I'll amaze with everything here,
Food: Nice
Location: walking distance to the beach,
Restorant in house, by the beach
View: padi field n Beach
Massage: very relaxing
Staff: 100% Nice, helpful, informative, friendly
Pool: amazing
Room: Furniture n deco is awesome
Transportation: please discuss with Hotel staff, as that area can't order other transport from outside the area, but they will gv you reasonable price n kind local tour.

Amazing stay. But one thing it isn’t waterproof. It rained when we stayed…Water was flowing from upstairs towards the staircase down our room. Also it can get pretty noisy at night with party sound. There should be a club near by. Loud party sound was until 2am and we couldn’t sleep well other than that room is really nice and bath tub is big and gorgeous.

Customer service is good in english, no issue in communication. Service is responsive. Room service breakfast menu can be better, at least serve in warm. The sound proofing kinna poor, i can hear people walking upstairs. 1 time visit is good enough in Bali.

Although the rooms could justify the five stars this hotel claims to have, the service is extremely lacking, and does not justify the prices. They demand a deposit for the plastic keycard in cash only as if you’d steal it upon arrival, and have no sympathy for anyone arriving before 3, flights and transfers be damned. They insultingly accused us of stealing a bathrobe on checkout, and they go check your room while you sit in reception as if on trial. They seem to think theatrically all saying hello in Indonesian every single time you pass through the reception, which you must to enter and exit the premises is all is required for good service. They don’t bother to put towels out at the pool, or tidy after guests leave it, although there are constantly numerous staff at reception seemingly not busy. The restaurant takes 40 plus minutes to make eggs and 20 plus to serve coffee; this was true every day of our 4 days there, they seem to expect you to order a day in advance for breakfast to avoid this as if you wanted a 24 hour smoked brisket or something not eggs. When we checked out they had also organised garbage pickup for the same time as their 12 pm check out time so a gross, disgusting garbage truck blocked the only way in and out, which we had to then squeeze past in the most unpleasant way with suitcases in order to leave, it was thoroughly disgusting, and nearly made us vomit. They have a long way to go and a a lot to learn if they have pretences of competing with actual five star hotels, which their prices imply they do.

Staff is great. Very nice and friendly and provided all assistance that we asked for.
We booked the Rooftop room. The rooftop is very nice and i enjoyed it very much.
The bad part is the shower, water pressure is a bit too weak and temperature is hard to control...
Also more rubbish bins can be accommodated, only one small bin in the shower room is not enough and we had to take the bin to the living room coz we didnt want to mess up the room.
Overall the service is 5-star but the room on its own, i would give 3.5 to 4.

The staff were very nice and tried their very best to provide quality service. The hotel’s location is quite good as it is just walking distance from the beach and cafes. There are lots of food options around the area and there are also vegan friendly cafes just in a walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here. 😄

I enjoyed my stay here. Quite unique layout of the room. All the staff were friendly and warmed . Breakfast was ok can be further improved . It was ala cart style not buffet very limited choice. Just a lil disappointed that there were some messages sent a few days before but nothing was done .

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing establishment. Such a unique experience staff. Amazing amenities. Amazing the idea behind the structure that you stay in are absolutely incredible. Truly a one of a kind experience. I will try to book this place every time I am here.

The room is amazing! There are four floors , from bathroom , living room , bedroom and top.
The service is good. I told the staff I will leave the hotel early and it’s possible to arrange the breakfast box for us in early morning. There is a huge variety of breakfast selection, instead of traditional breakfast buffet. You won’t get tired of the choices.

Great location, just 5 min to the Canggu beach and to the cute cafe bars around. The breakfast could be more diverse but still was good.
Staff was very kind and friendly.

This hotel only deserves 1 star.
1) We checked in to the Cabana with Sea View and there was ZERO view of the sea.
2) You’d better run if you’re staying in the cabanas beside room 107 - your entire bathroom (shower & bathtub) can be seen from the rooftop of room 107. EXTREME VIOLATION OF PRIVACY and when we gave feedback to the front desk, they said nothing could be done
3) There were ants on the bed
4) A mouse came into our room
5) Most of their 5-star Google reviews are fake - I believe they’re mostly employee accounts as they only have 1 review which has been submitted for this resort. One of the people who left a review is Hendro Priyono, their resort manager
6) It rained heavily on one of the mornings and water came into the first floor. There was also water dripping from the roof and as a result, the staircase to the second floor was soaking wet. Their service recovery was to get their technician to fix the roof (Seriously?). I had to request for a room change & they wanted to give me a Cabana room again but I refused because what if water leaks again? Or what if i’m placed in a room where my bathroom is exposed to others? In the end they downgraded me from a Cabana to a Suite and rightfully they should be offering a partial refund but no service recovery was made. After my trip, I wrote to Trip.com who assisted me in negotiating with the hotel for a refund but the hotel REFUSED. But thank you Trip.com for offering me coins to make up for the unpleasant experience.
Nasty experience & definitely won’t be returning. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here either.

There is a Jacuzzi inside but it’s fairly cold.

Рядом с отелем течет река с отходами, которая очень сильно воняет для тех вилл, которые расположены около неё, особенно на первом этаже. При заезде на номер дают 1 карточку, даже, если в номере живет 2 и более человек, таковы правила отеля… Номер был грязным. В кровати были гусеницы и грязь. Отелю мы немедленно обо всем сообщили, все проблемы они устранили, а также в качестве комплимента подарили 2 массажа и надо отметить это был очень хороший балийский массаж. 5 звездочный отель проблемы устранил, но как будто бы в таком уровне отеля таких проблем не должно возникать
