professional but I would never ever stay there again with so many faults. To call that place the Hilton shows the Hilton in a bad light. How can you charge an amenity fee and not even have a refrigerator in the room give me a break. Also water drains slow in all pipes. Internet was fine I would never buy a drink there they were outrageously expensive. To keep my things cold I had to buy an ice chest and stuck it in the shower. I had to empty it every day and put new ice in to keep my cream cold. Another problem with a hotel is they offer free coffee but only till 9:00 a.m. who the hell wants to get up before 9:00 a.m. to get a cup of coffee. I think it was a money saving technique on their behalf. They also gave me an ice chest to use as ice but the container that they gave it to me wasn't clean was I supposed to put that in a drink? Gross!! Definitely not up to Hilton standards and not at a price point more than $70 total. Their idea of happy hour is 14 or $17 margarita buy one get one free. Insanity I would never pay that much for margarita. I like the art but this hotel is severely flawed

No bugs , very clean , not a small room , reasonable price in cabos , friendly staff (who speak English well)
Has balcony with view, fridge is working well , breakfast included , has small cleaned kitchen(I didn't use though since I stayed only 1 night ) , welcome cookie , 2 water for free.
I liked everything that hotel offered .
Needed to walk a bit from center but I liked it because I could see local store , beautiful flowers.
I didn't even checked out yet but I am writing this review since I satisfied.
If I come back to cabos , I will definitely choose this hotel again

No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states.
Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket.
No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid.

NNixk89Excellent experience at Paradisus. The resort is a 20-25 minute car ride from the airport and is located in a beautiful and peaceful location. Staff members were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The food at Paradisus was decent, the Mexican restaurant was our favourite and would definitely recommend eating a few meals there. One thing to note is the daily activities schedule, there are tons of different activities scheduled daily on a weekly basis so make sure to keep an eye out for those. Overall, we had an amazing time staying at Paradisus, and would definitely recommend this resort!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

PPengguna TetamuThe Nobo Cabo property is incredibly clean, and rooms are the same way. The service is as good as anywhere we have stayed, and the food is also probably the best all throughout the property compared to any resort anywhere.. Prepare for pretty high prices on the menu, but so long as you are prepared for that, you will find this is the best food overall at a resort you could imagine. The one drawback is that the wind blows pretty hard all the time. Nobu is on the Pacific side of the peninsula, and I'm not sure it ever gets calm, but they say the winter months are different. Great beach for walking but too dangerous for swimming. Unbelievable sunsets!

PPengguna TetamuThis place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

EEnriqueInstalaciones un poco viejas, pero bien por el precio, el concierge de la categoria altitude, pésimo, no vale la pena pagar mas, por recibir nada extra.
Cualquiera puede subir. Ala torre altitude nunca te piden pulseras, salvo para “bebidas premium” que son pocas ademas…
Muchos meseros, pero poca atencion casi nula, cero actividades, bar cierran muy temprano, mucho ruido en ciertos niveles por las ventilaciones, el elevador de l torre altitude no funciono 1 dia. Son 8 pisos.
Buffete siempre lo mismo todos los dias, las cenas en los restaurantes es lo mismo que en el buffete solo que a la carta y tardas hasta 30-1hr en espera aun cuando no este lleno el lugar, hay que traslad**** hasta abajo del lobby a hacer reservas para restaurantes, con el cocierge en caso de altitude, pero nunca se siente ese “plus” de pago extra, habitaciones pequeñas mas que en ll que de ve en fotos, pero cumplen su cometido.
Para temporada alta y lo que se paga, no vale taaanto la pena, para temporada baja y el costo es algo justo.
