We apologize for the inconvenience you felt, the noise that occurred was completely outside the control and authority of the villa. However, we will discuss it with management as a consideration for the comfort of all our guests. Regarding the complaint submitted, we have investigated the incident with the villa operational team and we informed you in advance that the villa has motorbike rentals for guests and staff have private vehicles according to villa rules, staff are prohibited from using property outside the villa/private property. Because everything that happens is outside of the villa's responsibility, but we will be more thorough and detailed in the future so that incidents like this don't happen again.
