We satisfied more than expected. It’s much cheaper than other same level hotels, resorts. All staffs are so friendly.

Each day, breakfast was served with almost the same content. Furthermore, there was a small variety of Indonesian food at breakfast. The air conditioner was out of order and it was too hot to sleep on the first day. I informed the front desk that it was malfunctioning, but there was no improvement the first day, and when I complained the next day as well, repairs were made. During this process, the customer was not informed if the repair was completed or not. The location was in a quiet area, so it was a little far from the main tourist attractions, but the price of meals and massages were cheaper than nusa dua area. Still, compared to the local area, various prices were higher for tourists. The deposit is requested at the time of initial reception, but please note that it will not be refunded unless I ask for a refund at check-out. The hotel staff were all smiling and excellent service.

A bit further up in Benoa, so not as fast (and more exp. delivery fee) to receive grabfood/gofood if that's the concern. Staffs were very friendly & helpful. We got garden room, so there's a bit more mosquito. Can bring some repellent. But room is clean & amenities are great!

Novotel is Novotel - the service is always at the highest level. The hotel is located almost at the end of Benoa. Divided into two parts - sea and garden. Crossing the road with the help of traffic controllers. The room is large, with its own garden. The pools are cool - Infinity pool with beautiful night lighting. The beach is well maintained. Your descent into the water. But carefully study the tide schedule. You can walk 200 meters and there will be water up to your knees. Novotel provides a very cool breakfast with a wide range of options. You definitely won't leave hungry! Cleaning is done daily, water is updated in the room too. There are also coolers in the halls. The holiday went well. There is nothing to complain about - everything is perfect. The staff are all polite, wearing beautiful armored clothing. They impeccably monitor the territory in maintaining perfect order. Thank you, All Accor are the best as usual!

4.5 stars, the room rate is the lowest compared to other hotels, and two children can stay for free + breakfast, which is worth it. The air conditioner in the room is a bit noisy and needs to be replaced.

There are some rocks on the beach. The hotel has a single breakfast, but it is no problem if you stay for a few days. The tap water keeps coming out brassy. Even the locals said the water was not good. The filter can't be replaced. It's rusty and won't turn. I was surprised when I brushed my teeth and rinsed my mouth. Wash it once. My skin was so itchy that I couldn't even shower. Cleanliness is the worst. Only the kids club is okay.

The cp is super high; it has its own beach; you can swim in the sea; it is suitable for newlyweds and honeymoon; but the restaurant buffet is not recommended due to the impact of the epidemic.
