Cari Hotel 5-Star di Los Cabos

Facilities were beautiful, peaceful and serene. Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise with amazing beach views and rooftop terrace. Food was great at Alebrije and good seagull but very few vegetarian options. Location next to beach was amazing but not swimmable beach and a bit far from marina and art walk- drivable. Butlers were nice but variable in the capability and function and I don’t think they added much value as they forwarded me menus rather than providing more nuanced recs- they were helpful with tips on parking in city. Amenities were much fewer than I expected to this high a price! Also at this price point I expect all inclusive. We enjoyed our stay and love Cabo but I honestly don’t feel the resort is worth the high price point. Improve amenities, food choices ( veg) and rethink the butler service and/ or price- to me it didn’t add the value for the price.

The hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price. The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe. On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing. The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

We’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

Perfect hotel for vacation! Beautiful location, nice and friendly staffs, clean room and great foods and alcohol. Highly recommend to stay this hotel for vacation

The resort is beautiful and walking distance to the marina. Great service and the restaurants have delicious food. Nice infinity pool overlooking the beach! The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through Trip.com. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

The hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

The Nobo Cabo property is incredibly clean, and rooms are the same way. The service is as good as anywhere we have stayed, and the food is also probably the best all throughout the property compared to any resort anywhere.. Prepare for pretty high prices on the menu, but so long as you are prepared for that, you will find this is the best food overall at a resort you could imagine. The one drawback is that the wind blows pretty hard all the time. Nobu is on the Pacific side of the peninsula, and I'm not sure it ever gets calm, but they say the winter months are different. Great beach for walking but too dangerous for swimming. Unbelievable sunsets!

We have changed 3 rooms in 3 nights due to different problems in the room, but big shout out to manager Clara, she managed the solution very well with good manner. 1st night: cockroaches in the room & hair dryer keep dropping on the floor 2nd night: next to ice machine, the ice machine was broken and kept beeping whole night long 3rd night: the room is perfect finally! Overall : parties in the resort is a blast! & very good location to view los cabos, the food is slightly above average. The only problem is the quality of the room, is a bit old, there is a lot of improvement in that

Saya suka tempat ini sangat indah saya pernah ke sana sebelum saya perlu memberitahu anda bahawa makanannya mengerikan. Juga isteri saya berasa sama. semuanya masin, cara pahit untuk membuat gula semua jus mempunyai rasa palsu. Saya telah mencuba hampir 20 perkara yang berbeza. Mereka terasa mengerikan. Don’t like the fact, the hotel sent a letter basically not wanting guests to leave the premises. There’s a lot is reasons to leave. The beach, massages are only 60 for 90 min
