The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

İnanılmaz keyifli bir otel. Çalışanlar mükemmel. Özellikle Müşteri ilişkileri yöneticisi Aydan hanım müthiş bir insan. Böyle kaliteli bir çalışan istihdam ettiği için tebrik ediyorum.

Odalar ***et temiz ve rahat, yemeklerdeki lezzet ve çeşitlilik fazlasıyla iyi. Personeller ***et profesyonel ve yardımsever, özellikle resepsiyondan Dinçer Bey çok ilgiliydi. Herkes çok güler yüzlü. Hizmetin kalitesi ve rahatlığı düşünüldüğünde kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Ankara and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel itself is very quiet, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ankara!

Ankara'ya gelirken cok tedirginim ama otele girince tüm tedirginliğim gitti. Güler yüzle karsılandık.Odamıza kadar eşlik edildi.Ayrıntılı bilgi verildi.Kahvaltısı 5.katta terasta ve cok güzeldi.Ama bir tavsiyem var.5.katta akşam yemeği yenseydi dışarda yemek yemezdim.Hafif bir canlı müzik eşliğinde harika olurdu.Buradan Hülya hanıma teşekkür ediyorum.Çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü olduğu için. Lage: In einem belebten Stadtteil mit zahlreichen Restaurants und auch einen kleinen Migros-Supermarkt gegenüber. Vom Flughafen fuhren wir gegen 0:30 Uhr in der Nacht nur 30 Min. zum Hotel und bezahlten dafür 300 TRY. Zimmer: Modern eingerichtet mit keinesfalls abgewohnten Möbeln. Fernseher ist in einem großen Spiegel „verbaut“ – das kannten wir auch noch nicht. Leider keine deutschen Kanäle. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7. OG mit kleinem Balkon und hervorragendem Blick auf das Atatürk Mausoleum, welches nachts angestrahlt wird. Auch das Badezimmer machte auf uns einen neu renovierten Eindruck. Frühstück: Der ganz, ganz große Schwachpunkt. Ja es gab Buffet, ja es gab eine gute Auswahl, aber kaum etwas davon war für den Mitteleuropäischen Geschmack. Selbst die Standards des „All English Breakfast“ gab es dort nicht. Außerdem sprach niemand dort englisch, um ggf. einen Sonderwunsch zu äußern. Zudem gab es dort nur ungenießbaren, löslichen Nescafé… Sonstiges: Das Wifi im Hotel war schnell und stabil. Fazit: Preis Leistung stimmte letztendlich, wobei das Frühstück für uns ein großer Minuspunkt war.
