"The FeiFan Chinese Hotel is conveniently located at GRA, Ikeja in Lagos, within easy reach of the international airport.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay there. The usual concierge service was excellent. The receptionist were knowledgeable and competent.
I particularly liked the design of the hotel which is very family oriented, in keeping with Chinese traditions. As a family, you will enjoy a lot of privacy and space during your stay here.
Now, this next point is awesome: you are provided with three-square meals every day as part of your booking. The food is Chinese but they are of high quality. So, if you like Chinese food, this is the hotel for you.
Finally, you're accorded free airport pickup and for your departure. Never had this type of service before so I very highly recommend the FeiFan Chinese Hotel to you.
And by the way, the guys at the reception will give you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos. Have fun!"

I booked a room here at short notice and was amazed by the speedy response from the team. They were able to arrange pick up from the airport when I arrived in Nigeria a day from completing the booking. Pick up from the airport was prompt with the driving personnel maintaining contact from the point of booking before I arrived in Nigeria to the point I got into the car. The manager greeted me on arrival and via email with details of facilities available at the hotel including how to access WiFi. I was impressed by how seamless and efficient the whole process was compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

Pengguna TetamuThe hotel is fantastic, clean and in a good safe location. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and safe place to stay alone or with others. They offer a buffet meal three times a day and an airport pick up and drop included. Probably the best hotel experience I have had in 10 years of travelling to Nigeria. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay, will definitely be returning. See you in March.

以下是本人當天在入住酒店時拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的201房間。酒店位置：拉各斯交通算方便。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，床蠻舒服的。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖，還可以。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。

酒店位置在GRA，這片區域應該算ikeja最安全的區域，交通便利，中國人很多。房間很新很乾凈，空調給力，可以免費洗衣服，老闆還給免費升級了房型，人非常nice。酒店包一日三餐，飯挺好吃。老闆娘還做奶茶，非常好喝！

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

OluwanifemiFI booked them via trip and when I got there they couldn't find my booking. I got there at about 10pm. After waiting for like 30 mins I was given a room but they told me they would sort me out the following morning. The room I was given wasn't clean, I could tell that the room had just been used. There was food in the fridge and the toilet was used. But the staff on duty were really helpful in sorting everything out eventually.

Four Points is a good hotel and location for a business trip, and it met my expectations. Internet stability and connectivity in my room was good enough for basic use and calls, but I was involved in some more intensive work during my trip and found I could not access functions which required more bandwidth as easily as I would have liked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the shower wasn't always hot in the morning. Staff were excellent, and very helpful, although the ATM machine was not reliable and had run out of cash when I needed to pay for a cab. Overall, it's a dependable and pleasant hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.
