## Hotel Review I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! ### Cleanliness The hotel was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable experience. Every corner was well-maintained, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in their work. ### Service The service was outstanding. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. ### Promotions I was particularly impressed by the numerous promotions available for beach clubs. It made my day at the beach even more special, and I appreciated the added value. ### Location The location couldn't have been more convenient. With plenty of shops, spas, restaurants, and bars nearby, there was no shortage of things to do. It was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I look forward to returning in the future.

Great value for money with very modern and clean rooms! Located 5 min walk to the beach and close to everything in Canggu.

We loooooveeeeeed The Komu. It’s my second trip there, and I had to introduce it to my friend. Location is great. It’s walking distance to so many good coffee joints, restaurants, popular party spot and down the road is two major beach clubs. What more could you ask for? Oh right, the scents used in the room’s so comforting that I went to sensatia in search for the shampoo and body wash, only to find out that the hotel uses a special blend that’s catered specifically to them only! Oh, it was so good!

Everything is so good , just sometimes abit slow in room service amenities, waited for 1 hour to arrived and i called 3 times to repeat

A great location near Canggu, with calm, cozy and stylish rooms. The pool is super quiet and clean, good for spending the morning alone away from the busy main street. The hotel also provides convenient services such as luggage holding after checkout, calling taxis, and finding lost items... and the staff are extremely friendly and polite.

Hotel seems pretty new. Modern and cozy design. Room was really impressive and clean. Spacious as well.

The Komu was a delightful stay, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and polite and overall we had a wonderful time. We went for our honeymoon, and they made a cute swan feature for us! Highly recommend to stay! Only downside, is that their keycards didn’t work very well and the keycard reader on the door could be detached as it was held by a magnet.

W had an amazing experience at the Komu! We will be back for sure and stay longer! We booked the Studio with private pool and everything from the room, staff, location was on point! The staff is super nice and professional which makes even better your vacation experience. I recommend also to check out the common areas included the swimming pool at level 6: stunning! Thanks again for having us! we loved it 🙏🏼❤️

loved the vibes of this hotel!! it’s clean as it’s a relatively new hotel. service is friendly & good. many cafes & massages nearby. will come back next time ☺️
