We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

Omer and Ali are the two best host in whole of Cappadocia. Don’t have a second thought while choosing this Hotel. 5 minutes drive from Goreme. You will love it in Uchisar. I have visited 49 countries so far. This is by far the best trip and best host I have met and visited. Breakfast is awesome. You won’t be able to eat all 😀 Omer helped me to book ticket from his personal card as my card was not working due to some reason.

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view!! Calm and quiet neighborhood. Totally worth every penny spent. Very cooperative and friendly staff.
Few tips for travelers:
Entire neighborhood has cobbled streets and is on a slope so you might want to wear shoes that do not slip :) Dragging luggage not recommended at all.
Contact hotel prior to arrival for a seamless experience, including airport transfer (at an extra charge)
If you do not speak Turkish, keep a translator app handy … staff is very cooperative and patiently waits while we use these translators to communicate our requests :)

I went to turkey with my sister and mother and we decided to stay at the best hotel in Capadoccia, we were really excited to do the ballon trip and get to know the beautiful town. Once we arrived to the hotel the treatment was terrible, they were very disrisispectfull with my mother who is able to walk but had a wheelchair for asisstance. The hotel later told the tour guide from the balloons that they should not allow my mother to go to the trip (without letting us know the reason) and saying there was no room. IMPORTANT TO SAY THE TRIP IN BALLOON WAS ALREADY PAYED AND RESERVED. Later the next day we asked if there was any news on our ballon ride and they said there was no space. we where very disapointed. Later on arriving back to mexico and having our travel agent call the hotel for explanation we learned the hotel staff arranged for us no to go to the trip. Instead of telling us its not recommended for older people or even just letting one of ride, knowing we had made such a long trip to go there. It was on my mothers bucket list and it is very sad to know that lack of sympathy and comunication did this. WE DID NOT RECIEVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OR OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE BALLOON RIDE. We felt discriminated throughout the stay.

景觀很不錯，就在烏希奇薩爾城堡下面，步行幾分鐘可達，天氣好可以看到遠方的埃爾吉耶斯火山，距離格雷梅小鎮也就幾公里路程。房間設施不錯，早餐對於中國人來説，比較尷尬，品種雖然多但是不合中國胃。

We had the great pleasure of staying at the Kistar Cave Hotel for 4 nights. Our entire stay there was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. The first thing you notice about the hotel is it's beauty! Wow!! Elegant, but comfortable and not over done. It feels very cozy. Attention was paid to details when designing and furnishing. We were shown to our room and we were blown away! Again, elegant, but feels comfortable and inviting. ... and the bathroom! Wow! All warm marble and something you have to see. Pictures cannot do it justice. Our room also had a large terrace with a magnificent view of Pigeon Valley and Rose Valley. Wow... again! We stayed 4 nights and did NOT want to leave! Throughout our stay, every staff personnel made us feel welcome and like family. They were all so very friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and kind. A special mention goes to Gulden, the young woman at the front desk. From the moment we walked in to the hotel, she greeted us with such kindness. It was clear she wanted to do all she could to make sure we were satisfied and everything was perfect and to our liking. She really went above and beyond. This hospitality extended throughout our entire stay. Always friendly, always smiling and always helpful. She did a fantastic job at giving us tips on things to do and places to visit that had not been on our ”list” of places. She gave us a map and wrote details about each place and what not to miss while there. They ended up being some of our favorite experiences while there. We never would have known about these places if not for her. We are so grateful she took the time to do this for us. She is a true gem! We were also fortunate enough to meet the owner and his wife. Although their english is not great and my Turkish even worse (non existent LOL!), we could still ”communicate” a bit. They were also very kind and friendly. By the time we left, we truly felt like family there. I highly recommend this hotel for the best ambience, experience, views, staff, rooms, ... the list goes on. We toured around turkey for 2 weeks. This was, without question, our favorite hotel we stayed at.

We booked it randomly online but found it excellent! The cave hotel is in uchisar and it’s close the the famous spot Uchisar hotel. We booked a family suite, which is nice and clean. Their breakfast is AWESOME! Everything is homemade, and they are all delicious! From the terrace we can take the pictures of hot air balloons and also uchisar castle. The staff there r super friendly, they answered a lot of my questions before I came. They can book airport shuttle and all trips for you with reasonable price. We didn’t know they can book trips before we came. If we knew that earlier, we probably won’t bother ourselves trying to book everything online.

PPengguna Tetamu位置非常優越，去鴿子谷以及烏奇希薩爾城堡都非常方便，步行十分鐘左右就能達到。老闆以及店員也都非常友好，行李太重，男店員還幫助搬到了出租車候車點，真的點贊。由於趕上土耳其100周年國慶日，錯過了飛機，老闆午夜已久在等我們，還幫我們預訂了機場到酒店的小巴，價格和原來的一樣10歐木有變。
The location is very advantageous. It is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle, which can be reached in about ten minutes' walk. The boss and the clerk were also very friendly. The luggage was too heavy and the male clerk helped move it to the taxi stand. I really like it. Because we missed the flight in time for Turkey's 100th National Day, the boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book a minibus from the airport to the hotel. The price was the same as the original price of 10 euros.

Normal şartlarda otel dışında kutlama yapmak istemiştik fakat ani bir değişiklik ile otelde yeme kararı aldık otelin temizlik ve hijyenin yanı sıra aslında size restoranın ve aşçıların ne kadar şahane olduğunu anlatmak istedim yemekleri bir o kadar büyüledi ki bizi yemeğimizi bize hazırlayan aşçıyla tanışmak istedim . Bir o kadar tatlı , enerjisiyle gecemizi daha da güzelleştirdi Seda hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum sizin gibi insanlar oldukça sektöründe ilerleme imkanı o kadar mümkündür uğrarsanız eğer mutlaka Seda hanımla tanışmamızı tavsiye ederim

PPengguna Tetamu3 gece 4 gün kaldık otelde ve temizlik konusunda ne çok iyi ne çok kötü diyebiliyorum. Biz odadan çıktığımızda ve tekrar odaya geldiğimizde herhangi bir temizlik işlemi yapıldığını görmedik ve kışın gittiğimizde en fazla 3-4 oda doluydu. Konum konusunda eğer arabayla gitmeyip toplu taşımayı kullanacaksınız çok güzel yerde. Nevşehir merkez ya da Avanos bölgesine otelden çıktıktan yürüyerek 2 dakika sonra ulaşım araçlarına binme imkânınız var. Ve gideceğiniz yer en fazla 20 dakika uzaklıkta kalıyor. Kahvaltı çeşitleri ise 4 ya da 5 yıldızlı gibi otel düşünme gibi bir şey olmasın gayet yeterli bir kahvaltı çeşidi var. Odada ilk girdiğinizde 2 sallama çay ve 2 adet kahve sizi beklemekte, oda da cattle bulunmaktadır. Size tavsiyem yanınıza otele gelirken fazlaca su almanız çünkü otel çevresinde pek market bulma imkânınız yok. Otel yetkilisi Hüseyin bey ise gayet güleryüzlü, cana yakın, yardımsever ve ilgili birisiydi kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz. Eğer burada konaklamak istiyorsanız size tavsiye edebilirim çünkü fiyat/performans yüksek bir yer. Bir yanda Uç Hisar kalesinin eşsiz manzarası ve diğer yanda uçuşan rengarenk balonlar sizi selamlayacaktır. Nevşehir'de gezmeyi düşüneceğiniz yerler başlıca; Derinkuyu Yeraltı Şehri, Kaymaklı Yeraltı Şehri, Göreme Açık Hava Müzesi, Aşıklar Vadisi, Ürgüp Temenni Tepesi, Uçhisar Kalesi, Güvercinlik Vadisi, Zelve Açık Hava Müzesi. Odalarda sigara içilmiyor ve her her gün isteğe bağlı olarak temizleniyordu. Kapadokyanın merkezi olabilir burası çünkü her yere erişim kolaydı. Bir iki alt sokakta otobüs durakları var. Hem merkeze yakın hem gezilmesi gereken yerlere yürüyerek bile erişebilirsiniz. En önemli şeylerden biri de fiyat konusu. Bu fiyatlara bu oteli kaçırmayın. Biz ayrıldık bugün ama kalbimizi orada bıraktık. Tüm Aysultan Stone House ailesine yürekten teşekkür ederiz.

We just got back to london after staying in one of the most beautiful place in Turkey and amazing cave hotel, Harem suites in cappadocia. The hotel is beautiful and the service from the staff is exceptional. We had a clean room. Water was provided all the time. Breakfast had many options. Mustafa was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.
