I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a comfortable atmosphere. The decor is simple yet grand, with elegant green plants adorning the public areas. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that doesn't feel cramped. The bed firmness was just right, and there were two pillow thickness options, perfectly meeting my sleep needs. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was ample and stable. The toiletries were of good quality, not cheap-feeling at all. The most pleasant surprise was the attention to cleanliness; under the bed and in cabinet corners, everything was spotless, with no dust or hair. The service was another big plus. They proactively helped with my luggage during check-in, and when I needed extra towels later, they arrived within minutes. They were always available when needed, yet never intrusive. The restaurant menu offered a wide variety, with fresh ingredients and delicious food. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice.

The hotel's location is incredibly thoughtful; it's right next to the entrance of the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, just a 3-minute walk away, yet it avoids the noise of the main road, offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. The hotel's design is very stylish, with warm and soft lighting, and comfortable sofas in the waiting area. During check-in, the front desk attendant provided service with a constant smile, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and local attractions. She even thoughtfully upgraded us to a scenic room, which earned major brownie points. Throughout our entire stay, from service and facilities to cleanliness and dining, every single aspect was impeccable. The value for money far surpassed other hotels in the same price range. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the loft layout. The best part is having a bathroom on the second floor, so you don't always have to go downstairs – that's a huge plus! The courtyard is very pleasant; it was lovely to sit outside, have some tea, and chat. Breakfast was also good, especially the beef noodles. The service was very thoughtful and welcoming. I'd love to come back with a few friends in the spring! It's super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and there are lots of restaurants across the street, plus many choices for late-night snacks. Highly recommended! There's also a pool, which makes it very convenient for families with kids in the summer.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the south entrance of the scenic area. There's also ample parking, including spaces with AC charging for electric vehicles, which are conveniently located right out the hotel's back door. The hotel staff were very communicative and service-oriented. Areas for improvement: The breakfast was served as a full plate, which was quite a large portion and could lead to waste. I'd suggest offering a buffet option instead. During my stay, the bidet function on the toilet in my room wasn't working properly. This is something that needs attention.

The room is beautiful; waking up to sunlight streaming through the window really brightened my mood. The breakfast was also delicious, and the housekeeper even brought some Wuzhen local specialties, which was a wonderful touch!

We were extremely satisfied with everything from the hotel's location and room decor to the service. The hotel is right at the entrance of the Xizha scenic area, and you can just park your car in their private parking lot and walk to the scenic area, which saves you the trouble of finding parking. The entire hotel is made up of several buildings, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into making sure every guest feels comfortable. What truly stands out is how pet-friendly they are; for dogs, they provide food bowls and sleeping mats in the room, and even have a dedicated lawn and swimming pool for pets to play in. Our furry friend had a wonderful time too! Highly recommend.

The butler added me on WeChat in advance and sent check-in instructions the day before, personalized with my name – it felt very thoughtful, not a generic mass message! I was traveling alone with my dog. Upon arrival, staff met us in the parking lot, offered to hold my dog's leash, and helped with my luggage. After check-in, they escorted us to the room, explaining hotel features along the way. The air conditioning was already on in the room, which was a nice touch! Plus, there were welcome fruits and fridge drinks – very considerate! Even though it was a pet-friendly room, there was no pet odor at all, which was fantastic and shows how meticulously it was cleaned! The pet park was right outside the room, and there was even a self-service dog wash and dryer – perfect for those with furry friends! Although breakfast was a set menu, the variety was huge; I couldn't even finish it all! Highly recommend this place for pet parents. You'll have a comfortable stay and a great time!

The hotel's location is super close to Xizha, which met the different needs of our family. The place was clean, spacious, and the service was excellent. They have a small courtyard and a pet park. We didn't bring a pet, but we took our child to play. Just a heads up, there was a bit of dog poop in the pet park's grass, so watch your step! 😂

My stay at Tanjia Qixiang completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is just 100 meters from the Xizha scenic area. The room was very large, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with excellent facilities and cleanliness. The owner was incredibly warm and hospitable. The breakfast was very rich and varied, and the two-person lunch was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend!

The room even came with a pet bed, food bowls, pet care mats, and pet wipes – all thoughtfully prepared for a single-use. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a duplex room, providing even more space for our dog to play. It was truly fantastic. The human dining options and outdoor recreational areas far exceeded my expectations for a B&B. It was an absolutely delightful stay. Next time I'm in Wuzhen, I'll definitely be coming back here!
