Ulasan Grand Yuna Hotel Nusa Penida

Не могли уснуть так как внутри номера была мышь. Мы попробовали пойти на ресепшн и выяснить в чем дело, но после 12 ночи там никого нет. На самом деле это ужасно так как с утра у нас был перелет и поспать не удалось. Компенсацию разумеется никто не предоставил

這家酒店最棒的是地理位置，離碼頭不遠；和餐廳意外的好吃，畢竟外面很黑不方便覓食，披薩很驚艷早餐也此行最佳。以及泳池看上去是全程最乾淨的，可惜下雨就沒遊。但房間設施就一般了，床很好睡，之外幾個槽點：最誇張的是洗澡水洗到一半衹有涼水了，旅行最重要的是洗澡和睡覺，這個澡太難洗了。然後是洗水台位置很奇怪，要往前探很深才洗得到臉。最後是這個落地門很難用，天熱穿很少就得都關上窗簾於是很暗🤣開關鎖門也比較難。

每一位工作人員的服務都熱情禮貌，尤其是前台叫Yudia的小姑娘，上上下下的幫我們拿行李，打印登機牌，特別熱情周到，細心回答問題，這家酒店環境優美，餐食也很不錯，強烈推薦

洗澡熱水不熱，其他都可以，特別是早餐和晚餐，味道很好

Super nice place with a super nice crew on a good place close to almost everything with good services ( motorbike,pool,restaurant, minibar) We needed a transportation to the hotel from the port and the crew helped us a lot Thank you very much

Our stay at the Grand Yuna Hotel was a beautiful experience. The staff is fantastic, helpful, and resolutive. The room was the best I've had in Indonesia. The beds were so comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. In this hotel, there is a restaurant. We have intolerances, and they adapted everything to make us happy. I must mention Chibi and Kadek's kindness. They always paid attention to making our stay unforgettable. We also took tours around the island, and they helped us with our tour guide, Jaya Adi, whom I would extremely recommend to everyone who comes to this island. He made our days easy and beautiful. Definitely a place to come back. 🙏

We loved this hotel. Our first hotel turned out to be closed and we booked this one last minute. It was perfect. Very good location, spectacular views and very clean and nice. We ate at the hotel Restaurant for breakfast and dinner and it was delicious and great prices (breakfast is included and has been the best hotel breakfast we have had so far!) . The pool was nice and again view from the pool was even gorgeous. Tami and the rest of the staff were lovely and friendly. We got laundry done in just a few hours. This place saved us and was really a wonderful stay.

Tami our receptioniost was super friendly and helped us with our laundry (even when it was holiday and no laundry worked there). Definitely recommend! Very clean pool as well. Tami booked us a snorkeling trip and let us check out later which helped us a lot. Suksuma!

Excellent hotel... very nice rooms, pool, great food and staff! Close to town . Was easy to get to all the beaches and sites on the island. Graat views of the ocean from this hilltop hotel. Best place to stay in Nusa Penida!! 💗 highly recommended for couples and friends.

We love this place. Second time we stay with this hotel and we want to stay more and more. In this place climate is very good for long periods. New swimming pool. Great service. All new and comfortable apartments with good bathroom and system conditions. Two time in day cleaning our room. We take bike in hotel and they have laundry. I recommend this hotel.
