雙床房可以睡兩個大人和兩個孩子，還是比較寬敞的，服務人員也很熱情，一樓有免費的熱水、咖啡、茶包提供，很方便；有免費的早餐，非常簡單，土豆、麪包和燕麥粥、蘋果和橙，有自製米奇華夫餅；門口外就是shuttle bus，頻率不是很高，但晚上閉園後至少會有兩-三趟車接人，性價比超高；可以享受迪斯尼樂園早入園半小時。缺點是早上班車頻率很少，我們要趕8:30的早入園，衹有8:10的車，到達已經8:30，還要安檢之類的，導致入園後星戰排隊已經很長了（建議大家HS樂園快通選千年隼駕駛戰機的那個，一直人很多，排隊時間長，後來衹好走了single rider，雖然比較快，但基本衹能輪到維修師，不能體驗駕駛員）；此外就是Epcot接駁車的位置比較遠，要走一段路。迪斯尼一定要買快通，我家2月24日去樂園不算旺季，但人還是很多，由於酒店不能提前7天買迪斯尼樂園快通，衹能提前3天買，所以可以買快通的時候，熱門項目和好的時間基本都搶不到了，所以建議像我們這種大老遠從國內去玩（遊玩時間很緊）的家庭，對app也不是很熟，就不要賭運氣，還是訂樂園酒店提前7天搶快通比較好。如果時間比較充足，還是推薦這家酒店的。

I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

I stayed at WorldMark Orlando - Kingstown Reef for 4 nights (March 4–8), and overall it was a great value for the price. The room was very spacious, and having both a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The stay itself was very comfortable, and the location was great—only about a 15-minute drive to Disney. The property also has nice amenities like a golf course, outdoor pool, and gym. The staff were friendly and provided good service during our stay. However, there was one downside that significantly affected the experience. Starting from the day we checked in, the hotel repeatedly tried to get us to attend a “short” presentation. They initially said it would only take 10–20 minutes and asked for an $80 refundable deposit. But when we followed up, it turned out to be a 90-minute session. Since we already had travel plans, we declined, and the $80 refund was processed smoothly. That said, the constant follow-up was quite frustrating. We received one call every day during our 4-night stay reminding us to attend the presentation. Even after we left, they called again about 10 days later asking why we didn’t participate. It started to feel a bit overwhelming and hard to avoid. While the hotel itself is a good deal, just be aware of this if you’re considering staying here.

Beautiful hotel, close to disney springs, staff was very nice and accommodating. At at the grill for breakfast, that was delicious.

Good stay at the DoubleTree Disney Springs area - as a rewards member for Hilton I was able to have an early check in plus an upgrade on the booked room - this probably had a lot to do with the fact that it's off peak season. Given a welcome cookie and free water vouchers (to redeem in the marketplace) for the days there. The upgraded room was on the 5th floor (501) away from the elevators, overlooking the pool area. the suite sleeps 6 people: 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed. both beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy. The suite had a door to divide the bedroom/bathoom and living room area but only had 1 bathroom which needs maintenance - the bath was low and somewhat dirty, the water was cold (felt more so as there was a cold spell in the area). The kitchenette was basic, a little sink, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and enough space to prep basic meal in addition to a table. There was noise from the close-by motorway, but not enough to disrupt the nights sleep/stay. Overall a good stay, with good service from the staff - recommended for larger parties who want to be close to disney springs but also the area outside the disney bubble, both of these areas are within a walkable distance of around 15~20mins from the hotel, the hotel also offers shuttle bus service to the disney parks areas and welcome booklet with discounts.

We spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended

This hotel offers free shuttle services to all major Disney parks every day, and remember to book your time online in advance. If you want early park entry, you also need to handle that online beforehand. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation. The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

Although an older property this was very clean. My biggest complaint was the shared door between two suites (strangers in the other room) was that you could hear EVERYTHING through that door!  Also, the sink in the bathroom was not draining so that is a gross point.  Service was outstanding and in a pinch we would stay there. Bring an extension cord if you need to plug anything in. Not enough plugs by the beds.

I stayed here for 3 nights- Monday to Thursday. Feb 10-13th I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100% A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel. Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes. Was it clean? Absolutely The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was! The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness. I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift. The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it. The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street. To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !
