Hotel yang sangat bagus di lokasi yang hebat dengan banyak restoran di sekelilingnya, sementara masih sangat tenang. Berhati-hati bahawa jika anda menempah bilik jakuzi, anda mungkin tidak mempunyai pemandangan kolam renang. Bilik itu bagus dan bersih, menyukainya!

Lokasinya bagus, berhampiran dengan banyak restoran dan pantai. Makanan dan minuman adalah terlalu mahal dan tidak begitu baik. Sarapan pagi adalah ok. Bilik-bilik luas dan jakuzi berfungsi dengan hebat. Kolam renangnya besar dan bersih tetapi mungkin tidak akan tinggal di sini lagi, boleh mencari resort yang lebih baik untuk harga yang sama.

Kali pertama tinggal di sini dan ia adalah menyenangkan. Aircond cukup sejuk di dalam bilik, kepala pancuran juga cukup kuat. Terdapat juga Netflix yang tersedia jadi pastinya membuatkan kami terhibur! Dari segi lokasi bagus, boleh ambil ke mana-mana dengan mudah. Banyak kedai makan dan bar berhampiran hotel. Kolam renang adalah bersih dan cantik!

Penginapan lanjutan akhirnya menyebabkan masalah. Tiga (3) kali dikunci keluar dari bilik. Semua orang, termasuk Pengurus, telah membantu dan memohon maaf atas kesulitan tersebut. Kami tinggal di sini banyak dan berhasrat untuk tinggal lagi. Jika tidak, penginapan itu indah, seperti biasa. Syorkan lokasi ini.

Good things- This resorts location is indeed great and walking distance to everything. All major supermarkets, massages places, restaurants,pubs around the corner. Huge pool for all ages.  Room menu food is good though.  Bad things- Cleaniness is basic and need uplifting. On checked in room was leaking and full of water, later it was changed to different room on same level. Breakfast and dinner menu is limited , especially breakfast needs to be changed every day basis.  Pillows were dirty and needs replacement straight away. Room refrigerator was empty, could have at least soft drinks for late nights.

Rooms were basic and needed basic maintenance. We specifically booked a 4th floor room and were put on the 2nd floor overlooking back street and overgrown unused area of hotel so be aware of asking for what you booked when you check in. Pool is great and nice cool water. Plenty of deck chairs. Buffet breakfast was good and lots of variety. The staff were 50/50 friendly or not. My tip is don’t lose your room key. They charge you $5AU replacement cost. They were not flexible at all. And considering we had a few inconveniences such as wrong room allocation, delayed check in plus we had to call for room maintenance for leaking water and have aircon repairs whilst we were in our room……. We thought flexibility was due. Much better and more accomodating places to stay in my view. Being fight crew we stay in hotels a lot and don’t offer negative feedback unless it’s due.

Very convenient location and right outside the hotel has food option of restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 10min walk to icon Bali the new shopping mall in Sanur.

Location was close enough to everything in Sanur, set just off the main road but nicely tucked away so you feel more private, the pool area is great and kept us entertained. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful all the time. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rooms felt a little dated but still nice. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was the only gripe I’d say… we had two rooms and neither was very good. Had to be on full blast constantly to bring the room temp to 27 degrees. We only had food their once which i think was perfect as there are so many better options nearby for food.

The location is great, the buffet breakfast has to be one of the best in any resort I’ve been. The pools accommodation every one,Rooms are great size ,beds so comfortable. All staff are very accommodating , always a smile on there faces, nothing is a bother to them for an needs to guests.Prices can be slightly higher than other places with in Sanur but that can also depend on seasons .Might have a look ar booking for Christmas. Overall can’t fault  Sanur Resort Watujimbar

This hotel is hands down the worst in all of Bali. I arrived at 9 AM, and knowing check-in wasn't until 3 PM, I was okay with waiting. But when 3 PM finally came around, they told me the room still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting in front of the front desk, but no one ever came to guide me or let me know what was going on. It seemed like all the other guests were already sorted out, and I was just left there waiting for who knows how long. When I finally asked what was going on, they said the room was ready the whole time! The staff were incredibly rude and completely unapologetic. I asked why they hadn’t guided me to my room and whether they were planning on just letting me sit there forever, but all they did was laugh and offer lame excuses about the room taking longer to prepare. They didn’t even seem to think they’d done anything wrong. It was clear they had no sense of hospitality or responsibility, and honestly, it was the worst service I’ve ever encountered. On top of that, breakfast was awful. Not only was it tasteless, but it was unsanitary too—there were flies all over the food. I also had to switch glasses because the one I was given smelled so bad, but when they gave me a replacement, it smelled just as awful. I couldn’t even drink anything. There’s nothing good about this hotel. The price is way too high for what you get, and I honestly regret staying here. I will NEVER come back and I would never recommend this place to anyone. It completely ruined my trip, and it just makes me so sad to think about how badly I was treated.
