The hotel is new, clean and run by family who were very nice. However, I did not know that this hotel has no air conditioning which is a must in August! I learned that some hotels in this area do not have air conditioning so we were hot until night time when it got cooler. The reception gave us a portable air conditioning unit but it was not enough. Another situation was with the WiFi was most of the time not available. Our room was nice and clean but it does not look like those very fancy rooms in the advertisement. I usually give good reviews, but the truth is that, based on the review comments I read, I thought this hotel to be something different. The hotel is pretty, new and clean, and the personnel is very attentive. it just does not have air conditioning or reliable WiFi. There is no safe to put away your valuables. In addition, they provide only breakfast, there is no dinner offered at night even to buy it.

Так как первая наша попытка полёта на воздушном шаре в Каппадокии в сентябре оказалась неудачной, то пришлось вновь преодолеть 500 км в одну сторону на машине. В этот раз мы решили далеко не заезжать и выбрали этот отель на въезде в зону запуска воздушных шаров. На навигаторе, которым мы пользуемся при поездках в другие страны (maps.me) месторасположение отеля указано неверно. Пришлось искать, спрашивая у местных жителей. С 5-й попытки нашли. Отель оправдал наши надежды. Номер (полулюкс) оказался просторным. Имеется небольшая терраса со столом и навесом от солнца, где мы и наблюдали закат. Хорошо оборудованная просторная душевая комната и туалет. В холодильнике нас ждали 2 бутылочки с холодной минеральной водой и 2 бутылочки обычной воды. В номере был электрочайник и пакетики с чаем, кофе, сахаром, сливками и т,д. Понравилась большая кровать. В отеле было тихо - спать комфортно. Приличный завтрак сервировался сотрудниками отеля. Завтракать можно как в помещении, так и на террасе ресторана отеля. Всем спасибо!

We checked in super late because our plane from Istanbul got delayed heavily, they let us stay till 15:00 because we didn't have any sleep. And our balloon trip was at 04:30. We came back 08:00 and had breakfast at 9. The best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The facilities are amazing. Free water, nice shower, free flip-flops, very cool balcony with amazing view. They made it very romantic for our sister in law and hrr husband. Bed was really comfy. Good AC. VERY BIG room. It was a very romantic night my fiancé loved the balcony and nostalgic shower after such a long trip. :) tessekurler. Definitely gonna come back. Sweetest aunt who made breakfast. Nice architecture. Very cool new and affordable hotel.

Ma come si fa a dare un pallino lamentandosi del bagno? È meraviglioso e puoi ricreare il calidarium di un hammam Meno male certe volte si va oltre alcuni commenti. Hotel autentico, dalla colazione, agli arredi, al bagno. Persino le luci sono state studiate alla perfezione per creare una bellissima atmosfera. Lato debole la vista ma mi sento di consigliarlo soprattutto come zona perché Uchisar poco turistica e a piedi raggiungi castello di Uchisar e valle dei piccioni. Colazione ci ha spiazzato che non fosse a buffet ma decisamente tutto di ottima qualità… perfetta colazione turca!

The hotel is just below the üschar Castle We came here 4 yrs ago to do a balloon flight and stayed in one of the fabulous cave rooms and loved it. We came back and have not been disappointed We have voted our breakfast as the best in Europe it’s true you can’t order or go to a Buffett but what they give you is wonderful home cooked jams fresh bread s and fresh small doughnuts a local delicacy cooked for you as well a traditional cheeses tomatoes etc The service is brilliant and always with a smile This time we are in one of the balcony rooms and not a cave it’s smaller and wooden floors but has charm and wonderful views. It’s hard to leave the outdoor seating area the views are spectacular

無功也無過的酒店 地理位置沒有那麼好 離看熱氣球有點遠 餐廳也不怎麼好吃 酒店房間好想有第三維度的東西存在 2歲小孩進那個房間 整晚就像夢魘一樣 眼睛睜不開哭一個晚上 一抱出房間就好 抱進去繼續哭 結果在客廳坐了一個晚上 衛生間自己洗澡也是發毛 第二天果斷換房間了 這酒店不美 我手機裏沒拍照

PPengguna TetamuThis place is a gem and the people are the stars! Both Aisha and Fatih made us feel welcomed like family. They always greet us with smile. The welcome drinks and sweets were very much appreciated after a long journey. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom is also spacious with good hot shower. There are generous free drinks and snack and some to purchase provided in the room. Bed linens are fresh and keep you warm in cold nights. Breakfast is a feast both to the eyes and the appetite. The breakfast room faces the valley over Goreme Town. The location is superb, within 5 minutes to the Uchisar Castle and also offers many interesting alley ways to get more of the view of the valley and access to some abandoned caves that are definitely photo worthy. There are plenty eateries nearby and also souvenir shops and travel agents. I highly recommend My Cave La Maison du Reve to other travellers.

We had the great pleasure of staying at the Kistar Cave Hotel for 4 nights. Our entire stay there was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. The first thing you notice about the hotel is it's beauty! Wow!! Elegant, but comfortable and not over done. It feels very cozy. Attention was paid to details when designing and furnishing. We were shown to our room and we were blown away! Again, elegant, but feels comfortable and inviting. ... and the bathroom! Wow! All warm marble and something you have to see. Pictures cannot do it justice. Our room also had a large terrace with a magnificent view of Pigeon Valley and Rose Valley. Wow... again! We stayed 4 nights and did NOT want to leave! Throughout our stay, every staff personnel made us feel welcome and like family. They were all so very friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and kind. A special mention goes to Gulden, the young woman at the front desk. From the moment we walked in to the hotel, she greeted us with such kindness. It was clear she wanted to do all she could to make sure we were satisfied and everything was perfect and to our liking. She really went above and beyond. This hospitality extended throughout our entire stay. Always friendly, always smiling and always helpful. She did a fantastic job at giving us tips on things to do and places to visit that had not been on our ”list” of places. She gave us a map and wrote details about each place and what not to miss while there. They ended up being some of our favorite experiences while there. We never would have known about these places if not for her. We are so grateful she took the time to do this for us. She is a true gem! We were also fortunate enough to meet the owner and his wife. Although their english is not great and my Turkish even worse (non existent LOL!), we could still ”communicate” a bit. They were also very kind and friendly. By the time we left, we truly felt like family there. I highly recommend this hotel for the best ambience, experience, views, staff, rooms, ... the list goes on. We toured around turkey for 2 weeks. This was, without question, our favorite hotel we stayed at.

We booked it randomly online but found it excellent! The cave hotel is in uchisar and it’s close the the famous spot Uchisar hotel. We booked a family suite, which is nice and clean. Their breakfast is AWESOME! Everything is homemade, and they are all delicious! From the terrace we can take the pictures of hot air balloons and also uchisar castle. The staff there r super friendly, they answered a lot of my questions before I came. They can book airport shuttle and all trips for you with reasonable price. We didn’t know they can book trips before we came. If we knew that earlier, we probably won’t bother ourselves trying to book everything online.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a pleasant stay. I booked our rooms after a big holiday so the hotel was almost empty and quiet. The rooms and the breakfast were very good. The owners were very polite and resourceful. Couple things to mention, if you are booking online, make sure you call them if you prefer to stay in a room with a window. Remember, this is a cave hotel. Unfortunately, when I reserved online, I did not see it anywhere in the room description. My wife and I did not have any problem with that. But our guests were not comfortable staying in a room without a window. Although they found another room for them we decided to switch the rooms. That night, the air-conditioner in our room had a problem. The owner (Hakan) was kind to offer us another room which was larger and better. I definitely recommend this hotel. You can watch the air balloons from the rooftop terrace. It is lovely to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset from there.

The location is very advantageous. It is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle, which can be reached in about ten minutes' walk. The boss and the clerk were also very friendly. The luggage was too heavy and the male clerk helped move it to the taxi stand. I really like it. Because we missed the flight in time for Turkey's 100th National Day, the boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book a minibus from the airport to the hotel. The price was the same as the original price of 10 euros.

Normal şartlarda otel dışında kutlama yapmak istemiştik fakat ani bir değişiklik ile otelde yeme kararı aldık otelin temizlik ve hijyenin yanı sıra aslında size restoranın ve aşçıların ne kadar şahane olduğunu anlatmak istedim yemekleri bir o kadar büyüledi ki bizi yemeğimizi bize hazırlayan aşçıyla tanışmak istedim . Bir o kadar tatlı , enerjisiyle gecemizi daha da güzelleştirdi Seda hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum sizin gibi insanlar oldukça sektöründe ilerleme imkanı o kadar mümkündür uğrarsanız eğer mutlaka Seda hanımla tanışmamızı tavsiye ederim

Çay, kahve ve bardakları da ikram olarak koymuşlar. Hızlı ve kesintisiz interneti ücretsiz kullandık. Odaların dokusu doğayla uyumlu, tüm mobilyalar ahşaptı. Odalarda sigara içilmiyor ve her her gün isteğe bağlı olarak temizleniyordu. Kapadokyanın merkezi olabilir burası çünkü her yere erişim kolaydı. Bir iki alt sokakta otobüs durakları var. Hem merkeze yakın hem gezilmesi gereken yerlere yürüyerek bile erişebilirsiniz. En önemli şeylerden biri de fiyat konusu. Bu fiyatlara bu oteli kaçırmayın. Biz ayrıldık bugün ama kalbimizi orada bıraktık. Tüm Aysultan Stone House ailesine yürekten teşekkür ederiz.

PPengguna Tetamu3 gece 4 gün kaldık otelde ve temizlik konusunda ne çok iyi ne çok kötü diyebiliyorum. Biz odadan çıktığımızda ve tekrar odaya geldiğimizde herhangi bir temizlik işlemi yapıldığını görmedik ve kışın gittiğimizde en fazla 3-4 oda doluydu. Konum konusunda eğer arabayla gitmeyip toplu taşımayı kullanacaksınız çok güzel yerde. Nevşehir merkez ya da Avanos bölgesine otelden çıktıktan yürüyerek 2 dakika sonra ulaşım araçlarına binme imkânınız var. Ve gideceğiniz yer en fazla 20 dakika uzaklıkta kalıyor. Kahvaltı çeşitleri ise 4 ya da 5 yıldızlı gibi otel düşünme gibi bir şey olmasın gayet yeterli bir kahvaltı çeşidi var. Odada ilk girdiğinizde 2 sallama çay ve 2 adet kahve sizi beklemekte, oda da cattle bulunmaktadır. Size tavsiyem yanınıza otele gelirken fazlaca su almanız çünkü otel çevresinde pek market bulma imkânınız yok. Otel yetkilisi Hüseyin bey ise gayet güleryüzlü, cana yakın, yardımsever ve ilgili birisiydi kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz. Eğer burada konaklamak istiyorsanız size tavsiye edebilirim çünkü fiyat/performans yüksek bir yer. Bir yanda Uç Hisar kalesinin eşsiz manzarası ve diğer yanda uçuşan rengarenk balonlar sizi selamlayacaktır. Nevşehir'de gezmeyi düşüneceğiniz yerler başlıca; Derinkuyu Yeraltı Şehri, Kaymaklı Yeraltı Şehri, Göreme Açık Hava Müzesi, Aşıklar Vadisi, Ürgüp Temenni Tepesi, Uçhisar Kalesi, Güvercinlik Vadisi, Zelve Açık Hava Müzesi.
