Bad front office,staff Terrible water system,some times cold and suddenly hot

Good facilities and very big space for staying family. Just location is not so good for tourist.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality provided by Nusa Dua Bayview for me and my family for the past 2-3 months. We feel like home at this villa. The staffs the security were all friendly and helpful people and were always available for assistance. We feel safe here. Location was also good, nearby to many amenities. Nusa Dua Bayview is stunning! It is definitely the best spot in Bali. You live relatively central to all the secret beaches which way better then the beaches in for example Canggu or Seminyak. The privilege to have a private villa with private pool is just great. The whole staff is super friendly the cleaning service is coming two times a week and cleans everything super accurately and also change all towels. As a guest you can write with the staff in case you have any inquires. The Wi-Fi is good, only in rare cases the Wi-Fi have outages for a view minutes. There were only one case where the Wi-Fi were down for hours, but we immediately get access to a external router which made the outrage not a problem. Furthermore, you can ask the staff in case you want to plan some trips for example the waterfalls or to the neighbor island Nusa Penida. They have very good contacts and it’s much cheaper then if you book it over another agency. All in all staying in Nusa Dua Bayview made our trip in Bali perfect and we will definitely coming back.
